I booked an appt for the sexy eyelash extensions, gel manicure, and deluxe pedicure. Trish did my gel manicure first, then Hannah did my eyelash extensions and pedicure. I found out they also do eyebrow waxing, so Hannah fit that in right after my pedicure for me!! It was so convenient being able to do all those things in one place, rather than having to go to a separate eyelash extension lounge, nail salon, and eyebrow threading place (I used to have to do this, but not anymore!!!) I was able to get all of those things done in less than 3 hours. Fast forward a couple hours later and I felt like I wanted more volume on my lashes.. they were nice but a little too natural for my liking. I called the salon to see if I could get a fill for more volume and Trish said she could fit me in ASAP before the shop closed today. I made it to the salon in the next 20 min or so and Hannah pulled up at the same time as me. I felt so bad for making her come all the way back to the salon to fix an issue that wasn't even her fault, but that just goes to show how much she cares about her clients!! I was able to get the volume I wanted and I left more than satisfied. Trish and Hannah are amazing!! They both gave me their honest opinion on different options I had and showed that they are more interested in the satisfaction of their clients, rather than forcing me to get certain services just to make more money off of me. Trish is extremely talented and has been my nail tech for quite some time now. Her designs are intricate and detailed and she is very quick but always makes sure my nails look perfect. I am very picky and she is super patient with me and caters to all of my needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've had other nail techs at this salon do my pedicures and I was not disappointed. While you're waiting they will kindly ask if you'd like water or even a glass of wine if you desire. The wide variety of color selection for gel is a plus (they have rockstar!). I've been going JUST HERE for 2 years ( they changed the name ) I wear contacts and have extremely sensitive eyes, I like my lashes "winged out" they are all very patient VERY CLEAN. I always fall asleep but wake up looking gorgeous! I usually go in at random times and they will do their best to fit me in! I get my nails and eyelashes done at the same time! All of their NAIL techs are amazing! I just bring pictures and they make it happen! I'm always amazed at how inexpensive it is! The Lashes stay on me for 3 WEEKS AVERAGE & STILL LOOK GOOD ! I was A makeup artist, if you are gentle on your eyes as you should be anyways while removing makeup and using water based soft cleanser, they will stay on and look good for a long time. So I followed Trish over from the last nail place and have not looked back. The quality is amazing. She is very talented and is up for anything I or my friend throw at her. Rather it is custom drawn lace pattern, rhinestones, faces, or etc. she has done them all. The quality is nice and my nails actually last. I am at 3 weeks and not a rhinestone has fallen off. My toes where I got a classic french tip (no gel) don't have a single chip either. I have gone to other salons and my nails are chipped and peeling within a week. Have not had that problem here.I have not gotten eyelashes but my friend does and loves it as well. They also do eyebrow waxing and tattoo. Trish has been my nail tech for years, and I absolutely adore her- for more than just her skills! She's always been the best to have a funny chat with, but doesn't push talking when I'm feeling quiet, or answering emails on my phone. After hearing that she was leaving her previous salon, I moved my regular business over to Crystal Lash Lounge & Nail Bar along with her because when you find someone as good as Trish, you stick with them!Crystal has nice amenities for a nail spa including coffee, hot tea, cold water and light snacks and the interior is cutely decorated. Prices are standard around Vegas. Color selection is good and if there's something specific you're looking for that they didn't have, Trish would be able to come up with a recommendation for you. I always trust her taste in colors/shapes, she's never lead me wrong which is saying a lot- because all of her clients have different styles. She completely tailors her suggestions to my taste which she's gotten to know over time, but is never pushy. She'll suggest a new color along the same kind of palette when I'm getting bored and it's always on point. She's up to date on trends, and has a way of remembering your previous styles/colors. Overall though, the best thing about Trish is how quick she is for the quality of her work. It never ceases to amaze me, and in a day and age where time is money, Trish is priceless. She gets a gel fill done in 30-45min, and she's gotten me in and out for a gel pedi and gel fill in just over an hour. Came here for my first time a few days ago and definitely had an amazing experience. The staff is so so nice and the salon is very relaxing. Not like past salons I've been to in Vegas where it seems like a sweat shop and you're being rushed around. I actually felt like I can unwind and enjoy my mani/pedi. The salon is so chic-y and cozy and they have a bunch of options (nail polish, nail design, etc) to choose from. Trish is a nail magician! She recommended build a gel for my fill since my nails were constantly breaking with acrylic. Im very picky when it comes to my nails and I have to say I haven't been this pleased with my nails in a very long time. I finally gave in and decided to get lash extensions...and I'll never go back.  I called about a billion places to get pricing, and I ask almost every person I meet where they get their lashes done.  Then, I found a friend whose lashes look awesome and found out the price ($100 full set for the medium level), and finally took the plunge.  Booking was easy - you can book online or over the phone - I requested Annie (because my friend referred me to her specifically) and she did an awesome job on my lashes.  The experience was a little uncomfortable at first - your eyes are basically taped shut and the glue made my eyes water a bit, but you get used to it quickly.  I actually fell asleep halfway through!  Now when I go in, I fall asleep almost immediately and have to apologize for snoring (no joke). My lashes look phenomenal!! Plus, I like that they charge per week, rather than per fill.  A lot of people try and make their lashes last several weeks so they don't have to go back in, but it ends up looking ratchet.  Because I know I'm going to pay by week, I just go in every week or every other week and then my lashes are always on point!
