Service was terrible.. they rushed & I didn’t get what I wanted they also wanted to charge me $20 more than what I was I was gonna pay to change the color. Don’t waste your time or money on them... Paul made my natural nails so thin and ruined them they cracked easily even with acrylic .. they aren’t careful whatsoever. I decided to switch to Helen but it only got worse . Went in as a walk in even though I had to wait for a full set they attended me quick. I have tried 3 different techs they all do great work. As for a pedicure they aren’t so great. Recommend having full set here only. Read Less

Well, my girlfriend and I just left this nail salon and it was a bittersweet experience. We both went in for pedicures, and they were very nice and accommodating. Our nails came out great. However, as we are paying, my girlfriend realizes she doesn't have her sunglasses. She definitely had them when we came in. So the people who work there were really nice and helped us look around the salon, but no one can find them. She knows she left them on the magazine stand by the nail colors and the owner says he would look at the security footage to see if they can help find the glasses. He's gone for a bit, and comes back out and tells us that he can't definitively say someone took them, but to come back and look at the footage. So we see my girlfriend with her glasses and she sets them down (out of view) to pick out a color and goes back to her chair. It's obvious that someone took the glasses, but unfortunately, people are shitty and think they deserve peoples property. Moral of the story: even though she didn't get her glasses back, we felt the owner and staff went above and beyond to help us and it was really appreciated. Plus our nails came out looking great. I don't get my nails done very often - and Im happy I was able to come to NV to get them done with my friend. Staff is very friendly! My nail tech, Ricky, did a very clean job on my simple frenchtip! He was funny and so kind to me. My friend had got a very pretty glitter tip done by another friendly tech. We left very pleased and happy with our new nails! Read Less

Place was nice.  The staff were friendly.  I went there with daughter for a girls day. We both got pedicures for the first time. The staff was really helpful in walking us through everything. And explaining all there services. They are a little pricy but worth it. 3 wks later and my feet are still soft and the polish is still perfect. Read Less

This place has great service. Every time I come the nail tech I get, no matter who it is, is always nice. Which I love! No one wants to feel uncomfortable getting their nails done. They strive to give you the nails you want. Paul in specific does an excellent job and he is very fast! Read Less

Literally the worst manicure ( I wouldn't even call it that) that I've ever received in my life. And for 25$ you've gotta be kidding me. If the quality was good. Yah sure. This place is horrible. The lady who did my nails did such a awful messy job, I had to go to another nail salon to have them fixed. And that was a huge job for the new nail lady. I expressed my dislike and disappointment to the woman as she was doing them, and she kept saying I fix I fix. But clearly she did not. Then charged me 55$ for the disaster she left of my nails. I always have a great experience. Today I had the best pedicure performed by Liam. I highly recommend this place, I've been here 3 times this year and it's always an amazing experience. I always leave feeling so relaxed. The location is in the perfect area for college students and parking is great, always. Recently moved from California and needed a new mani/pedi place.. found this one by chance and loved it. Especially Chi! She does a great job and she's funny and fun to hang with while Im there!  The salon is well rounded so when I have had to go with other people I have still been fully satisfied with my services! I don't get my nails done but i have seen there work while I'm there and it's definitely good! Read Less

My work schedule makes it hard to have a manicurist at an upscale salon and do appointments, so I stick to this place where I can just pop in for a fill and leave. Been going for over 3 years now and no appt needed. Keep in mind though sometimes they are busy and have to try again the next day. Read Less

I love NV nails they are always really nice to me. I really don't like going to anyone else because they don't do what I like, or they break etc. Since I'm a pretty much a regular customer I don't make appointments, I just come in and usually I'll get the person I want. I like to go to one person but Paul and another male employee do good jobs too. I just like the convenience of not having to tell the person I go to what I want every time. Read Less

First time going,  i took my daughter. We both got our nails painted,  she got regular paint and designs, came out great! Exactly what she wanted.  I got gel polish and Paul was really helpful,  he listened to what i wanted and made sure I was happy all the way. I've gone a couple other places that have filed my nail beds down and messed them up,  he explained that it shouldn't happen like that and if i go somewhere else and they do it to stop and get up. That is not needed to remove gel polish, only top layer needs to be filed. Made me feel better about coming here  i will be back. Chi is the best! Very polite and always available. I love their services although compared to Las Vegas the prices are a tad high. I am always satisfied with my nails. Chi is always willing to ask questions, help me pick colors, and also helps with choosing nail shape. They also have a wonderful gel polish selection. I love this salon because the particular brand they carry has the same color in gel and regular polish for those who opt for gel nails and polished toenails. I moved to sparks a year ago and I usually get my nails done when I drive back to the bay. I'm really particular about my salon and keeping my nails healthy and long but after a year I decided to try this place. I had asked for a pedicure and gel manicure, I only got a pedicure and gel color because by the time I had gotten my pedicure i was realizing this place is not where you go to relax at all and I didn't want to waste my time. My nails look great but I had asked her not to use the machine to take off my color but she just kept saying don't worry I'll only take of the color but once the color was mostly off she kept filing and now my nails are super thin. Over all she did a good job on the paint but I felt super uncomfortable the whole time. This is not a salon for relaxing and feeling pampered, this is a salon for in and out rushes. Read Less

I have been having my nails done here for close to a year. Paul Pham does my nails, and does a great job on them. He is friendly, and gentle an the hands.The salon is clean and has lots of employees to take care of the customers. Walk ins always seem to be welcome.I enjoy my visits here, and hope to stay with this salon for awhile. Read Less
