I am so sick of this salon! I've never been more disappointed in management in my life. They have absolutely made it impossible to stay with them given all their changes. From everyone quitting to changing prices on memberships to ending the memberships to hiking up prices from $180 unlimited to 20 blowouts for $500 is the most insane thing I've ever heard a business do. Terrible experience. Do expect help from management if stylist does your hair completely wrong.I came for a consultation at 6pm assuming it would be way too late to get my hair done. They called a stylist in that decided to take me. I asked for fire engine red hair and Brown roots. No lifting was needed. I saw the colors mixed. A beautiful bright red., then stylist said we'll add magenta to one red bowl to add some dimension. My hair turned out to be bright magenta. And the rootwas a darker brown than i wanted "because she used the lighter color all up earlier in the day". She said "wow that magenta really took over." I said it wasn't right and she said , "maybe it will grow on you." Plan was to let it fade and then I'd put red on top of it. It wont fade and red won't stick. So for two months everyone has been complimenting me on my pink hair. I was chill and friendly to the staff but leaving this review because the manager is unreachable to help me and front desk staff does the job of deflecting her calls. This salon is amazing and very chic without being too pricey.  I enjoy the decor and modern look they used when creating this place.  The staff is extremely friendly and offer amazing service.  Fabian is simply the best.  He cuts my hair exactly as I picture it in my head and does an amazing job.  I left my former stylist of two years and have no regrets.  Super fun guy and makes time in the chair fly by.   It's hard to find a good stylist that can cut men's hair well, but look no further.  The $20 more you spend here compared to Great Clips or SuperCuts will be well worth it. Literally just got the worst haircut of my life here. The more I look at it/ try to fix it with styling, the angrier I get. Nothing that I asked for was done. She not only did the exact opposite of what I wanted, but was very successful in ruining my hair. No matter how I style it, there's literally a chunk of hair missing. What. The. Hell. It's uneven, my volume is destroyed, the choppy undercutting looks disgusting, and now I'm going to have to cut inches off of my hair to remedy the horrible butcher job she just did. Can we also mention that she was almost 30 minutes late? Or that I was very specific about the fact that I was growing my hair out and really just wanted the back part that was grown out too far cut off? Or the fact that I checked with the salon several times to make sure they would have the best stylist for the job available? I'm completely mortified. I look absolutely horrible. My hair is COMPLETELY RUINED. And to top it all off, the stylist had the audacity to try to guilt me with this whole 'I tried to make you look good' bit. I'm not hard to 'make look good', honey. I've been going here for about two years now to see Audra and she's the best. The salon is very clean, with two floors and a great view. I got paired with Britnie & she was Awesome!!! I would highly recommend her! Very personable, listened and looked at pictures of what I wanted & did a great job! I have been coming to Look Style Society to get pedicures and lately manicures, for about six months now. If I have the choice, I book online and choose Queena. She is very efficient, not too chatty and does a great job. She once used this machine thingy mah jig to get rid of my cuticles. It looked like one of those machines they use at the dentist office to get rid of plaque. Kind of terrifying. It didn't hurt at all and I found it oddly fascinating to see all my cuticle like that. My only caveat is that their online booking system occasionally fails them. One time they called to reschedule me. At this moment I am at the salon; I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment but it appears the technician is not in. I'm waiting to be seen by someone else. So, 45 minute wait. No bueno.I'll still keep coming back because the facilities are nice, clean and they have millions of polishes to choose from. Monisa is a fabulous artist. She takes the time to listen to all my quirky needs and gives me exactly what I asked for. She's very skilled in Balayage, so much so that other stylists stopped by to comment on her technique while she was working her magic. Yesterday was my first time visiting this salon. What I loved about it is that you can get your hair and makeup done in one place. They got me an appointment about an hour after I called which was super convenient. When I got there I was impressed. It's located in Tivoli, parking underground is easy, and the salon is very nice looking - updated and modern.My hair and makeup turned out pretty good. The price was fair. My total was $95 - I think hair was $45 and makeup was $50.BUT the hair stylist burned me with the curling iron. A BAD burn on my FACE. On the side of my forehead. Isn't that Hair 101 don't BURN your client?? I do understand that accidents happen but it seems to me that she was likely being careless and not paying attention vs it actually being a complete accident. I originally started at the LVB location but this is so much more convenient.  I do the blowout membership and its been the best thing since the flat iron was invented! 99 bucks a month gives you unlimited blowouts.  I have no idea how the salon makes money on that deal, but whatever its the best deal ever! I love Angelina and Dallas they both give an amazing effortless "victoria secret" blowout.  Ive been to a few other people who did good hair but were a bit odd... don't want to name names but I haven't seen them around lately.  Members also get 10% off on product, which is great except I hardly wash my hair on my own anymore! I've been going to Keshia for as long as she's been in Vegas and let me tell you, I always leave her chair more than satisfied! I've had bad experiences with my hair in the past...from a bad hilite turning green to a disastrous perm and have been traumatized since, but Keshia goes out of her way to make sure I get the results I want. In fact, I have my trust in her and the hair gods always tell me to go with what she thinks is best/fitting for me. The place itself has the prettiest decor and is always clean. The front desk girls are always welcoming and a plus to this place is a little cafe with yummy goodness. I occasionally get pedirles at the Look Style Society in Town Square but the other day I was feeling like I needed a pick me up and the Town Square location did not have availability for that's same evening. So I went online and booked an appointment for the Tívoli Village location.I like that you can make appointments online. I think that's the mos timportant factor for me. The pedicures ain't cheap but theykast an hour and the spa service that's accompanies it is pretty great so I will ocasionales splurge. I forgot the name of the nail person (something like Aileen) but she did a very good job. I wasn't in a chatty mood, and she didn't strike up conversation either so it was perfect. There were a couple of other people getting manicures as well; they were on the chatty side. Nonetheless I closed my eyes and nearly dozed off. One last thing. Something I've always found ackward at the Town Square location is that the nail person takes your payment right there, at the chair. It's kind of uncomfortable. Here as able to pay and leave tip at the front. Little weirdness on my part, but I just don't need everybody and their mother to see what my method of payment is and how much I tip. This place is soooooo nice. They have an organic juicery inside it as well with vegan options woot!  I've been going to this salon for about a year now. I see Tracey (she has orange-strawberry hair) and will never see anyone else. She cares and listens to what you want and she does an amazing job with my hair. Michael is the man! He is precise, professional, and very passionate about his craft. He is a master with the clippers. I enjoyed my haircut with him because he took his time and really went over things multiple times just to give me the look I was aiming for. He even helped with styling tips and advice for next time in terms of how to train my hair. Anyways that's not the only thing offered at the tower club. There's a beer for you to enjoy with a pool table that is never used! I've yet to use it since I'm always busy on the days I get a haircut but I will one day! Jewel is the best nail technician I have ever met. I will not go to anyone to have my nails done again. She's meticulous, friendly and honest! I will admit that I am very stubborn and particular about how my nails should be done. A pet peeve I have with manicurists is that they are so careless and rushed. Not Jewel. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted at the reception desk and was escorted upstairs to my stylist Connie.  I am a member of the Tower Club (men only area)  so I get unlimited haircuts, pedicures and manicures for $99 a month. There is an option of $49 a month for unlimited haircuts as well.  Not only is the service outstanding (who doesn't love a little stress relieving pampering) they provide you with complimentary beer, water or wine during your visit.I've had Connie work on me now all three visits (MANicure / hand detailing) and with this visit a pedicure and haircut.  She is very attentive, sweet, knowledgeable and loves to take care of her clients.  During each relaxing service she massaged my hands (manicure), feet and lower leg (pedicure), and face and head during my shampoo for my (haircut)The lounge has comfortable couches and you can shoot pool and hangout while you wait or after your service just to stay out of the heat. I came to Christina after a friend referred me and I'm so glad I did! I got them done earlier today and she explained everything thoroughly, including aftercare. She was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable. As someone who doesn't have any tattoos even this was pretty daunting for me but she numbs the area and you really don't feel any pain, it's more just the sensation of someone pushing on your brows. Trust me I have an extremely low pain threshold so if this hurt I would say. I am excited to see the finished product and will post a picture in a couple of weeks when everything is healed. I'll admit it, I am a man that enjoys being pampered.  I have spent way too much time and money in places like this and I don't intend to stop.  That said, Tower Club is the best.  I became a VIP member in February and have been going back weekly for haircuts and mani/pedis.    The membership is amazingly affordable and it gives you a discount on all the great hair and skin products they sell downstairs.  Michael Bandy is the best with hair.  I have complete confidence when I see Michael that my hair will turn out great and sure enough, he never disappoints.On a similar note, Diane Rice is hands down the best with hand and foot detailing.  My feet were a mess when I first started coming here.  I had just moved back to Las Vegas from Hawaii where I spent every waking moment possible wearing flip flops on the beach.  In just a few weeks the cracks are healing and my feet look great.I'll never go anyplace else in Las Vegas. Tower club is classy. Even though the environment is really upscale the prices are still fair. I'm in on the monthly plan, unlimited hair cuts. This works best for me because I keep my hair very short. I haven't had a bad cut yet. My schedule is really crazy but they always get me in even at the last minuet. I've been to every stylist and barber up there over the last 3/4 months and they all take their time and make sure the job is done right. I recommend them for anything to do with men's grooming needs. I can't honestly review the ladies side but from what I've seen they offer every possible service and being that they are always busy thats usually a good indication. Read Less

I have been shaving my eyebrows off and drawing them on myself for a decade, because I want a higher arch than I naturally have, also a fan of more dramatic looks.  I'm very particular and my brows are a huge deal to me.  I saw wonderful pics that Christina did of the stroke/3D brows, but for my specific look, I needed a solid brow tattoo.  Christina was confident and with good reason. They are beautiful!  And will save me a lot of hassle!  She's a beautiful, patient, young artist, makes you feel comfortable right away and the service is nearly pain free. My husband needed a last minute haircut. We called around 8:10 pm and they were able to squeeze him in. The place is very new and covers lots of bases- hair, nails, makeup, waxing. There's a separate area for men's nails if they want to have more privacy. They even have monthly clubs where you pay a certain amount for unlimited cuts, washes and blow outs, and light styles. I think the memberships come with access to the bar, but there is coffee and cucumber-lemon water on hand. There's also a little snack bar with lattes and other treats. Trixie did a nice job on the fade, was very personable, and the cut came with a shampoo with scalp rub, hot towel face treatment with shoulder massage, and great laughs. $45 for it all. Read Less
