Let me start with saying I have not reviewed any services from this location and actually called because of the great reviews but I am upset because I called asking if they had availability and they asked when I could be there. I said 5 minutes and they told me to come. My boys were napping so I called the next door girl to come over to watch my boys while they napped so I could run to get a pedicure. I showed up 8 minutes after my call and they told me they couldn't take me and they gave my spot to someone else. So now I have a babysitter but no pedicure. I only wish they would have told me "no" so I didn't get a sitter and rush to the shop. If you're a mom, you know how precious nap time and the time they are left with the babysitter is. Read Less

I've gone to probably over 30 different nail salons in Henderson and Las Vegas and I always come back here. Jane does an amazing job on stilettos, makes them sharp and just pick it up so they actually go the distance.  Most people here make them thin so they just break... not her. I love this place, the girls in there are wonderful. However, I went in there yesterday and a man did my gel manicure. I filed my own nails, his hands were dirty, my manicure is bumpy, and the very next day the gel is sliding off. I will be going back today for a full new gel manicure for free. Never let that man touch your nails!!! Read Less

The shop is quite nice and it is conveniently located in the Smith's shopping center. I had a manicure and pedicure here recently and was happy with the results. I brought my own nail polish and told them I did not want a gel manicure. I could tell the manicurist was really trying to upsell me and was disappointed when I said no. When she was finished and I paid, I sat and waited for my nails to dry and she left me alone. Nobody else was in the shop so I chilled out and read a magazine. I felt like my refusal to get an upgraded service affected the way she treated me. She did not treat me bad, but she did not make me feel like I needed to come back again.Read Less

EDITED - they made everything right by going above and beyond. I have since changed my review because they had an issue with a new employee. Firstly, I'm a 51 year old women who gets my nails done every two weeks like clockwork because I am a dealer. This is the worst experience HANDS DOWN that I have ever had. My nail tech seemed very inexperienced. When she filed my one nail, she dug the file in so hard that it was bleeding. If course, I winced and pulled away. She apologized and then throughout the session, she did it two more times to the same damn finger! She filed my nails with the dremel so much that it was very painful and kept hitting the side skin of my fingers with the dremel. I was literally sitting in the chair with tears streaming down my face!  All I could think was please hurry so I can get the hell out of here. Today is the day after, my nail is so sore I can't hardly use it and the gel is peeling off and the stuff under is sticky. My nails are totally uneven and a mess. Just RIDICULOUS. This place is horrible! I took my daughter and her friend and there was poor communication! The lady ignored what I asked for twice and said "oh I'm sorry I must have misunderstood you"! After asking her to do acrylic nails on both of them she did gel which are way more expensive! Will never go back!! Read Less

Prices are reasonable. Customer service attitude is excellent. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Most importantly, my nails look fantastic. Communication about what I wanted was great between the artist and I. Tommy and Jaquelyn (sp?) are great. Read Less
