Total disappointment. My husband went to Cathy for well over a year. I don't know how she keeps clients. He went regularly every 4 to 6 weeks, and she never kept an appointment book or reminded him. She never remembered him, or got to know him, she always talked about herself, never asked about him, or his life, and never remembered anything he talked about himself, even after over a year of his going to her. The last straw was when he called for an appointment, and she never called him back to make one! The rest of the staff would never take messages for her, and like Tammy said, they would always talk among themselves, ignore the patrons, and were generally rude and unprofessional, even the owner. Once, my husband went in and stood there waiting to make an appointment, and they totally ignored him, so he finally walked out. Another time, they saw two women walking in with clipboards, and they thought they were health inspectors, and they all panicked and started throwing stuff away and in drawers and stuff. My husband also said that the stations were dirty and that the files and stuff weren't stored in disinfectant. He started going to Cost Cutters in Lemmon Valley, and he's much happier. Lynnae has been doing my hair and Kayla has been doing my nails for years...They are both awesome, and I love the energy at the salon. If I ever move away, my hair and nails will be coming back to see them regularly! Read Less

On the 5 star review I did try legends.  I think the employees wrote the review!  Horrific!! The Professionalism was non-existant. These women were dressed slitly better than homeless some hookerish. The shop is tiny! The emplyees talked nonstop between themselves, completely  ignoring the clients!! The nail stations were   Filthy dirty, using files that has been used prior to me! Lynnae at Legends is awesome. She has been keeping my family well groomed and stylish for several years. Lynnae is always ready with suggestions when I get bored with my hair or am looking for something new. I love the atmosphere at Legends and always feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone in the salon is friendly and professional. The nail girls are all great. I've had my nails done by Cathy, Charlene and Kayla. I love the gel product, it is far superior to any other nail product I have had over the years and all the girls do a great job. Read Less

Cathy has been my nail lady for a year maybe?  I don't know but I just moved away and miss her tremendously! not just for my nails, but she became a friend as well.  Legends salon is so cute (they do hair too)Anyways specifically Cathy does real gel nails.  She charges $30.00 for a fill and does an unbelievable job for you.  She does whatever you want, or in my case, whatever she wanted :)  I always trusted her.  I would give her an idea, or a color, and she would go with it.  She put so much time and effort into my nails each and every time, I never once had a complaint.  I only twice had regular french nails.  Other than that she did all kinds of amazing things, including polka dots, glitter, and individual flowers.  You should have seen my amazing halloween nails.  She did something different on each nail.  I'm pretty sure I'll never find another nail lady as good as her.
