So glad I took a chance coming here after a friend recommended it to me. The interior is beautiful--it's clean, the marble floors are spotless, and the decor is cute. The service is great too; Andy gave me a pedicure and really took his time making sure it looked good. He also gave the most incredible foot/calve massage I've EVER received at a nail salon. I enjoy coming here- it's clean, they're are friendly, and they do a good job. I recently moved to this side of town and was hoping to find a good nail salon as I really loved my last one. They give great pedicures and a great selection of gel powder. I recently had a couple nails crack and they fixed them no problem and they were very kind about it. Oh they were just the most amazing crew there, they really made me feel like the most important person in the room, they were very efficient, they worked on my nails until they were absolutely perfect! I was so happy to finally find a "home" for my nails, I have pretty much searched all of Vegas trying to find a nail salon that knows how to something more than just basic acrylic. I started coming here the day they opened their doors for the first time and I'm so glad! The place is super clean and organized, they have a light (but nice) vintage touch on their decoration and everybody is just very friendly! It's the only nail place I've been to that I actually met the owner and see her regularly greeting costumers and making conversation with them. It just makes it for a more inviting place. They have a good size selection of regular nail polish and a great selection of gel and sparkles. And just like many nail shops they offer other services like waxing, facial and lashes extension. Their prices are similar to other nail shops I've been to so I consider them fair.My nail technician is Andy, I've known him for a little over two years now and I promise you, his massages are amazing! I love this place! My daughters and I went to this cute salon for the first time this weekend. We all had a great time and the owner Kim was absolutely amazing as well as all of the other technicians that took care of my girls. Everyone was super nice, professional and it was extremely clean throughout the salon. Kim offers water and soda as well as tea, coffee and snacks which is such a nice perk. Kim did an amazing job on my glitter acrylic nails and my daughters were very happy with their manicure and pedicure and especially about the matching emoji designs that we all got on our toes. They hand painted cute little emojis on all of our big toes as well as on my daughters' thumbs. Adorable! They did a fantastic job on my pedicure, trimming and cleaning thoroughly and the massage was great too. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the most wonderful massage chairs. This place is overpriced and a joke.  With all the nail salons on every corner in Las Vegas, don't be fooled by looks.  First of all the place is filled with ants.  The people who work there eat among them.  Very disgusting.  My real complaint is the service.  I went to Diana for acrylic nails and pedicures for 6 months.  Everytime, I had chipped or broken nails.  The last 2 times, I told her I needed a full set.  She was too lazy to take off and do it.  I had my last appointment and she refused to do a new set, despite my telling her I needed one.  She knew I needed a new set and we had it scheduled for that day.  Not even 6 hours after I left, I had 2 broken nails and 3 lifting.  I am disabled and older and I work and I don't have time to go back to have them fixed.  Also,. I would have had to wait a week as it was right before the 4th of July. I am picky about my nails, but I pretty much trusted her and let her do what she wanted.  Boy, was I wrong.  When you tip well for a service, people take advantage of your kindness.  I am done being walked on.    BEWARE - PIN-UP NAIL BAR IS THE WORST AND OVERPRICED AND SCANDALOUS. I recently moved here to Vegas in February and tried several other nail salons. I was disappointed and frustrated that maybe I wouldn't find a new nail salon as the places I tried weren't great. Until Pin Up Nail Bar! They are awesome! Yay! The owner Kim and her team are friendly and do excellent work. I see Vivy and she's wonderful. The salon is clean and inviting and decorated very cool. They offer refreshments and always have great music playing. I brought my family and bridesmaids in before my wedding in June and everyone loved their nails and they looked amazing. My friend and I went here for the first time yesterday and everyone was really friendly.  They even offered us something to drink as we were being seated. I ended up getting the Marilyn' s Sundae Pedicure and I enjoyed how pampering it was. They take more time than most places to massage your legs and feet which I LOVED, and the marshmallow mask that they put on your legs leave them silky smooth. This is definitely a place that I will go back to for my next pedicure. I am very pleased with this cute, spunky nail bar! I had called before hand to see if an appointment needed to be made. Kim, the owner, answered & was very sweet, took my name down immediately, made sure I knew where the place was, & said she'd see me soon. Of course being my dorky self I took the wrong turn and ended up being late, but she took no mind to it, smiled and showed me where to pick out my colors.Diana assisted me with my nails and boy did she do an awesome job. Not to mention very friendly! I wanted to do something special for my anniversary with my Hubby. He loves Captain America AND our special day is on the 4th of July. She did them right before I left for maui for a month and I didn't even need to get them done the whole trip. They held up perfectly and I'm not easy on my nails! I came here to get a birthday Pedicure to start our Vegas trip.  This place had excellent reviews so we gave it a try.  I would have liked to give this place 4 or 5 stars because it was so nice and clean. My wife commented a few times about how nice the place was.   She only got a foot massage and she did enjoy that. I can only give 2 stars because I left this place with my right foot hurting. Apparently I had some cracks on the bottom of my right foot that had calloused up. So when she put the callous remover on my feet I felt a very strong burning feeling on the bottom of my right foot. She tried to wash it off quickly but the damage was done. The pain on the bottom of my foot lasted for a few days and made the beginning of my vacation very uncomfortable.  I had no pain at all walking in and left with a very sensitive painful foot.  I regretted getting a pedicure at all.  I have only had a few pedicures in my life so maybe this is a normal thing, but I was very unhappy with the outcome. Sometimes you just need a pedi to lift your spirits.   After moving from LA, where I loved my pedicure place, I was having a hard time finding a place here I loved. I've been to a few and was unimpressed. I decided to try Pin Up and I think this might be the new spot. It's really cute and clean inside and their attention to detail with decor is on point. They have a good polish selection, unlike other places in Vegas I have tried. Their chairs are comfy and the pedicure bowls are gorgeous. I was one of the only people in there at the time, so I was able to sit in the massage chair longer and relax. Diana did my pedicure and she did a great job and talked me into branching out with an exciting color. Their prices are a little bit higher than other nail salons but I can see why. And you can use 15% off yelp coupon w check in, so it brings it down to about a normal pedicure price. Read Less
