I don't really understand how the reviews are so good for this place. I stopped here on a whim to get a full set, there was no clients there and they took me right away. Ben was the one that took care of me, asked me how I heard about this place and I said google, he asks me to show him the reviews and I do he then proceeds to take my phone from my hands and hands it to his coworker. Um, just plain rude. He seemed to have an attitude the whole time he did my nails, my nails were really uneven and I asked for coffin which I payed $10 extra for, and they still ended up looking squared. My nails were all different lengths so I let him know which ones were longer he said something about it being my fingers and said ughhhh while 'fixing' it. I'm not picky but if I come to your shop to get my nails done I want them to at least look even and put together. Never coming here again. Read Less

I've never been so angry about a nail shop! Not angry with them, but angry at myself for not coming here sooner!!! I literally live around the corner from here and have never even noticed it. Was I in for a shock! This place is beautiful, everyone is friendly, and I didn't see one set of nails done in a mediocre fashion. BEN did my nails and he was amazing. It's sad so many nail shops do not know how to do simple requests, such as coffin nails, correctly. Ben did them perfectly! The price, however, does not match the results. I was driving around looking for a new nail salon, and came across this place.  It's cute,  clean,  and the new staff and management are so friendly... they took care of me right away.  I had lacey who had done my nails and Denny did my toes.  Both turned out PERFECT, and I am very anal and picky about my nails.  I'm very impressed, and so happy I found my new "nail home. I went in to have my nails fixed. I got them done at Amy Nails across the street and they did a horrible job. They were wide, too thick and pink and whites were all pink. I showed up at Nail Club and Andy fixed my nails to perfection! I am so impressed. It took him less than an hour to fix what it took any nails to screw up in two hours!Thank you Andy! Sunday afternoon touch-up. Full staff was in hand. Every time I go here they are attentive and the wait is not long. Everyone is greeted as they come in and asked to sign in and you can make appointments. I have not been disappointed with the service here or my nails. Read Less

I arrived right before they closed. Ben greeted me right when I entered. He was professional and attended to my needs right away. I wanted a manicure and a pedicure. Ben did my nails and Denny did my toes. Love the work Denny did. Ben took the time and listened to what I wanted done. He did not make me feel like he was rushing even though they were almost closing. You can tell he takes pride in his art. He ensured I was happy with the outcome. After a long day at work, he definitely put a smile on my face because I was very satified with the way my nails turned out. He is very talented. Love his work! I love this place! They have multiple option of pedicures. I get the OPI pedicure. If you go, you need to get either Ben or Lynn. They are both amazing. They take their time and the foot and hand massages are fantastic. So relaxing! I do agree with some of the reviews as far as some of the staff rushing and not taking their time. I have gone with my boyfriend and my niece on multiple occasions and the people they got weren't as great or personable. They did seem to be in a rush. My pedi started before theirs and mine wasnt finished until a good 15 mins AFTER theirs. But again, if you go, Ben or Lynn are the ones to see. Also it is not dirty at all. Well this is my first time at this location I read the reviews and they were kind of mixed so I decided to try it anyway needless to say I will not be back unfortunately I was stuck with getting Danny to do my pedicure and the pedicure itself was okay but it just wasn't as personable and relaxing as I normally have had in the past when it got to the painting time he kept trying to get me to get a French tip color that I did not want and I kept telling him I want cappuccino with a French tip he kept saying oh you need cotton candy and I kept having to say I do not want cotton candy after I found a color he painted my toes and I had to keep telling him are you going to fix that are you going to fix that I think I could have painted this better than what he did it was just not a very good  pedicure that I wanted. The only reason I gave it a 2-star is because the actual massage chair was the best thing about my visit hints if you do try going here don't go to Denny. Read Less

I have been doing my nails for years and have never been so happy as I am now Andy at nail club is the Best in all of Las Vegas. He is a perfectionist your nails will be perfect I promise. Designs oh my gosh there is nothing he can't do. I am so pleased when I leave.  Everyone in this shop is so nice.The people that do pedicures are so awsome also. Had a pedi and full set... the lady who did my pedicure was okay the guy named Denny who did my nails was an absolute nightmare he painted my nails like a 2 year old, I had to remove the Polish when I got home that's how bad it looked he made every nail crooked cut me numerous times with a drill One Nail broke as soon as I got home and obviously did not know what he was doing with the acrylic I really don't understand how he got his license to do nails. I don't understand how this place gets 5 Star reviews when it is absolutely horrible I don't even know how they run a business I've been doing my nails for over 20 years and never had a job this bad in my life do not recommend will not return absolute waste of money Read Less

Wonderful !!!!! Everyone does a great job. They take good care of your nails to make sure they stay healthy. Never is there any damage to your nail beds. when I moved to las vegas .I must have tried about 10 different salons.....thank god I found the salon, is clean....their equipment is sanitized and everyone there is very nice and friendly....I have recommended this Regal Nails to all my friends.....
