It was my first time at this location. The employees stood right next to my mom and I pressuring us to choose colors immediately after entering the building. It made us both very uncomfortable because we felt rushed even though there was no other customers waiting.The person who worked on my mom used the restroom and didn't wash her hands. Then proceeded to work on my moms hands. How do I know? Because i could still hear the toilet flushing and she was already out the restroom. I don't recommend this place. I could sense the employees bad mouthing us in their language. I paid for a pedicure but my feet weren't soaked and she didn't even cut my nails. :/ Read Less

I'm fairly new to the area, me and my husband bought a house in the neighborhood, we've moved from Henderson,and I was looking around for a new nail place, I stopped there. I walked inside and wasn't greeted until after a good 10 mins of being there. Which was a red flag for me. After I was finally acknowledged I got approached by this one rude lady( who I believe her name was shavon). She was rude my entire visit there. I don't feel like the prices reflect their work, it's way too pricey for the attitudes they have there and the work(in my case) was completely shitty, she rushed with my full set, when I told her I wanted a design, she tried everything in her power to try to get me to change my mind(all I wanted was a glitter coating on two fingers) so I'm not sure if she was just lazy or just being a jerk because she didn't want to put in extra work. I've been to other salons that have done better jobs with better prices and that was honestly my first and last time there. You can't be rude to me and also take my money. I tried Angels nails across the street, and they were pretty awesome, and they're more modern than nail world when it comes to new styles. I just overall hated my experience at nail world. Yesterday evening I took my niece to get her nails done for her 8th grade formal. It was 6pm so I went to the closes nail salon that I could find. We walked in and there were two workers at the register checking a lady that had just gotten a manicure and pedicure. There were also two more workers giving pedicures. Two customers under the lamp drying and a couple sitting to the left of me waiting for their daughter to finish getting her eyebrows waxed. I came in with my 6 year old daughter and my 13 year old niece. Not one of them acknowleged us. I would have left but my niece wouldn't have been able to get her nails done as I promised her for being on the honor roll. A male worker walked to the front and did not say anything to us either. He went to sit down in his chair and procedded to read a book.  After about five minutes of waiting I told the ladies at the register that I needed assistance. One of them looked up and said ok. Which we had to wait 10 more minuted. While We were waiting all the other customers were finishing up and the workers asked them to pay. When my niece finally set down in the chair, a lady came in the shop and she was acknowledged  right away. This rubbed me the wrong way; However, I patiently waited for my niece. So my niece had not  even gotten up to wash her hands from the shapping of the nails and she called out to me and asked me did I pay for her nails yet..... I said No. The lady that was doing her nails pointed at the register and said pay. I looked at her and finished doing what I was previously doing. Mind you she never asked the lady that walked in after me to pay are the other customers that where in their before me to pay before their services were finished. So about five minutes later a worker came to the register and told me to pay. I asked her was my niece done and she said yes...so I asked my niece was she done getting her nails done and she said no. So I told the worker that I would pay once the services were done. The whole shop started speaking in their foriegn language. I started to feel uncomfortable. So I waited until me niece was done, and gave her the money to pay. I told her not to leave them a tip and we left. I would have not had a problem with paying before the services were done if all the customer did the same. I know some nailshops do that to ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS, not just to the african american customers. I will never go back, and I am going to put this review on every social media they have. Very rude service. I walked in the store and the guy was giving me an attitude the whole time. If it wasn't for another nail lady, that was nice, I would've left. The prices seem to be a little to expensive. Vs other good quality nail salons. I also got my eyelashes done here, i can't complain but I know I won't be coming here to pay 40$ for the quality of the eyelashes. Read Less

Every time I come here it is such a delightful expierence.!! The prices are very reasonable. I'm very tough on my hands so I always get acrylics done and I must say they are very sturdy for the things I do. I always get worked on by Michael and ONLY make my appointments with him. Just went for a pedi, only plus was I was in and out in 25 minutes, but literally no massage, she sort of rubbed the top of my feet and legs. There's literally a line down my calf from where the oil stopped and the back is dry because she never even touched my calves. Not what you'd expect for a pedicure, and I'm not even that picky but for 25$ I would like to have a short foot rub. Read Less

So I went in today to get some eyelash extensions for the first time and I was excited to get them done. I went in and as soon as I laid on the table she was being so rude and seemed rushed. Not only did she irritated and cut one of my eyes with the twisters she kept putting on the eye lash and then pulling them off. Ugh I was in pain and so annoyed by this point. She finished and they looked really fake and crooked. I ended up paying and leaving as fast as I could. I called later that day and said I wanted them removed because they kept hurting my eyes and my left eye was swollen and if I could get my money back. The guy said no to the refund. I went to this salon with my friend and her sister to get our nails done for her debutante. we checked in and went to go get a drink next door since they had about 4 other people there. By the way, we weren't greeted and my friend had to go up to one of the workers to ask them a question and to tell them we were going to be back. We came back and they assisted 5 people before us and he then proceeded to yell at my friend and told her to put her foot down. We waited for about 30 minutes and no one helped is still. I went on a Saturday to get my nails and eyebrows done. Wasn't completely satisfied for 3 reasons.  She rushed the whole time she was doing my nails so now the aren't straight, the nail polish was put on sloppy its coming off already and its only been a day.  She messed up my eyebrows. She took to much hair off so one side is pointy and they other side is stubby. (I really care about my eyebrows so im really irritated)  she didn't have a conversation with me. The man who was doing my moms nails was talkin to her.  He took his sweet time. Treated my mom like she was royalty. The only time she talked to me was when she wanted to get more money out off me.  She also did my pedicure she did an okay job. Will look for another place next time. Read Less

I went here earlier this week and was pleased with my experience. It was very clean and my nail tech was a sweet lady who was easy to talk to despite the language barrier and did not harass me about getting more designs/services. I got gel acrylics and she really took her time on them, particularly because it was a slow day and I was literally the only customer in the salon for almost 3/4 of the time I was there. The total cost for my nails before the tip was $42, and although it's a little pricey I didn't really care because of how much I liked the way my nails turned out. Read Less

In 25 years I have never experienced such bad service!! Their technicians are horrible! I was serviced on a Friday afternoon by an older lady, & I asked for a french pedi. Got grey almond acrylic full set with gel polish $40. Sister got orange black acrylic set with gel polish $40 we are very happy with how they turned out. Had a ten min wait and my nails took 40 mins. Really hard to understand nail tech but I showed her a pic and that helped. Read Less

Nice people, but the nail techs are a little rough. They tap you to move your foot or hand where they want it. Felt like saying "I'm a not a dog! Use words" but it was cheaper in comparison to other places for the same services. And a pretty good job. Read Less

I would suggest to take a 3 minute drive down the street and you could get better service for a better price. I used to go to this place regularly because it was so close to my house. After taking a chance and trying out a few other nail salons near my in my area, this has ranked the lowest on my list, (in comparison to Sweet Nails and Slick Nails, which I will also have a review for.)Price: I always get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure everywhere I go. This was the most expensive in comparison to nearby places. It came to $62.00 prior to tip and the service was mediocre.Service: They are very fast and do not take time to make the nails how you would like. For example, I asked for my nails to be shaped oval, and my nail tech made it very pointy and sharp. I requested nicely for the second time to have it not as sharp, and it was apparent I was frustrating her. I also asked for a half moon, which I know requires much a bit more detail, but it was for my graduation and I was willing to pay more to have it be perfect. She again gave me a very hard time for any requests and it was obvious she only wanted to do basic nails for a high price. Lastly, before I started noticing how bad the service was here, I brought a group of 5 in to get our nails done. We made an appointment, but when we arrived, they were rushing through our services. My friend was a getting a pedi for the first time and I felt so awful because rather than getting to enjoy their experience, they were rushed to get it done within 15 minutes. Plus they still had to pay $27 for their crappy pedi. Atmosphere: Last but not least, the atmosphere was pretty nice. I think that is what kept me around for so long. The establishment was clean and massage chairs looked newer. They always had a decent amount of nail techs staffed, about 4-5, so you could usually get in no problem.
