Came in here for the first time yesterday and Vy did an incredible job! She shaped my nails perfectly (these are my natural nails) and the color came out perfect. The Gel Manicure also comes with this wax dip that makes your hands feel so soft and I thought that was a neat touch. She also painted my toes and there is not a single flaw. Horrible!!! I came to get a regular manicure and Lona helped me I was charged $5 extra to take off the gel color. I was okay with it since I didn't want get color anymore. I came back the following day to get my nails redone since the nail polish was chipped and the top clear coat she adde made the polish look wrinkly and ugly. Lona helped me again after telling her and showing her how my nails looked she just said it's because is regular nail polish. It doesn't last long it chips faster. I told her it's only been ONE DAY it can't possibly be this awful. Since I wanted a different nail polish she told me that it was going to be $5 extra to change it. I was already not happy that I paid $20 for a regular manicure that was done very poorly. And now to top it off another $5 that just made me very upset.  It just didn't make sense that it will be again extra $5 just because I wanted a different color. But if I wanted to keep the same color she wouldn't charge extra. It's regular nail polish and what does it matter if is a different color. The only reason I didn't want the same color is because I didn't want the same brand of nail polish since it chips the next day. I just wanted my nails to look nice and now they look Horrible!! Only been here twice, but excellent, fast service both times. The first time in, Mimi and Vy both worked on my hack job of acrylics that a newbie at another salon put on me. They made my nails go from globby talons to petite and pretty! Will keep going here! Read Less

I went a couple of weeks ago Dec 15th to get my nails done and although the place is really nice and my nails looked really nice they didn't last. By Sunday 2 days later my first nail broke. Just picking up candy and it broke right off right where the tip is glued. Then a couple of days later just fiddling with my thumb that just broke right off. Disappointed! I've been coming here for a while now (about 1 year) and Mimi is usually the one to help me. But this time, I was very disappointed. I went last Friday and my nails are already chipped and it looks like the acrylic has been on for months. She didn't even push back my cuticles. I don't think I'll be going back any time soon. AMAZING SALON. I've been getting my nails done by Mimi for almost a year now and I have nothing but excellent things to say. Their customer service is exceptional and Mimi is so patient with me (especially when it comes to my nail shape and color). The salon has a ton of colors and designs to choose from. They can pretty much do any design or shape you ask for. Everyone in the salon is so sweet and GENUINE! Mimi really takes her time and perfects the shape and style. I had a manicure and a pedicure done here. Service was excellent and the salon is spacious and clean. Prices were a bit high I thought, but for the quality of service and results it was worth it. This was my first visit, and first off. I'M SO IN LOVE WITH MY NAILS. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and was asked what I needed done. Everything was very clean and it smelt amazing when I walked in. Everyone there was very sweet towards their customers, this was the best customer service I've ever had ecperienced coming to get my nails done.  Mimi did my acrylics she was so nice and sweet, even offered me a drink and helped me open it as my hands were  a bit tied up. This place does awesome work, the staff is friendly and professional. The place is very clean and calm. You owe it to yourself to come in and take care of you mani / pedi and they do lashes too. I've been here at least four times. The service is always really nice, and I actually was referred this place by a friend. I like the chic atmosphere. Make an appointment! I went here about 2 weeks ago now and I got a regular mani and pedi from Lona. She was nice and I felt comfortable in the shop. The mani didn't even last a couple of days without chipping which is a bummer so I guess next time I will HAVE to get gel polish. I am so impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of this nail salon!! Vy by far is one of the best manicurist I've had in awhile. She always does an amazing job shaping my nails just the way I like and my acrylics usual last 3 weeks. Making an appointment is always easy and she always trys to fit me in considering I have a crazy schedule. I live across town from here but the ladies here are just so nice and lovely! They make friendly conversation to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your treatments. I got a gel mani and regular pedicure. The pedicure was so nice because they exfoliate your feet to make them nice and soft. They have a good and wide selection of nail polish colors to choose from. So glad I came here!!! Mimi & Vy have such talent. I've been here multiple times now and every time I have been so pleased. The skill that the women in this shop have is beyond anywhere else. Came here last Sunday with my friend. Very clean and appealing at first sight. Everyone greeted us as soon as we walked in, explained what we wanted and we were seen right then and there. I had a fairly new tech, but she did an AMAZING job. She made conversation and repeatedly offered me somethingto drink. She was very personable and made sure to ask if I was doing alright and that she wasn't causing me any discomfort. After every few nails she'd double check with me if I approved of the shape and length. I really appreciate the little attention to details like that that other salons I've been to lack. In the end other techs walked by and complimented my nails but my tech said I chose everything and she simply did what she was told, very humbling. I absolutely love her! I can tell she really takes the time and pride in the work she does, very refreshing. Her name has escaped my mind but I will definitely be a usual and go directly to her! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I've never experienced a better nail salon than this! For years now I've been looking for a nail place that was able to do it all without complaining, and this is definitely it! Mimi and Vy are so fun to be around, me and my mother in law had a great time! Not only that but their services went above and beyond! A couple weeks ago my nails where destroyed by acrylics at another not so creditable nail salon, but Vy was able to fix them and make them look 10X better! Even my mother in law was impressed and she never likes going to get her nails done!The yogurt and orange peel pedicure was the most refreshing pedicure I've ever had! It made my skin feel so smooth and rejuvenated, I will definitely be getting it again in the future. The best part is the wide variety of color and options available.
