This place is horrible!!! First of all they are very rude when you walk in then if you have children they tell you to leave and come back another day to go get a babysitter...they make you pay before the services and if they don't do it right then you're screwed cause they don't fix it they have attitudes and they don't have clean equipment....i got a pedi and full set and they left acrylic under the nail and she's didn't wash the equipment she used for the pedi!! Horrible terrible completely awful. Did it only been two weeks since I got my first there and she wanted to charge me 20 for Phil when it’s only 15. I think that my nails were lifting when not in one place they were not lifting. Prior she only charge me three dollars extra because the nails were a little long and she said she had to do more work, but today she want to charge me five dollars extra. I asked her when the prices went up? She said she could charge whatever she wanted. I told her she’s losing a good customer and that I would’ve tipped her $10. She is very rude! Going on 3 years. Never a dull moment. Kim is my girl the first time I went there, all I needed was a fill and she pointed out how my nails were too wide and not only did she give me a fill she shaped them better. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! Poor quality, named OPI but doesnt even have OPI polish!!! Besides the poor sanitation (mildew on spa chairs and dusty/dirty equipment) their customer service is absolutely terrible. So disrespectful and charging upfront means no quality assurance when they mess up your nails, too bad you have already paid. Manager told me, if you dont like it then leave. Wow, i simply asked why I have to pay now. My french pedicure was done poorly, smeared polish and uneven filing job. The nail technicians were so extremely rude makes me wonder if they simply dont like black people (their biggest customers). I've never been to a nail salon where they want to charge you before you get anything done. I walked in and it smelled horrible, I get that it's a nail salon but the place Petter resemble a sweat shop. The name of the place is opi nails and they had no opi colors. The selection that they did have ranged between 4 to 5 ugly outdated colors. Customer service was bad and when she asked me to pay her before I got anything done I was just like you know what nevermind and walked out. Glad I went with my gut and left and drove a little bit further down to go to B nails and spa on Craig and lake Mead. It's like I walked into nail heaven there. I've come here several times to get my nails done quickly. I'm not expecting high end salon service but you should get what's promised on their menu. For some reason the nail techs have gotten lazy and I've been left with crooked acrylics and crappy nail designs so I stopped going for acrylics. Today i decided to stop by because I hadn't had a pedicure in a long time and wanted one.  Didn't have any openings at the spot I started going to so I decided to stop here since it's so close to my home. Saw the menu and there were 3 options I decided to get #3. They make you pay first and added the tip to the debit card charge. $35 including tip for the Deluxe. I didn't get the massage or the hot towel. I barely got the sugar scrub and my feet were dry as fuck when I walked out.  I opt'd out of nail polish application because I was frustrated and wanted out. When I asked how was it I told her I paid for the Deluxe and she just giggled and said oh sorry. Seriously!?!? Sorry but I'm not coming back here! Sorry I will tell everyone I know what thieves you are and also my big toe hurts because she cut too deep when cutting my cuticle and Sorry I'll be calling the state board if my toes gets infected! I usually go to Balli Nails on Teneya and I absolutely love them but I tried this place because it was close to work. I got a full set with regular nail polish and it came out horrible. I tried a sparkly nail polish to see if it would be abstract but it wasn't so I picked a different color and the lady just polished over the sparkle. I asked her twice why she wasn't taking the prior sparkle coat off and she kept saying, "don't worry you no see." True, I didn't see it but I did feel it. Having 5 coats of polish on my hand was extremely uncomfortable. She didn't clean under my nails so the acrylic was still stuck to my skin, my nail polish was chipping the night of and my nails were shaped uneven. I will definitely not be coming back. The name of the salon is OPI but there wasn't any OPI nail polish and the nail polishs' they did have were tacky and cheap. I ended up going back to Balli to have them fix and re-do the whole set. They charge you $3 to take callous off without even looking to see if I have callous, as a nail tech for 20 years, removing callous is a part of the service. I've been going to this nail salon for nine years. They are absolutely incredible. They are friendly and treat you how you treat them. If you're respectful and kind, they are the same to you. Their work is always clean and precise. I've never had a problem with my acrylics, pedicure or waxes. The temperature in the salon is always cool, which is perfect for hot summer days. They play a great selection of music quietly. It is true that they make you pay prior to your services, however I completely understand why. I've witnessed them spend 2-3 hours on clients, who later come up with an excuse as to why they aren't going to pay. Anyone who puts time and effort into their work, should be paid for it. Simple. As well as, if you keep control of your kids, they don't mind them being there. Men and women come to the salon to relax and enjoy themselves, not to hear your kids screaming  and crying. The service is rushed most of the time and the nickel and diming is a bit annoying. They are all pretty good nail techs but they don't seem to want to do designs at least they don't offer. All of the horribly misspelled letters posted for customers are tacky. I like to have rhinestones on my ring fingers but it looks like ears of corn because they go for the largest stone they can find.  After spending an extra 15 bucks for a half assed job, I ended up going to another salon to have them removed. Was asked to pay before services and then they kept adding on additional fees. I asked, if I could wait until the end to swipe my card one more additional and the old lady tell at me. Then told the other customer, whom told me; "I don't trust people like that". Along with that, they sat me in the pedicure chair for 30 mins before anyone came and put sea salt in the water. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed here (threading is not offered) and there is always a slight difference between the two. It's upsetting of course. I mean if I, the person without the license, can see the discrepancies why can't you? Other than that, I've always been treated nicely and the prices are doable. If I could give zero I would. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for years and I have never experienced as much pain as I did Saturday. Pinched numerous times with the tweezers cut with a razor! I have never had a razor used on me while getting my eyebrows waxed. It was terrible. My face was all red and swollen around my eyes. I would not recommend this place for eyebrow waxing. First let me start by saying this shop was recommended to me and that's why I went here. The name is OPI but I did not see one OPI nail polish in there. :/The deluxe spa was only $25 (not bad) however I asked for white toes and the lady was going to charge me $2 for white. I asked why and she said because it takes more time! Whomp :(Next getting a full set here was a mistake, regular full set was like $22 and for coffin shape or stiletto nails it's was an additional $13 just for the shape!! So unfair I couldn't believe it! To top it off they charge you before you get your services! It seems very rude and tacky to do it this way like you don't trust your clients to pay afterwards!! I was asked to pay for services before I even picked a color. while to staff seemed professional enough, there are at 10 signs posted all throughout the shop that seemed less professional. This is my first and last time visiting OPI (One Perfect Idea) it certainly was not a perfect idea  and was more like NO PI!!! The selection of OPI nail polish was few and far between and I should have walked out when they asked me to pay for my service upfront and then had the audacity to ask for a tip upfront....who does that? My pedicure was mediocre at best and the staff are very rude. I would stay away from this place.
