I have been going to Lush for about two years now (ever since I saw a skeleton in the window having a manicure at Halloween, yes really!) I usually have a back massage which is incredibly relaxing and excellent value for money. I usually see Chelsea who is really warm and friendly and straight away puts you at ease. Love Lush! Having read some of the recent reviews on here, I feel I have to comment. I have been a customer at Lush for many years now. Katie and the team always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Katie is excellent at what she does and I wouldn't have anyone else doing my nails, LVL and brows. For me, if there's ever been any issue (I have hard gel on my nails and have on a couple of occasions caught the gel and damaged it), I have contacted Katie and she has always got me in to sort it, often staying after the salon has closed, which I think is excellent customer service. I arrived 10 minutes early and the door was locked which i thought was strange. The sign said there was a treatment in progress. When the door was eventually opened i was told to fill in paperwork and wait. I had booked a 1 hour luxury facial from groupon and my facial started 10 minutes late. There only seemed to be 2 girls working. The facial itself was fine and i had a shoulder massage too. There was no steaming or exfoliation though considering this was a 'luxury' facial.... The girl doing the facial was nice enough and offered me a hand and arm massage or scalp massage which i declined. When the facial had finished the girl told me to take my time to get ready but 5 minutes later she came to check up on me and seemed in a rush to get me to leave. The music in the salon was too loud and the phone was constantly ringing but not being answered. My treatment only lasted 45 minutes because i walked out of the salon exactly an hour after my facial had started. I was disappointed that my treatment was cut short, was this because i had a groupon? If so all customers should get the same treatment, whether they be groupon buyers or regulars. This place doesn't even deserve one star. WORST SERVICE EVER. I barely came for the first time lastnight and it will be the last time I ever come here again. I got a guy and to start it off he didn't even let me dip my feet into the water. He put acrylic nails on both my big toe nails without even fixing my real nails. He didn't clip them or do any of what they always do before they put the acrylic nails on. Then he was super rough and peeled all of my skin around both of my toe nails. They bled a lot over night because I had a lot of dry blood the next morning. To top it all off I woke up today to have both toes really swollen and red and INFECTED. They were hurting really bad because they had puss. I went back to complain and get my money back. I didn't even notice how bad my nails were until today. They still tried making an excuse that it was somehow my fault my toe nails got infected when they were FINE before the pedicure. Definitely filing a complaint to the Nevada Board of Cosmetology. Decided to give this place a shot since the one slightly closer to our home seemed a little less than friendly. Here we were immediately greeted and they took my daughter back right away, I followed just behind her. I got a manicure with polish and my daughter a set of acrylics. Had an express manicure and pedicure with a 1 hour pamper package groupon voucher, and paid an extra £20 for gel. It was OK, although the beauty therapist (Sophie) was obviously very junior as required guidance from her colleague, for example reminding her to put the lamp on when my nails were under it and advising that my hand was not under the lamp enough at one stage which Sophie had not realised... personally I wouldn’t return based on this experience but the staff were nice. Rang to see if they could help & the answer was no...bit shocked to be honest. Yes it says it on the voucher but where's the customer service/staff discretion?? Beware if using a credit card for payment; after swiping I was told there was a problem with my card (which I knew wasn't the case) and they tried it again at my request. Lovely girls, really friendly but I did not receive the treatment I thought I was. Maybe my fault but I thought I'd booked in for a pedicure and manicure entailing removal of hard skin but was then told that's only with the deluxe so I basically had my feet in a foot spa then nails painted that's it! Then my manicure was much the same, no removal of cuticles and literally just nails painted. Asked for a French manicure which the therapist couldn't do. As they weren't fully dr...y when I left, I put my coat on and within seconds of leaving several nails were damaged. I'm going to have to get my nails re done tomorrow morning as they look awful and feel like I've wasted 2 hours of my Friday evening. I had the massage yesterday. It was ok. Not a real massage. Just a very soft touching n no pressure at all so no healing or rejuvenated if your body on really need a real massage. Welcoming environment. Danny worked on my pedicure and I loved how meticulous he was (as a note...I clip my own toe nails before I go to any salon because I like them super short...if the toe nail shape in the pic looks funky, that's on me, not the salon). He's a great asset to the salon. I wanted a cutsie flower, so Cathy did the design on my big toe which was adorable. I intend to return on my visits to Vegas. You'd do well to visit as well. Ok, so before I go no my rant I want everyone to know that both, my mother and I have been loyal customers of Dream Nails for the past year. Although they were never the best salon, they were definitely not the worst. Always available last minute, and gave a pretty decent mani/pedi. This past Friday, February 26, 2016 my mother and I came in to get a manicure and pedicure for her birthday.I work at a salon, so I never go elsewhere to get waxed, however because it was my moms birthday and everything else was spur of the moment I figured why not. We got lip and eyebrow, for I think $15. Pretty good deal. I went first. First of all, she did not clean my eyebrow or lip prior to applying wax to it. She dipped the stick in the wax bucket and put it on my face without cleaning in. GROSS. Second, and here is the worst part. SHE DOUBLE DIPPED THE STICK IN THE WAX. SAME SIDE THAT ALREADY TOUCHED MY FACE. SAME STICK. LETS KEEP IN MIND, SHE DID NOT CLEAN MY FACE PRIOR EITHER. HUGE HEALTH VIOLATION!! I DO NOT THINK THAT MOONIE UNDERSTANDS THAT SHE CAN BE SHUT DOWN FOR THAT!! What if I had some kind of blood borne illness, or herpes, or something else that is contagious??? and hello people, they do full body waxing, so just imagine somebody's steamy freshly waxed crotch on your lip. BECAUSE SHE DOUBLE DIPS THE STICK. Doesn't sound so pleasant. If I knew how to report her to the health district I would. Do not go here for waxing, and actually, i'm sure if she is not keeping up with her sanitation in waxing they probably aren't for their nails either. Tommy and his staff do great work!! My nails last 3 to 4 weeks when Tommy does them, considering I work with my hands all day that's amazing. They have many gel polishes to choose from they also have the new mood gel polish. New prices for cash paying clients are $25 for gel manicure and $20 for a spa pedicure. Went here with my girlfriend last weekend. She wanted to get a gel manicure and since I would be sitting there waiting around anyways, I decided to get my first pedicure. Surprisingly the experience was quite enjoyable. The girl was very friendly and the whole process took around half an hour. For the service, it was reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend! I choose to use Yelp a lot and find other peoples reviews very informative yet also very biased at times.  I have also never taken the time to write a review until now.  So here we go...My boyfriend and I had brunch then I suggested we go get pedicures and make a lovely day out of our Sunday.  He declined yet graciously offered to pay for me to get my toes done.  Although disappointed he didn't want to enjoy the wonderful luxuries of a pedicure and the fact that his toe nails needed it, I quickly responded with a grateful thank you. He then began to tell me about where his ex got her nails done, he apologized for bringing her up but I responded "It's all good babe, I want to know where she went because both of you had lived in this town more than me and know the ins and outs of great places."  So he brings me to "Dream Nails." He praises the owner Tommy is the best, his wife, mother, all the staff are the best in Las Vegas and that he has gotten numerous pedicures from them and his ex was very happy too.  I was reluctant because it seems in this town that nail places are so hit and miss along with the technicians but I was not going to turn down a sweet gesture from my boyfriend on this lovely Sunday.  I go into the ladies room, he leaves, I pick out my color and then sit in the pedicure chair.  The water is luke warm, no biggie, it can always be warmed up.  I ask what kind of pedicures they have, the girl responds "regular pedicure."  I respond "yes and what does that include? And has he already paid for it?" She says "regular pedicure with massage."  I ask her what's included in the spa pedicure?  She responds "Salt scrub, foot mask and hot towel, $10 more."  She had no clue if he had paid already, I asked again, then she found out he had not.  I asked to pay the difference which would have totaled their "Deluxe Pedicure" out at $35 which I was excited about.  I asked her to run my card now so my boyfriend wouldn't get upset.  I have her help and get in and cut out my ingrown toenails, I have to have my toe nails very short or else they hurt.  I've always been a difficult patron for pedicures because I want them so short and most technicians will not cater to what I want and then I end up butchering them later on at home because I'm in so much pain.  She does a great job getting rid of my in growns, filing them short, removing excess skin, etc.  Then the Deluxe part comes and I'm so excited... She applies a light layer of salt scrub, massages for at most 1-2 minutes which I felt was no big deal, the main massage comes at the end with the lotion.  I don't remember if she used the razor file before or after the scrub but she was efficient.  She then applied the mask but only to part of my foot but at this point my boyfriend had returned and was talking to me about tanning packages at this salon he has went to in the past, (since I am a spray tanner only) and was going over pricing with me.  I also didn't want to come off as if I was bitching or complaining about his generosity to the girl who didn't apply much of the mask.  Then the hot towel came, it wasn't on for long, she then wrapped my toes and painted them.  She did an alright job of painting them but now that I look at them, they are not even and do not look that good.  Now to the REALLY bad part....She filed so deep and/or too much and it now feels as if the bottoms of my feet re sunburnt,.  It hurts too much to walk right now, my feet feel so raw.  She also didn't put any lotion on my feet or legs, so my skin is very dry after being submerged in water and being scrubbed and masked.  I returned home, again, NOT WANTING to complain to my boyfriend about his nice gesture but my feet continued to hurt more and more.  I have since put ointment on the balls and toes of my feet and wrapped them in bandaids.  It hurts too much to walk right now so I am instead laying in bed, writing this review oppose to doing cardio at LVAC.  I'm pissed off.  $40 "Deluxe Pedicure" with grat and my feet are dry, in pain, polish is not awesome and it has driven me to take the time and write this review not to mention the whole pedicure was only about 20 minutes.  I have had numerous pedicures in my lifetime and it seemed as though she was rushing through just to finish..  I'm sure they have had happy patrons but I am certainly not one of them, nor will return unless it's to get my money back or an apology for my painful feet. I didn't like it :-( they were very friendly, but the manicure was awful: she left a ton of cuticles uncut. She hardly even worked on my nails, almost like she was afraid to touch them. The worst part of it all was that they charged me $17 for a simple manicure when their prices on the wall clearly said $12 and that's what they said on the phone too. I didn't even get nail polish because I am doing a vitamin treatment at home. The hardest thing she had to do was take the gel off, but is that an extra charge?! The only positive thing about my experience at Dream Nails was the great color selection. I received arguably the worst pedicure of my life at this place. The woman doing my nails seemed bothered that I had come in and rushed through the pedicure. I asked her if she could clip them a little and she said, no, she was just going to file them. I asked her again and she simply sighed at me. It was rushed and  overall, just a poor job. The polish was thick in some spots and there were visible marks in the polish before I even left the chair. Not surprisingly, the polish began to chip the very next day. I paid more than I usually do for a pedicure that was absolutely worse than usual. I will not be returning to Dream Nails. Read Less

Lisa RAWKS. She's like.... OCD with getting you perfect nails. Unlike other nail techs I've been to in other shops, she really times how long your nails are under the UV lamp. I made a yelp profile just so I could leave this place an awesome review. I was so busy, but had to get my nails done TODAY and I showed up at 7 (which is when they close).  There were people inside still getting their nails done and I asked if they were still willing to help me. They were totally gracious and gave me the spa treatment without complaint or groaning.  We were all even joking around about the tv show that was playing.  They charged a little bit more than I'm used to, but it didn't bother me only because they provide amazing service.
