I had my nails done here two weeks ago and they still look great. No chips, no discoloration, no lifting gel. I will be back based on the quality of my nails only.When I return, I wont be expecting overly friendly service and I know that there's a possibility I will need a translator to explain what I'm looking to have done. For me, this is okay. For some of the rest of y'all who are looking for a bff, this might not be your place. I just moved here from SF Bay Area. I was with a lady in Burlingame for 12 years. She was wonderful and was clean, using alcohol to clean the nails before polishing and sealing the nail edge with a solution and polish. In 12 years of constant applications I never got a staff infection or fungus. After moving here I went to a couple places that did inferior work, so a friend recommended Victoria at The Nail Shoppe LV. I went yesterday and they almost nailed it. No alcohol or s...ealing the nail edge (which is resolvable) but very skilled in the art of shaping and making a strong nail and not overly thick. He filed the underside of the nail as well. Very important to do. I'm very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them. Very reasonable prices which means better tips. . I do recommend a wider selection of lighter colors in pinks to natural colors for people like me but this is solvable as well. I have an appointment in 2 weeks for fill and pedi. Victoria and her family is a true family run shop they treat like family with love and when your done the quality is the best in town had to go to another shop in July as it was my daughter's wedding and my mom paid for it so had to go to her shop across Henderson by sunset station and let's say they did my toes and nails and my paint job was in need to be done after 1 week and I get just gel manicure and paint was coming off and they would not even fix know if it was Victoria she would fix right away so forget the rest go to the best Read Less

First time at The Nail Shoppe and definitely not my last. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into to a beautiful little Shop, that looked clean and luxurious.I was seated right away, even as a walk in and had the pleasure to get Victoria, the shop owner.  This is the first time I've ever felt at home at a nail salon. We talked and laughed the entire time and walked out of there feeling like I had hung out with a long time friend. Not only was my experience fun but she did the best nail job I've ever had!  She actually cares and listens to what shape, length and color you desire.
