I came here over a week ago after work and had a great experience with Katie! She was very attentive to my requests for my gel manicure and got my nails exactly right- they still look good today (I am not gentle on my nails in my day to day life at all!!) I am back today to get a pedicure, and I am pleased to see that they use disposable liners in their foot tubs. I won’t be anywhere else in town for my nails. I've tried & tried 2 XS again because they have late hours. 3 times I've walked out after my feet soaking in water 30-40 - 3 Times!!!! And each time I had a appointment! They take whoever walks in regardless of you having a appointment... then as soon as you start getting up / they say we're ready now ! Really / are you going to leave the other girl half done and start me ? This just happened to my friend the other night as well. Don't take appointments. And their polish is horrible. No OPI. I picked up a bottle of OPI & it was snatched out of my hand and the girl told me "$10 / you must buy $10 ". Bye bye MD.  Never again! Horrible people. Horrible service. MD Nail Spa is a wonderful spa. It is clean, comfortable, and complete with all the amenities, including water and tea. I absolutely LOVED this place. It smelled very nice in there and Mom did my pedicure. She is so gentle and very sweet. I suffer from ingrown toenails on several of my toes and she took care of all of them and it didn't hurt one bit! So impressive! She also gives a wonderful leg message. I am not from the area but the next time I am in Vegas, I plan to go see Mom so that I can get another awesome pedicure!BTW, the prices are pretty standard. My review is for the new location on Hualapai.AWESOME!I found this place driving by two weeks ago.I forgot exactly where it was.I went into five other salons today, and at each one I thought I would just get my mani-pedi there, cuz of time, but I was in the first one for ten minutes and the guy had only done one for and he was barely doing anything. He was passive and tentative, and zero confidence so I split.Then after driving up and down Fort Apache a dozen times, I remember this was on Hualapai.Here's what I like about it:1. It's absolutely gorgeous. (new!)2. They have TV but not the sound on.3. The music is tranquil and relaxing.4. They are experienced! Assertive and proactive and meticulous.5. So beyond clean.6. Tons of polish to choose from.7. They're not constantly forcing gel down your throat. I prefer regular polish.8. They're nice!9. They have a stamp card, 9 visits then #10 is 20% off $25 or more.10.The manager asked me if I was happy.Boom.They care.They are here to stay.Let's make sure they stay in biz.PS they're opening a VIP fancy something spa next door soon. First time coming here with my sister in law. We both loved our experience as the nail techs had great customer service and was very friendly. Katie slayed on my French tips!! Even mixed the pink acrylic powders to get a darker pink when I thought the regular acrylic was a bit too light. Katie was soo awesome and amazing. New to the area, my mom was looking for a salon to get her hands and feet done. We stumble upon MD nails. We were greeted by a salon full of friendly nail techs. Natalie was the nail tech that did my mom's. She did an amazing job! She took her time and was very friendly. My mom's nails turned out gorgeous! Especially the nail art she did. It's hard to find a place that does hand painted designs. I'm so happy that we were able to find a salon that's clean, friendly, and does superb work. We will definitely be back! UPDATED: The owner, Dan, reached out to me instantly and said he would honor this deal. I returned and a very nice lady stayed past closing to make sure I was taken care of. That's great customer service!!!---------------They would not honor the yelp check-in special because he said it is only valid during "Happy Hour." Nowhere in the yelp check-in special was this mentioned, aside from the fact that they have happy hour. As far as good customer service goes, I believe he should've honored it. Will not be returning. I read the reviews before coming here and this place is amazing! Contacted them through message on yelp and responded very quickly. Walking in to the salon, it smelled really good unlike most which is a plus. My tech today is Natalie and she is super nice and friendly! Actually, everyone has been really nice, smiles all around! I love that this place is open late! There are so few nail salons that are open past 6 or 7. Md nails is open til 11pm! So much more convenient for my schedule as a working mom. The prices are higher than some other places I go but they do good work the place is very clean and the staff is friendly. The salon is very cute I love their style. While out here on business, I was in need of a fill. I happened to find this shop and they were open until 11pm...only in Vegas! I walked in and was told that I would pay $5 extra due to my length, that was ok. I was then greeted by Kathy who is taking great care of me at this moment as I type this review. I read the reviews prior to coming so I was positive about my appointment. I went yesterday 4/1This place is cared for by the owners and staff clearly. It was very clean and the I was seen immediately. I was not happy leaving. My french tip is mediocre and basic. I like mines perfect and I'm willing to pay for perfection. I was cut badly. I have thick cuticles so it's easy to go overboard. My gel polish is uneven and appears lumpy. My French tip is different sizes on each nail. I've always worn my natural nails and my manicurist previously has never had a problem with even and smooth french tip. Just not worth the drive.. Read Less

After being disappointed by my go to nail spot I stopped by this place on a whim. I'm so glad I did! The inside is super clean and well laid out. They also had brand new pedicure chairs and tons of gel colors to chose from. I had just a gel change of color done and the total came out to $25. The woman who did my nails wasn't super friendly or talkative, but she did a great job. She was nice attentive to details and made sure the color was very even.
