Came here for the first time with my girlfriends after a long & stressful day and manis were very much needed lol. We arrived for our 4pm appointment that we called ahead of time for a reservation in the hopes that we could all get our nails done altogether. Unfortunately that wasn't the case as we were taken one at a time instead and all finished with our manis at different times but I'm glad the techs made it a point to have us at least sit together so we could chat and hang out as we got our nails done. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and loved my end result of my gel mani! I showed my tech a picture I had wanted and she really made sure the colors looked exactly like what I was looking for. They also offered water and soda as they have a fridge in the front for their customers. The place seemed really clean and loved their atmosphere. My friends also enjoyed their experience and one of them got design on their nails that was pretty spot on to the picture they showed (it was an additional $15 for a nail design). Don't forget to check in to get their promotion deal if you come in before 2pm! They also have a rewards system so don't forget to add in your number every time you visit. So besides the service being 5 star I have to tell you the people were awesome. So I went for a pedicure and a manicure. I took off my jewelry for the manicure and after the services I left the salon. I got a call 20 mins later that I had left my watch in the chair. Not only did they call me but they waited 30 mins past closing for us to come back and pick it up. I am so grateful and will go back to that salon again and again simply because they are so kind and honest. I recently moved to Vegas and I'm trying to find "my salon" and have surprisingly had a pretty tough time. I tried this place and it was great. First, I called and they suggested making an appt, and then thoughtfully called me when they had a cancellation to see if I wanted to come in earlier. Awesome #1. Second, I am a simple gal, I have my nails short and no design, and seriously have felt like that's a bother for them to do something simple. But Annie didn't make me feel like that at all. She was great w her table side manner, and did a great job. #2. Third, she didn't try to push add on products for me. Surprisingly when I asked her about the gel polish craze she just replied that it makes life easier and that was the key to my heart. #3Last but not least she showed me my color once she put it on to see if I liked it! Wow. No one has ever cared. Lol. She tried two and then a third which we both loved. I never felt like she was annoyed or rushing me. So, I got what I wanted and asked for. Those two things, although simple, are not easy to get. Bonus - the salons interior design is pretty, clean, and simple. It's a nice place without the bougie feel - that's perfect for a girl like me. I had a great gel mani & pedi here today. Very friendly staff, very clean and great color selection. The chairs were very comfortable as well. Absolutely loved the service,It was my first time and I will definitely be back. They offer you free refreshment as you walk in. Very helpful and understanding of what you want done. Miley did an amazing job on my gel fill, took her time and was so sweet.. by far the best! While Miley did my nails Cindy was doing my gel pedicure, I had a broken toe nail she took her time to fix it and make it look 10's better!!!! I came here in need of a pedicure during my vacation. The guy who worked on my feet did an amazing job! He was interactive and we had a nice conversation! He really took his time with the massage which helped out a lot and made sure my pedi was on point. If I lived in the area then I will for sure come back here. i am going to put FAIR for now... this is why ... i had seen this nail salon on facebook mentioned by a few friends so i bought a groupon to see how the services were. groupon was advertised as 50% OFF mani/pedi .. $35 ok, i understand ... regular mani/pedi half off, right? i go onto their website and their price list is nowhere near a $70 value .. actually it's listed as $15 mani $25 pedi... so now we are at only $40 value.. which is a $5 savings...
