So the wife wanted to take me to get a MAN-i and pedi on the last day of my vacation before having to go back to work.  I'm always reluctant because it's hard to find a good place and based on past experiences. Well, we've definitely found our new place!  Totally Tiffany Nails was absolutely fabulous!  Both Meghan (did my wife's mani/pedi) and Erika (did mine) were personable, provided exemplary customer service, were detail oriented, made you feel welcomed and most importantly relaxed.  I've never left a mani and not tinkered with my nails...UNTIL today. If I could give zero stars then that's what I would give. I went in yesterday to see if they could take my acrylic nails off. The lady gets up and look at her lap top to see if there was availability for this service. Turns out they were booked for the rest of the day, but there were two people sitting around doing nothing. Never have I ever been to a nail place and not been able to get a simple walk in service. Most shops will take anybody. I'll continue to go to nail shops in seven hills/anthem area because they actually have better costumer service. Read Less
