I lost my nail tech due to her moving out of state. She recommended based off the work on Instagram Pearl. Unfortunately she was already too booked. She mentioned her assistant Alejandra. Based off of photos I thought it would be a great fit. Location is easy to find. Super cute atmosphere, the two ladies under Jurassic Nails were nice and talkative so it was relaxing. I have only a few small qualms based off what I saw. It was highly inappropriate to be eating an edible while at work and drinking an alcoholic beverage as well. Two hours, it took two hours to do basic gel nails. That alone was irritating. I was charged $50 for what I got. I'm a decent tipper so I gave the girl $10. I did not get what I paid for. Not even close. I noticed a crack in my gel and told her about it. She reassured me she would take care of it. I'll post photos. Not even three hours after having had them done my cracked gel nail broke off and my left index nail just about came off completely. The black gel from my previous set is still on and VISIBLE under the color she put on me. The gel was heavily lathered and very raised. The cuticle care was even worse, if that's even possible. The brush she used was a hard bristle and she used the exact same one to clean her drill... She dug into my cuticles that I was bleeding and even now two days later they are irritated and I can't use hand sanitizer because it'll burn. She then sprayed my hands with alcohol and that was excruciating. The filing also managed to cut me. Shaping of my nails, some are coffin some are square. My nails in general look a hot mess. The tips are so thin and fragile. And the backs are heavy with gel. Overall, not coming back. Even after going in for a second time to have her fix just three nails I still walked away with my same broken thumb to break yet again not even 6 hours later. And nothing to rectify the issue. Do not come here. The debauchery is ridiculous. And a huge rip off. Read Less

Alexis, will welcome you with a warm smile and will make sure you are comfortable and relaxed throughout the service. I love getting my mani and pedi here - everyone is so nice Its very clean and there are great products. The spray tanning is also very good and Alexis does great makeup! Last time I had an event, I got my nails, feet, and makeup done!! When I got home all I had to do was my hair and get dressed. And with the new blow out bar, I can even get the hair done there as well. Perfect for the holiday season!! I love the overall experience here and always leave feeling very refreshed and pampered. My daughter, Kelly, was visiting me recently, we wanted a little pampering so, of course, off to glow we went. Now, it goes without saying that I have been a devoted glow fan since Alexis purchased the salon and infused it with her charm and grace. I feel the resulting ambience is unparalleled. Kelly hails from a large city where high end nail salons abound and felt that glow was superior to all she had visited. She could not get over the incredible pedicure "best ever", the atmosphere and the staff ( forget staff, she said she felt as if she had made three new friends). Luci needs to learn business etiquette:  First she was running 15 mins late for my appt.  Failed to do a proper pedi as she messed up the L big toe and didn't correct it properly (toe has a white stripe down middle as she didn't put the proper coats on it). Gel nails:  didn't do manicure (had Groupon coup for mani/pedi); didn't know proper technique for Gel nails I had to ask her when she was going to use the UV light  - she erroed on two nails and had to redo , and then once again is stingy w/the polish and so two of my nails are lighter in color.   Doesn't know the use of an orane stick and had gel/polish all outside cuticles and edges.  I have asked her to refund the mani portion of $10 (less than her $15) but she refuses.  I do have photos to show nail work. Shannon has been doing my gel nails for years, I will always go here. The salon is very friendly and extremely clean, and I never have to wait. My nails never lift or crack which is a huge plus for me.  Every now and then I treat myself to a pedicure, so relaxing and love Opi red on my toes. Read Less
