Becky is amazing, I started going to her over a year ago because I had a horrible experience at a different salon. I found her in Groupon and went in there on a hope and a prayer. Well it worked and she made magic happen. I'd refer everyone to her, she's the best.

Becky rocks! She really listens to what I want my hair to look like and works very well off of photos that I bring in. She's always willing to go bold or stay simple, whatever I prefer at the time. Very reasonably priced and a wide range of services offered. I'm very glad my mom bought her Groupon! Becky will be doing my hair for my wedding in August and I wouldn't have it any other way!

This review is for Gretchen nails only. I have been waiting to write this review because I have been waiting to hear back from her for some time now but she remains unprofessional and flakey.I had a very pleasant experience with Gretchen the first time we met after I purchased a Groupon deal for two gel manis and pedis for around $90. This was a great deal and since I was new to the area, I was still looking for a go-to person. The first visit was great, no complaints. I set up an appointment for the next set for the day before new year's eve. I showed up to our scheduled appointment and she wasn't there. So I texted her and she responded 15 minutes later with what seemed to be a very lame and made up excuse about car trouble. I was pretty annoyed because of course a day before new years, it was not going to be easy to just walk in anywhere and even if i did i knew it would be a forever wait. Regardless, I said ok hope you're ok and hung up. She texted me a few minutes later to say she was sorry and to make up for it she would offer me 2 free services. I eventually used the second groupon and it was fine. When I contacted her to set up my free treatments, all she did was make up excuses about her health, her car, and not working on the days I was trying to come in. Way too flakey for my taste and not a very professional approach to running a business. I haven't bothered contacting her again, I'm sick of the excuses.

Gretchen was a pleasure to spend time with! She did an amazing job on my boyfriends and I feet during our visit to Reno! She was so upbeat, positive, laid back and easy to talk to which only made the experience that much more relaxing. It didn't feel like a visit to a salon, it felt like a visit to my best friends house without the wine and the bonus of leaving with the sexiest feet in town!!! Becky gave me keratin extensions. She tried to color my hair instead of the extensions and I left with two tone hair... I came back and she colored the extensions a new color but not my roots so my roots were still lighter and I was so unsatisfied. I tried them for a month and after being made fun of i had her take them out. She didn't even take all the glue out of my hair because her next appointment was sitting there waiting. But again I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because she said she would give me a deal to try new hair. After just blowing almost 500$ on the first extensions it took me months to try to get them again. After I told her I was ready to make an appointment she started ignoring me on more than one occasion. Overall she was very unprofessional but I guess you get what you pay for !

I love my nails--thank you Gretchen!I had a wonderful gel mani pedi, which was relaxing and fun. Gretchen did a terrific job an my nails and was a hoot to chat with, as well. Love her!Services were professional and reasonably priced. Now I can proudly wear flip flops again without putting the fear of God on innocents around me.

Gretchen Caldwell did mine, my teenager and my 8 year old daughters pedicures and manicures today! She took her time and made sure all of us had a wonderful experience. She loves her job, has a great attitude and makes you feel like her most valuable customer. I will definitely go back to her! She uses new tools for every person. New files new everything. She cleans the chairs extremely well taking them apart and making sure to soak and scrub the tiny parts and makes sure it is cleaned and sanitized for the next client!

By a fluke I found Becky. She charged a fair price for full highlights and a retouch. She was friendly, did a great job, listened, and is easy to get a hold of. I have a regular hair dresser in Reno who I prefer largely due to lower prices (but still good service), but I would easily recommend Becky still. -1 because the place didn't really have any atmosphere and could have been cleaner. It's more of a family salon.

I have been going to Elizabeth since moving to Reno last November. She is very professional and is able to create any nail style you might be looking for. She has always started my appointment on time. You never feel rushed when you are having your nails done. I really enjoy talking to her during my appointments. She's great!! I'm glad I found her.

The staff here are wonderful. Becky does my hair and she is amazing. She works hard to make sure you love your hair and works with you to choose a great color and style. I also go to Elizabeth for my nails. She does the most amazing designs and it's a reasonable price. My nails always look amazing and she's really nice. I would recommend either of them. They also can almost always fit me in when I need to get in.

Becky rocks! She really listens to what I want my hair to look like and works very well off of photos that I bring in. She's always willing to go bold or stay simple, whatever I prefer at the time. Becky gave me keratin extensions. She tried to color my hair instead of the extensions and I left with two tone hair... I came back and she colored the extensions a new color but not my roots so my roots were still lighter and I was so unsatisfied.
