The visit started nice but i messed up a lil polish on my nail so i asked if they could fix it the man said he would not then on top of this my daughter said mom thw whole time he was doing my nails he was being rude to me i wanted my nails done but i was so upset at how i was being talked to that i just said forget it ill go some wher else wher i dont have to be treatded with such dis respect i mean if im paying my money for it i should be abel to ask for what i like right ? I'm new to the area and I'm new to Las Vegas I've been hopping around trying to find a different salon. I saw that this nail salon had a ton of reviews on yelp and all good ones. I was able to call and schedule an appointment for a gel fill and pedicure no problem . It's easy to access plenty of parking and a nice atmosphere when you walk inEveryone seems very friendly and talkative lots of regulars coming in. Everyone except of course the person that I got . All in all I won't bash the place because that's not my nature but I was looking for a more relaxing and enjoying environment ... my nails look amazing - I love the shape and the color ! But I really don't appreciate a miscommunication of being told that my nails are BAD! And continuing to tell me that throughout my whole service.I would love to give this place a second shot maybe with a different technician . Came in for a quick post work mani pedi.  The mani became my first gels!  (Love them!). The pedi became a full Buddha Bar treatment!The staff were friendly and funny, made me feel comfortable, and appreciated.While waiting for my friends to finish I got a quick brow wax.  Next time I'm in the neighborhood, I'll be back for sure.  Good value for the price, and a great atmosphere! I went here consistently for about 10 months With my coworker for it's convenient location and my coworker always had a great experience. I unfortunately did not it was not until after 3 beyond terrible experiences I have given up on them. I purchased gel which after three days chipped!!!! How does gel chip I went back two weeks later and had a different nail esthetician Vinny he did good at the time of service but needless to say one week later my nails broke and gel peeled off I work in sales!!! Also I never had acrylic with them  only gel over my real nails.This last time I went because again my nails only lasted one week upon doing a "fill" he saw two of my nails were completely green FUNGUS!!! His solution was to file the top of my nail so far down it exposed my nailbed and it was BLEEDING!!! I'm no complainer but that hurt needless to say I paid and still tipped him for his service .....ONLY 3 days after I spent $100 and $20 tip my gel manicure popped off on two nails in ...THREEE DAYS !! I'm completely done with this place I went to nail diamond and they were amazing did a vitamin E treatment to help fix my nail that was filed down on the nail bed to the bare skin and had to have a full new gel manicure from the terrible service only 1 1/2 weeks prior  at this terrible place. Got my nails done for my wedding, along with a lot of other stuff costing almost $200. Gave a $20 tip because everything else was great except my nails.... And I'm really not picky.. But they were Completely uneven, the man got bothered when I asked to put one more layer of glitter. He gave a coupon for next time(because even the manager knew how bad they looked) saying I would get a free fill. I come back and it was only 10 percent off... Absolutely never coming here again. I came in looking for an almond gel full set, simple enough. The girl who checks me in tells the guy what I wanted and he says ok. Immediately starts pushing designs that are $5 extra that I don't want and telling me he wouldn't do the design I wanted (a simple heart French tip on my ring finger...that's it). He then cuts my nails WAY too short and starts squaring them off. I told him I wanted almond, not square. He then started BLAMING me and telling me I should've told him. As he's fixing them, he continues to blame me for something I know he was told.Afterwards he starts filing them down and literally scrubbed my cuticles until they bled. He didn't even acknowledge the fact that my cuticles were bleeding and did nothing to stop it. He just kept going l and it was pretty apparent that they were bleeding so there's no way he couldn't have known. I finally ended up just changing the color to a simple nude because I knew that if I added any sort of color it would look awful and white would show my messed up cuticles. I think he could tell I wasn't happy so he tried beginning a conversation and flat out told me he moved to Vegas because he didn't want to go to jail since he hates his "crazy ex wife." Um...excuse me? Absolutely AWFUL service and I will never go there again. I would've been better off doing an at-home manicure, but my fiancé wanted me to have some "me time" and pamper myself a little. I refused to let him waste his money on a piss poor manicure. There are some questionable behaviors in this place from the guys who work there. One of the customers brought her daughter in and the daughter tried to play with one of the guys, at first the guy brushed her off by telling her "I'm busy!" Naturally, that upset the girl and she started crying. It's no big deal. Then the mother went like, "yeah, Michael is mean." I still didn't find anything wrong with the exchange until this Michael said, "you're lucky that my son is not here." The mother got curious and asked, "why? What would he do?" He went like, "he would kidnap her."I'm not sure how to interpret this exchange bc I don't know if he was joking. I don't know what makes him think it's OK to make a joke with a customer/stranger when her daughter is present. On my way out, one of the older guys tried to "flirt" with me, which wasn't pleasant. He might have founded it funny or he thought he was being charming, but I did not appreciate it.Otherwise, the service from the girl who helped me was pretty good. But I'm not going back there. Loss a star because the place was a mess. Equipment everywhere, couldn't find certain polish colors...guys, ya gotta organize. And a loss of a star because I have 3 small cuts on my fingers from the drill. Pay attention, and go slow ladies when you're filing away at your clients hands. These little painful cuts on the sides of my nails could have been avoided. However, given these issues, my nails are evenly shaped, just the right thickness and were painted very neatly. Everyone was nice and when I called ahead I was told to come right in so I was helped right away upon arrival. If this set can last 2 weeks without lifting, I'll be happy and I'll return for another go. We shall seeee.....Update: not even a week later and 2 nails had corners crack off. Then a couple days after that 2 more nails completely split down the middle. I went ahead and found another shop and they decided it would be best to just remove all and start over....wouldn't return to Nail Bar unfortunately... Good luck to ya! Read Less

I've been coming to this nail salon for past 2-3 years and I had my first bad experience with this place. One of the nail technicians Mimi was doing a fill for me and I noticed one of my nails was very uneven so I mentioned it to her. Mimi then proceeded to tell me they were already like that when I came in (they weren't) and she stood up out of her chair trying to start an argument with me. It was unprofessional and totally out of line. She ended up fixing it after a few minutes so I don't understand what the big deal was. So I have been going to Vinny here for over 6 months or so, and I couldn't be happier. He is an artist and the best nail professional I have ever met( and Ive met many)! Everyone is great here and they offer CLEAN, CLASSY, PROFESSIONAL services that truly is unbeatable here in Vegas. It takes me 20 mins or more to get here and it is beyond worth it. It's so important for nail places to be clean and sterile, and if ur a perfectionist like me, for someone to really listen and go over their work when needed. The products they use are always grade A and they have so so so many colors and options! Today I got a mani and pedi here. Pedi - the lady was very rough. It hurt as she cut my cuticles. She half assed the filing and buffing; missing toes and buffing the air. The massage was not relaxing at all either. While I was sitting in the chair she sprayed cleaning supply to clean the tub. Not something I care to breathe in. Along with one of the guys that worked there sitting right next to me in the empty spa chair right after he just smoked out side. Not cool. Mani - also rough with an ok massage. I don't mind the speedy service but I go to get relaxed. The happy hour $45 gel mani & pedi is a nice price so that's why I tried this place. Came here to try to relax and get our nails done. I felt like they just rushed everything. I even tried to be friendly with the staff and asked them some questions but they were more interested in talking to each other. Gemma is so accommodating and even gave me an appointment on Easter Monday as other times were not suitable for me even though I had not been to her before. She is so friendly and the salon is beautiful. I have never been to a salon that offers so many colours of polish and styles of shellac.
