The shape ISN'T proportional to my nail bed, and isn’t consistent with the rest (some are more narrow than others & angle off different ). I voiced to him befor he started that I wanted them a bit thicker . And asked twice if they had mat-black in a gel. He reassured me. As he continued I stopped him 3 times making him aware that I wasn’t happy with the shape. He kept making excuses and by this time it was fine for polish. So they switch off nail techs. However I’m ok with the color even though I had to go with a polished black instead of a mat. This is the worst nail shop I ever been to. Went in asked to see nail designs she showed me some I didn't like she told me find one online so I did. Basically pushed me in the pedi chair. Didn't have a color or anything. Smh she just started I guess they are thirsty for customers so they don't tell you howMuch or even to pick a color. When it came down to doing my color on my toes she said she doesn't know how to pick colors. I have to do it or she can't do it... WOW! I'm over it got my toes done with a French tip wish I would have kept driving worse service ever! I have nothing but good things to say about this salon. I love coming here to get my gel manicures done because I only trust them! I've gone to a different salon one time and they left my nails bulky as if it was the one hundred layer challenge lol. While I was in for my manicure they had many walk ins and they were attended extremely quickly even though it was pretty busy at the time. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. White nail polish could be pretty tricky to put on bc of how many layers you have to put on for it to look good, but my nails are amazing! They don't look bulky or anything. 10/10 recommend. I have been to shop about 4 times. It's conveniently located and they are usually not to busy. They can just about do anything (Not everyone in there, you must ask first). Today I go in for a fill and pedicure. I go to number 5 (some guy) who clearly didn't know what he was doing. When he finished my nails were so thick you couldn't tell the difference from the nail bed to my skin. When I addressed this he wanted to argue with me. I'm paying for a service that should be done right. I should at the least be happy with what I have to look at. Customer service 101 listen to the customer. How can you possibly hear me if you are talking over me. It's bad enough that most shops profile you when you enter. But to be treated as if what I was asking for was outrageous is ridiculous. Never again. I've been going here for a while and I've never had any major problems. On June 14th, I went to get a mani and pedi for graduation, and the manicure was fine. However, little did I know that the pedicure would be the WORST in my life, by far. When the woman who was doing my pedicure began to cut away dead skin, she dug deep and drew blood from the side of my big toenail trying to get the skin off. It was extremely painful, and she even looked up and saw me wince. Right after I left, I noticed my toe was red and a bit swollen, but I didn't think much of it and thought it would clear up as the day went on. Two days later, my toe was very swollen and I couldn't wear close toed shoes without feeling uncomfortable. I examined my toe and saw the side skin was yellowish, and I lightly squeezed it and to my surprise, PUS CAME OUT. I thought that I could simply soak it in water with epsom salt for a couple days and all would be well. I was dead wrong. It's now a month and a half later, and I've been to the doctors and I've taken prescribed antibiotics, which for a couple days, helped drastically. One toe stub later, and I'm back with the monstrous infected toe. I am a minor, and my mother has already filed a complaint to the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology. I would most definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone anymore. Read Less

Hon did my nails and he did an amazing job! He was gentle, took his time but at the same time didn't take forever. He was so sweet and nice, I highly recommend him. He did not paint my nails, thought, the lady next to him did. He's in station 1 and she was 2. She wasn't rough, but she would jerk my hand a lot. The man who gave me a pedicure was extremely rough. He did not help me in and out of the seat, and as he was putting polish he kept grabbing my feet as to adjust them. He clearly saw my feet were swollen and had no care for how it made me feel. I doubt that ill be coming back. Read Less

Wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst experience and honestly a true waste of money and time, being as though I was there for 3 hours. I got a mediocre pedicure. My toenails are unevenly cut and are not even completely painted. The tech who did my nails didn't do the shape right. It was crooked and uneven and just an utter mess. So much so that I had to get them to soak it off rather than leave there with my nails looking like that. After the soak off, my nail beds were ripped and scratched up. I just moved to Vegas  a few months ago and tried this place. The location is convenient and the work is ok(not great but they get the job done). Today, they opened @10. I didn't have an appointment so I expected a wait. Waited 30 minutes,(which isn't bad) I told the technician that I wanted acrylic on my big toe(which I've done before) and she says "I don't know how to do that". I say "ok, what happens next then" Sh says they are too busy and the ppl doing pedicures don't know how to do acrylic.. Now, I can understand not having the skill set but you need make sure before you tell a customer to wait for a service you should make sure you have employees skilled to do the skill requested.  So, I left and am trying the nail salon up the street. I'm a regular here...been coming here for the past year. They get a lot of business and the owners Han and Karen do great acrylic and gel sets. They are the best! The price isnt bad for the great job they do. They tend to turn away business when they have an hour or longer wait which could turn ppl off. They have a lot of pedicure tubs here as well! If you are looking for a mani/pedi or a gel mani on the cheap side, you can come here.The salon itself is OK. Lots of jetted tubs and massage chairs for pedis. Cushy chairs for you while you get your nails done. Other than that, the place is not much to look at. I came here because it is close to my home, on the North side of town. Since moving I've been dating around nail shops trying to find my new one. I still long for my salon in the Southwest, but I cannot justify the miles and miles trip there and back just to get my mani/pedi fix.They charged me $25 for a take-off of my gels, and a new one-color gel on my nails. First, the tech did take a lot of time to soak, dremel, and scrape my current gels off. And he did pay good attention to my cuticles and nail beds. Then the tech did 3 coats and a last coat of clear. Typically I like my gels way thicker than that, but for $25 I am assuming this is what you get. The tech also did not buff my nails afterwards, or tend to my cuticles after putting on the polish. Typically, at other salons, they have done this so there are no nasty little bits left after all is said and done - I did have a few cuticle-trimmings I had to pull out of my nails when I left.I am saying "OK" to this salon, and if you're in a tight spot it's aaalll right. But, there are definitely other salons in Vegas where you can be a bit more pampered, and get a thicker gel for probably $10 - $15 more.Also - they charge .50 cents for debit card transactions. My nails are aaalll right, but I'll be looking for another salon. Looks like I am just going to have to suck it up and drive a bit further for better quality. Read Less
