So I went in yesterday and got my nails done full set, shape coffin, with gel polish. All of my nails were different shapes and they were incredibly bumpy. I wasn't happy at all but I paid and even left a tip. The lady was super nice but not very good at nails. I tried to get used to them but I couldn't so I went in the next day hoping to get a refund and they asked if I had time so they can fix them. Alicia was very nice about it and Kelly did an amazing job on my nails. She completely changed them to a different shape and gave me a cool design and a polish that changes color. My nails look horrible!  I had Dennis do my nails and he was more concerned with watching TV on his phone than paying attention to what he was doing. Worst of all my mother in law went there too. He cut her fingers twice and then did a horrible paint job on her nails!I also had my eyebrows waxed there by Dennis. He did a good job shaping them, but because he wasn't paying attention, he dropped wax in my hair!!!!I found a better salon in the same parking lot that has done a phenomenal job and fixed all of Dennis's mistakes. I live down the street so I used to come here all the time when it first opened. I was able to always walk in and get my service done immediately. The old owner was really sweet and knew me as a regular. It's been getting a lot of business and it takes forever just to wait. I've gone here a couple of times and it was too busy so I just left. Even when I decide to make an appointment, it's still too long of a wait. One time I waited about an hour or so...and fell asleep...and it's a walmart shopping center so nothing really to do. Now, I think the owner has changed because they not only do nails but they do hair as well! It's small so it's crammed inside. The nail tech's are nice. Nothing bad about them, really. Just the quality of the gel and selection kind of sucks compared to other nail salons. I would really only go here if I needed something done really bad, but most of the time I just go somewhere else. It's not bad pricing either, I paid for my gel acrylic nails & my sister's manicure for only $50. This was the place back in the day. Read Less
