The 1st time I went I loved it.. The ppl there sometimes are rude if I am paying I don't appreciate a rush job. Always always rushing and last 3 times 2 of my nails were crooked and low quality. Sad becuase the 1st visit was great so I know the potential is there..not returning. Read Less

Had been coming here for many years and had finally filled out my get 10 pedicures and get one free card. I had had a baby so had not been here in a few months and when I went today they wouldn't take it. I was so dissapointed. They said they had changed the program this year. There is no expiration on the card. I couldn't believe they didn't honor it. The manager said she sold give me 50%. I still feel like that is wrong. I had earned the free pedicure. Came here with a convenient, same-day appointment when a reservation at a different salon was changed.  I wanted to swap out acrylic for gel.  Moon was very patient soaking off my acrylics in order to preserve my nail beds.  Other salons go the faster, more destructive, and painful route of popping them right off, which I don't like.  Because my nails are so brittle, Moon also took the time to do the gel manicure with multiple layers.  If you're looking for a great manicure at a great price, Serenity Nails is for you.  Ask for Moon! Customer service was terrible, everytime i told Tai (nail tech) what I wanted or however the length was he would complain, i was charged more than quoted on the phone and still not what i like. Okay, no exaggeration, the best effing pedicure I've ever had! No, seriously. I came here for the first time this past Sunday with my mom and we were both blown away by the service we received!The thing that I look for most in a nail salon is cleanliness and Serenity Nails & Skin Care definitely exceeds my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I could just tell the place was clean and organized. I also loved the fact that they use a single-use disposable bag liner for each foot spa. That is a big plus in my book! A lot of other salons I've been to in the past just give the spa a 10 second scrub and call it a day!What made my pedicure so amazing you ask? No nail tech has ever massaged my legs twice during a pedicure. Yes, you read that correctly. The first massage was done with a citrus scented sugar scrub and the second massage was done with oil. Both massages were done thoroughly and I felt extremely relaxed. I chose the basic pedicure, so I was taken by surprise when my tech began to massage my legs again!I'm also super happy with the gel manicure I had done! I'm simple and went for a mauve color, but I decided to step out of my comfort zone and throw some gold glitter on my ring fingers! I love it. Tai did such a great job with my gel manicure and pedicure. He took care of my cuticles and brought my nails back to life! Overall, a great salon with services at a great price! I love Tweedy, Moon, Ann, Tina and all of them! This place is clean and amazing. I highly recommend this place. I will never go anywhere else. The first time my daughter and I went to this salon we had a great experience with Tracy and decided to come back. The second time we went back was a different story. I don't understand how a $15 manicure turned into a $32 manicure because I got gel. My daughter a fill and gel and only $30. Interesting how my daughter's nails took longer than mine and cost less even though there was more product used and more labor spent. We won't be back I don't appreciate being ripped off. Read Less
