I get my hair cut and colored at this salon by Elle. She is fantastic!! She always listens to exactly what I want done while still providing needed advice on what will look best. Elle is my stylist and she is second to none. I have really nice hair; color and texture wise... BUT with some thinning issues in the back, and NO ONE has ever understood how to make my hair look normal until Elle. Not only does it look normal, it looks amazing! She was so great that I told my wife to go to her as she always just waited to go home to NJ to get her hair done and then just did it herself the rest of the year... because every place she’s tried made her head look... like a lampshade. She said Elle gave her the best hair cut she’s ever had! We have not been to a better place to get our hair taken care of on the West Coast and at this point we believe we have found our home for our hair care needs. This review is for Jenn Lydick, she is the sweetest most relatable person i have ever met. She did my microblading on my eyebrows Nov 2016 and almost a year later they still look phenomenal and i cant wait for my annual touch up in a few months. I got a little scared during the healing process and she got me right in, checked on me and assured me i was okay.....im a big baby!!! Jason and the rest of the stylists there have an amazing knack when it comes to giving their clients a look that is both really 'pulled together' and yet interesting and edgy. They rock at what they do, from wild cuts and vibrant colors that will make you feel like a punk god or goddess, to hair that looks good enough for the cover of a classy fashion magazine.Also, you've gotta love a business that uses their anniversay party every year as a fundraiser for local causes! And that's in addition to all the other fundraising they do throughout the year to help various local organizations and individuals in need. I really love this salon! You feel comfortable and welcome from the moment you walk in. The staff is super friendly and everyone that works there seems to really respect each other very much. Today was the 2nd time both my daughter and myself have seen Kailee Seal for hair appointments. She really listens to you and wants to make you happy with your hair and will suggest styles if you are unsure of what you want. The first time I saw her, I went all out with a balayage! I had highlights that I had been unhappy with before coming in and she brilliantly matched my natural hair color and did a beautiful job all around. Today I just had a cut and style (thanks to the balayage lasting so long) and I was really happy with how she listened to what I wanted and the end result. My wife got her hair cut here and it's beautiful.  We have had issues with stylists in the past that just don't do short hair styles.The waiting room was open and had good seating. Brian and Jenny did hair and make-up for my sisters wedding and for mine.Let me say that both experiences were phenomenal. We belly laughed the entire time we got ready with them and their crew. Our hair and makeup was absolutely flawless!!!My sister did a trial run the night before her wedding for her rehearsal dinner and she was beyond thrilled. After having them do my hair and makeup for her wedding (and seeing how amazing she looked for her rehearsal and wedding) I didn't even bother with a trial run and just winged it because I knew the quality and attention to detail we would receive.If you're looking for anyone for your big day, these people are it!!!! I do not live in Reno, but I have to say from an "out-of-towner" perspective, this is some excellent customer service!Yesterday was my best friend's wedding, so I scheduled an appointment online to have my hair blown-out.  When I got there they told me I should have received a cancellation notice that morning due to how busy they were - I had not. Despite this convoluted set-up and technological interference, they got me in almost exactly the same time I had originally scheduled.  Darby at the front desk offered me a drink while I waited.  Alena did my hair and was not only fast and excellent, but a breeze to talk to!Thank you Jensen & Co.  for taking one thing off my mind so I could focus on my best friend's big day! I love coming here. Everyone knows that confidence comes with gorgeous hair right? Well I've been through the ringer with some other stylists who claim to know how to cut my curly ethnic hair.
