Got my nails done by Hannah. She was amazing. I've been a lot of places trying to find someone who will get my nail shape right. I definitely recommend her. Didn't over price me. Even warned me, when they were speaking in their language and laughing. She's like just so you know we're not talking about you. Lol was hilarious. Will definitely go back to her. But just like everyone else's review. The manager was so rude!!! From the moment I called there was no customer service. When I asked him a question he answered it and was like so are you gonna make an appointment or not. When I walked it (right as they opened and I was the only one there) instead of greeting Me or even saying good morning all he said was you're late. (I was 6 min late). Idk what's wrong with him. Been coming here over the past 12 months yes I don't deny the end result is long lasting, however the design is not always what has been requested. I feel sometimes the colour of my choice is changed not as it's put across as "better" but to simply use old stock! That along with hostile rude staff I have decided I won't be visiting again. I have tried to ignore the staffs rudeness in my previous visits putting it down to tiredness and being busy but on my most recent visit I've realised that quite simply that no one here has good or even reasonable customer care skills! Yesterday before work I had a 9:30 am appointment, one of the employees spent 2 hours on my nails just to have them severely unevenly shaped with gel that was thin and painted horribly. This after she literally ripped my old set off to put the new set on, very painful. After she was finished, it honestly looked scary, I originally asked for square shape nails, however a few nails were completely slanted (coffin shape) on one side and then straight on the other of the same nail! Another employee came over trying to fix what she had done but he stated he would need more time. I had to go to work and could not spend another 2 hours having them fix my nails, which means I would be driving back to Henderson from Summerlin for the fix. I have been a customer of this salon for two years yet when asked would there be some sort of discount they rudely told me it was not their problem I live in summerlin and would have to drive back. I consider their work ethic and mannerism extremely insensitive and very unprofessional. I’m only one customer but $50 and two hours of driving deserved at least an apology. I’m currently sitting in the salon waiting to get my nails fix in which they told me only the guy who I spoke to yesterday can fix them even though they were all here. Went in yesterday to get a pedicure with my friend and mom. Had to go back a few hours later. The polish had rubbed off. Instead of taking the polish off completely, he just dabbed glitter over. As if that fixes the problem. They didn’t put a top coat to seal it, either time. I am not sure if they use cheap products, with named labels. Or just don’t know how to apply polish. Read Less

I'd like to meet these "happy, friendly, helpful" staff. Walked in and within a minute I walked back out. We were about to hand 80 pounds over for two of us to have a pedicure, their faces looked like we were about to take 80 pounds off them. No thanks. Read Less

Rude as hell. They talk about other clients. Came in for appt on wrong day but instead of offering another appt, they just kept saying "It's impossible that you have an appt today". Will never go back. Read Less

Wouldnt even give them 1star!!! Been for a french manicure as i go on holiday tomorrow. Not impressed with my nails not worth what they have charged me they look awful would never use them again or reccomend them to friends or family. Read Less
