Okay place for quick trim of brows but in nails not so much....i did not get the colors i wanted. I felt my nails were rushed on color and design (because another customer came in that was a regualar i guess...a mother asked my nail tech to do her daughters nails...i guess she thought she would just stop mine and do hers just because she was a "regular" (not coo) ..Normally...I have a WONDERFUL experience been there 7 or 8 times over the years... but not at the time i went last month.. Even though the music was great the entire time I was there, the staff was not very professional. No one greeted me or asked me what I needed done when I walked in or sat down. When I finally was seen, the nail tech kept stopping to do other things. The "hot towels" were warm at best. They also closed the register without doing my eyebrows which is one of the main reasons I went there. Also the polish on my toes chipped the next day. Very disappointed in the overall quality. I normally do not write a review , but this place is so amazing that I want to spend sometime and write about it. One of my coworker told me about this place, and I just want a full set for a friend's wedding. Vickie did a really beautiful mani-pedi full sets that I got many compliments from my coworkers, and customers. This place also very clean. This is one of the worst nail shops I've visited in a long time. I wish I could play a picture of the job done because it would speak for itself. I went in for a pedicure. It was a gentleman that assisted me. He should not be a nail tech of any kind. I received the worst kind of pedicure. He chopped my nail down to the skin..The polish he applied was smeared all over my toes and when I expressed that I was not satisfied with the job and he began talking in their language and tried to clean up the polish a Lil bit. The polish on my toe nails were lumpy and he had various places on my nails that were missing polish. I explained that this is a terrible job and they should fix it but the said if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay more money. I opted out because I didn't want to get the same thing again. I go to the salon a lot and never have a problem but today.....I work construction and I look forward to my Mani pedi so when I go I never ask for anyone I take who ever is available and today I got Richard I could tell he was new no big deal but he butchered my cuticles and I let him know that so he asked if I wanted one of the Ladys to come and clip them I said yes. I was willing to wait no big deal but then he comes back and says his MANAGER said they are busy and they don't have time. Well this is my problem I come there ALL the time and you can't even come over and speak to me!! You couldn't even come over and check your employee work!
