I have been coming here for 3 years and it is the only shop I will go to. The staff and owners are always involved and willing to help you out. Kevin is my usual go-to tech, Li always helps me pair the perfect colors for my style....and she NEVER let's me down. The owners Peter and Tammy are awesome and they do incredible work every single time and in a timely fashion. I love it here. I feel like I am genuinely treated, from my first time years ago to today...I have never been let down. I respect this shop; every tech is awesome. I have not one bad thing to say! Will not be returning. Had the worst pedicure of my entire life. My toenails are crooked, she didn't even clean underneath them, and didn't even put a top coat on my polish. She did not speak one word to me. Once she "finished" the guy who was doing my step daughters came over to finish what she started. Mainly kind of cleaning up all the polish on my toes because she also didn't use a separator, he put a top coat because I asked. Can't tell you her name because she didn't even introduce herself. First time here. I've been searching for a new nail salon and I have found it. Friendly staff. Had no appointment and I was seen right away. They have a wide selection of pedicure options not just a standard pedicure. They have like 5-6 different pedicure options. I chose the delux. Wonderful chose. For $35 I received a scrub, mask with hot towel wrap, hot rock massage and the usual callus removal and nail trim, cuticle cleaning. She took her time, did a wonderful job and I am very pleased. I just went in for a regular pedicure this morning and the technician was a little rough when trimming my cuticles and the chemical smell was really strong.  It gave me a headache.  Not the cleanest salon, but the staff was friendly enough. Read Less

We went to Nail Envy with an appointment and they didn't call us up in the first 30 minutes so we went to Nailand where they had us (3 people) in a chair with our toes and nails done within minutes. Not only did they speak perfect English but they did absolutely amazing on our pedicures but they stayed after hours just to finish our acrylic nails! The guys that did our nails did the best they could have leaving all three of us completely satisfied! I highly suggest this place as you will leave happily :) Read Less

I'll start off with this. My nails turned out great. But I will never come back to nail land. I had an appointment at 2 and they had me sitting there for about 40 min before they could assist me. Not a big deal, I didn't have anything else planned that day anyways. But if I did, I would probably have been more irritated. I asked for a full set of acrylics that was an entirely painful process, and I routinely get acrylics, it's not supposed to be painful. What set me off, was the guy doing my nails. Telling me I need to "smile more" and my facial expression is the reason I'm still single. Telling me I can be more happy if I had a man in my life. That man can kindly go f*** himself. That is not something you tell a woman, you're better off keeping quiet. Nevertheless, I'm never coming back. Read Less

This was the worst customer service I've had and will not recommend anyone to go there. They have no name tags so I couldn't find out the guy's name who I couldn't understand a word he was saying. Not only did he messed up what I wanted done but pulled my mother in law acrylic nail off and started bleeding. The young lady who did my daughter's nail did a good job but her coworker was awful. My nails have been seriously slayed thanks to Elysa (I hope I'm spelling that right)A good friend of mine recommended her and I hasn't had a set on in a good two weeks so I was going through MAJOR withdrawals.This place is literally right down the street from where I stay and I instantly liked her. You want to have a good relationship with the woman your trusting your nails with!I showed her a picture and literally she was able to exactly duplicate what I wanted I almost feel like mine are even more amazing then what I had originally wanted. I have been going here for awhile now and this place is fantastic! Peter and Tammy do such a great job. Today I went in with a Halloween design in mind for my nails and Tammy was able to do it for me. Such an amazing job! Definitely the best nail salon to go to. I came in from out of state and I took me and my girls there to get pedicures and we all received great pedicures. It was so relaxing and they had lots of steps in their pedicure process. They even use the hot rocks in their basic pedicure! If I ever stay close to Nailand I will definitely go there again. Read Less

I came to Vegas knowing that I needed to go somewhere and get a pedicure. Of course, I had no idea where to go, low and behold, we checked into Sunset Station today and looked out of our nearly top floor room and saw Nailand across the street.  We quickly got ourselves together and I noticed that I forgot my flip flops...dammit! So, thank goodness the mall is conveniently across the street, because I rushed to Macy's and bought a pair of Havanna's, which just happened to be on sale, thank God and flew over here before it got too crowded, especially because it's a Friday afternoon.On my way from the mall, I noticed another nail shop across the street and went in. They told me 10 minutes, but all of their ladies were busy and I didn't like the "Children of the Corn" look that I got from the only 3 customers in there, plus it was very quiet and empty in there....a slightly creepy ambiance.So into the truck I go...blew across the street to Nailand, the place I saw from my room and went right in. When I opened the door, I almost closed it back, but I was immediately greeted by the friendly, Kim and her smile and approach drew me in. I asked how long for a pedicure and she said she could take me right now and she was the one who literally did my pedicure!I was offered water, listened to some great music that either made me want to workout or dance and just enjoyed the experience.
