I absolutely love this place. I had my hair dyed at the beginning of the summer and it was my first time adding color. Megan did an absolutely phenomenal job with my hair as she did an oil slick ombre and even two months later, I still love the way the color catches when I brush my hair this way and that. The worst Pedicure I have ever received, was $50 because for gel it's $20 extra ( never paid that much e tea ever) I called at 6:00 said I could be there for 6:15 and made sure they could take me because they closed at 7:30 he said come on in no problem. Walked in and everybody basically rolled their eyes. I sat in the chair at 6:20 and she was done at 6:55 with applying 3 coats of gel. My feet don't even feel or look like I received a pedicure! Megan gave me an awesome partial highlight today. While I don't normally write reviews, I just had to put it out there that this girl is such an awesome stylist for so many reasons. I really appreciate that she always listens to what I want, yet still offers feedback. I feel like this should go without saying, but the last couple of stylists I saw kind of did what they wanted, even after I tried multiple times to explain that all I wanted was just a basic, blonde partial highlight-not too chunky, not too blended. With the other stylists, I'd come out with a balayage, low lights and everything in between. Also, I'd like to mention that she had great attention to detail when it came to preserving the integrity of my hair. As certain sections of my hair were done lifting, she rinsed them to avoid damage. She also toned my hair, which I feel like is kinda common sense, but you'd be surprised. I don't want to go into the specifics, but again another unfortunate experience at a different salon. Overall, I'm just really happy and grateful that I met her. I went here a couple months ago to get my nails done with a full gel set. I loved the style done and they were able to get me in quickly. However, I rescheduled and ended up not being able to make it in last minute, because of a true family emergency. Without a call or any warning, they charged me a missed appointment fee. Now, had they actually told me that this was happening before they decided to charge my card, I wouldn't be upset. But I was not warned during the first visit or when I scheduled the second appointment that this would happen if I didn't make it. Because of this happening I wouldn't go back. Read Less

I was in Reno on business and decided I deserved a pedicure. They had the most reviews so I called and they were able to fit me in last minute. Jennifer West was amazing! Sierra is absolutely talented and amazing. When I came in for a haircut, she took her time to know what I want and why I want it. She then made suggestions on what  she thinks will be better and I'm glad I listened to her because she sure knows what she's talking about.I also had a Japanese hair straightening with her last week and my hair looks gorgeous! One hour and 40 minutes for a manicure, and then the nail polish started peeling on the ride home! It took another half an hour to repair this and not one apology was given! As if that wasn't bad enough, I got to listen to the staff laugh and point at a large woman getting a pedicure while they were doing my nails. What a disgrace! Amanda is always amazing! I came in with an idea that seemed impossible for my nails, she said she no problem and that she would try to recreate it. Amazing first visit to the salon. They're attention to detail was impeccable and they were so friendly. I was amazed at how much was included in the gel manicure; a back massage with lotion and a hot towel, your hands dipped into hot wax and wrapped with a hot towel, then to finish it off a hand and arm massage with lotion. I absolutely love this place. Melissa is my hairdresser and does incredible work. She knows exactly what I want when I explain it to her and my results are always amazing. My last appt (yesterday) I made a big change. Cut off 3 inches, thinned my hair out, toned down my bleach blonde and got some bangs. I can't stop looking at myself! Honestly the best place in town. After getting a terrible cut, that made one side of my hair noticeably shorter than the other - Melissa was able to fix it in a matter of minutes - that was almost two years ago and Ill never go to anyone else again.
