I've been coming here for a while now, and usually I'm always switching nail salons, because I'm not happy with the service. Nailand & Kim are consistent in excellence! My gel mani always lasts and they make sure to take their time and put effort into all they do. They always have a wide selection of movies and music playing to entertain you, and include you in on funny banter amongst other consumers and employees. Giving 3 stars because I asked just for a polish change and was charged for a full manicure. If I had known it was going to be the same price I would have had them do the full manicure. It also took about an hour to do which is a lot slower than I'm used to. You can also see on the sides of my nails the green polish I had on before. Otherwise this place would have been 5 stars. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Besides the green my nails look good. Read Less

First time here while visiting family! Beautiful ambiance with such great customer service! I did the detox pedi and a fill in performed by Patrice! She did absolutely wonderful. Took her time, had excellent conversation, made me laugh and I felt very comfortable in their establishment! All the ladies were so sweet! Oh thanks for the champagne!! I walked in and I was assisted right away. Tammy did my nails. She was very nice. I'm very quiet but she made an effort to talk to me to make me feel comfortable even offered me a drink. Unlike most nail places it did not smell like chemicals. The only issue I had was my nail chipped. But it could have just been a coincident. I will definitely give it another try.Read Less

what's great about this place is:you don't need an appointment.pedi's are $25 you get a thorough pedi (45 - 50 minutes)great service!i see mimi whenever i go. we talk about the current books we are reading and where are next destination spot is. i gave this place 4 stars because there are a few ladies who talk on their phone while giving mani's and pedi's, not so professional, but for the cost i'm not complaining. i enjoy getting pedi's from mimi, as she is super sweet, focuses all her attention on the guest in front of her, and does a great job. can't wait til my next visit.
