Visited here for the first time and last time I must add for a Mani/Pedi and Eyebrow waxing. The pedi was okay (I've had better). My eyebrows were uneven and horribly plucked. She tried to draw them in to assist with the horrific job. My cuticle were not cut on the the mani. They didn't even try to soak my finger nails to remove dead skin around the nails additionally the paint job was bad as well. My daughter full set of acrylics was beyond terrible. The gentleman nail tech removed the nails he made mistakes on to correct but he just couldn't correct the errors. Needless to say DO NOT GO HERE! There are too many places that could do a better job. I got there half an hour after open on a Sunday morning and they were so quick to accommodate for me! They started to take my gel off as they finished other clients, which I didn't mind at all. Heidi spent a lot of time shaping my nails and shortening them because they had grown out three weeks since my previous manicure. She was so nice and overall a very comfortable environment! Wasn't very happy with this place. Went in and asked for full set for me and my daughter and a pedi for me. It took the lady almost 2 hours to do my pedi...terrible job. My daughters nails starting falling off after 3 days. Once they went to do my nails, they tried to just do a medi. They told me that in order for me to get a full set i needed to wait another hour just for another lady to finish someone elses nails because the lady that was doing my feet didn't know how to do full set. I spent $80 on the most terrible job ever and because it was already late i had to settle for just a medi being that everywhere else was already closed. Big inconvenience and disappointing. My mom and I spent a quick afternoon here at Paradise nails. They are all friendly. Every employee was smiling at some point. My mom gets pedicures often and she is from California. She said she will not be going anywhere else except Paradise Nails, Henderson from now on. It was my first gel manicure. I bartend so I do not get my nails done often. The woman doing my nails cut my pinky open pretty deep and said "oops" and continued to do what she was doing and my nails came out pretty scruffy. She didn't cut my cuticles like every other nail salon does and like you're supposed to do. After I took my nails off there was severe damage to them and I'm still working on trying to get them healthy again.. I've gotten my nails done before and this has never happened to me so sorry to say my experience there was pretty negative. Read Less

I wish I could give zero stars. Came in yesterday with my mom. My mother wanted a cute Easter design done. The lady kept saying she couldn't do that everytime my mom showed her a new design she would kept making up and excuse on why she couldn't do it. She finally just got her nails painted light Easter colors. The lady seemed to be in a hurry and didn't even polish her whole finger nail. Had to have the gentlemen fix it. After wasting 2 hours of my time, this is what I left their salon looking like....even the manager lady said, I'm not going to charge you for that, come back tomorrow and we'll fix for you...so I did, and after they fixed this mess, she charged me for it...I couldn't believe it!! This is by far my favorite nail salon in the region. The staff is professional and welcoming. You definitely pay for the spa atmosphere and the service, it is totally worth it.. My favorite new addition is that they have matching toe polish for every gel color! Read Less

I don't usually get my nails done mainly because I've been so disappointed with past experiences at other nail salons but I am super impressed with this place! First of all, the salon is so clean and beautifully decorated and the chairs are so comfy! More importantly, the manicurists are skilled and gentle with your hands and feet. Was a customer for 3 years. As of today, due to rude and discourteous employees, my time is done. I was running a little late, mind you, I have waited 30+ minutes before when my usual manicurist, Helen, was running behind and never complained. I would have been a max of 20 minutes late and was told I'd loose my spot if I showed up later than 15 minutes. I wasn't about to risk my safety racing there for a nail appointment. I love this nail salon. I have been coming here for 15 years and I have never been unhappy with the results. I have had a few of the different technicians and they are all great. They have a large array of colors to choose from and have a good amount of gel polish colors. They recently got new pedicure chairs and they work great. I've been having difficulty finding a good pedi place, I finally found it. It looks a little sketchy from the outside, I but it's all business inside. They have a great polish selection and the ladies know how to do cute but not over the top designs. The real appeal is they took care of the whole foot not just our toes. Read Less

I've gone here a couple of times, mainly for pedicures and service is pretty good.they know their customers and they're friendly, But this last visit I got a full set & pedicure and not too satisfied. Although very nice, Laura did ok on my pedicure, would've liked a longer, better massage. I did black tips & painted the ring finger, she topped it off with gel but it smeared off shortly after. It's 3 stars because I paid more than I thought & now I have to go back to fix it.Update--Went back and Lucy fixed everything! She took her time redid my nails, when I thought they were just gonna fix the 2 nails, made sure the orange polish covered tip. They are more than accommodating to fix there problems!
