This salon is a hidden gem. They can do anything to your nails and actually do it good. I have nail decals that I wanted put on & called so many salons to see if they can do it and apparently no one in Vegas knows how to do a simple task. So I called this Malishka's and they were able to get me in quickly that same day. They honestly exceeded my expectations and the nail techs here are so friendly and really know what they're doing. No pun intended but-Hands down best nail salon on the west coast. I've had some really pretty designs in the past but these are by far my favorite set. Thalya did such an amazing job sculpting these fierce clear acrylic bedazzled claws. Every one keeps asking if they are glass and telling me how awesome they are, husbands & bf's too. Obsessed. I have been searching for a nail salon with American woman. I found it here at malishka. Thalya is so talented. I show her any picture from Instagram or Pinterest and she slays it every time. The atmosphere is cool. Very nice and clean salon and restroom. They have tons of polishes. Tons of crystals, and so many other plates too. The chairs are not comfortable though. They are expensive and take longer but if it's perfection you seek you've come to the best place. Read Less

BEST nail place in town. I've gone to many places and this is the best hands down. They do an amazing job and great customer service. I normally go to ana, Anya, Gladys or liz. But everyone is great here. My schedule is super packed so I try to get in w whoever..they all do such an amazing job and your nails will last for weeks! I've recommended so many people here. I love this spot! Everyone here is amazing, and does amazing work. The atmosphere is very cool, the shop is beautiful, and everyone who works here is super cool. I've been going to Malishka's for over 3 years now. I recently moved to the other side of town, but I drive 30min with no problem to come here. I LOVE LOVE LOVE all the options they have, you can get chrome, glitter, matte, clear, hand-painted designs, rhinestones, charms, pretty much whatever you can imagine, they can create it for you!Literally, I love getting my nails done here. If you have a special occasion or event to go to and your nails are just as important as the rest of the ensemble, then this place will get you right. Every technician is good so when I make an appointment I honestly don't have a preference. I just love this place. The shop is beautiful too with colorful artwork on every wall and a huge selection of any gel color you would imagine. For what it's worth they are affordable in my opinion. They don't use tips or bad products that damage your nails. Every nail is sculpted with TLC and won't leave you regretting anything about getting your nails done. Plus the designs are to die for. I will never go to another salon for my nails again. I have natural nails. Before, my nails would break or the polish would chip within a few weeks. Generally speaking, the nails would cost at a normal shop around 30 for a gel manicure with natural nails. at Malishka's I pay around 50 plus tip. That very small amount of money MAKES ALL OF THE DIFFERENCE. You get what you pay for. I can go to Malishka's once every five weeks and my nails will be in perfect condition, no chips, no broken nails. Every time I walk out of Malishka's, I just stare at my nails because they are always so beautiful. Anya does my nails and is extremely careful, meticulous, and pays attention to detail. Not to mention, she is wonderful to talk to, along with the rest of the technicians. Everyone in the shop is an absolute expert. This place is sucks ! Terrible , loud music , lots of talking , Russian speakers talking about the coworkers eating their food on their back , why don't the owner get a better place for them to eat ?! Worst nails I have ever received. I asked for coffin I got some type of curve nonsense. The nails are so thick. My fingers feel so tight. The tech Thayla was using some tool to make the nails extra curvy to go all around my finger. The tool she was using hurt my fingers so bad and it wasn't even necessary. I asked for an ombré polish look and she says I need to do pink and white as my base. I even showed her a picture of the shape and color I wanted. Now I figured this was just her style but I've gotten ombré nails without a pink and white base plenty of times. Pink and white cost more which is why I'm sure she did it. It was charged 70 for nails that I absolutely hate. I literally wanted to cry at the end of my service. There is no system of checks and balances. There is no customer service. I was there for over 2hrs and never once was I even offered a water. If the goal is to have a boutique nail shop this place is failing at the customer service portion of it. I've been getting my nails done for years never have I ever been so dissatisfied with the service. This was my second and last visit here. The first time I came Gabby did my nail (only one broken one) On my way out another tech tell her in Spanish "isn't that the girl who missed her appointment, you need to charge her the fee." So unprofessional. After that I said I would never come back but I really needed my nails done and it's been months so I decided to give them another try. Worst idea ever. I heard from a few people about this nail shop. They all do amazing work. However, after I got my first fill, my nails started breaking. My thumb nail broke so I drove 30 minutes to get it fixed. Then the same night, the other thumb nail broke. So I drove back two days later at 9:30am. It wasn't a huge deal at the moment but I was disappointed they started breaking so quickly, when I paid the amount I did for them and they broke a week later. Granted, I did get them long, but my girls get nails as long as mine and they don't break. So fast forward. 4 of my nails began breaking in the middle of my actual fingernail. So not only was the artificial nail breaking, my natural nail was going with it. Now I have certain parts of my nail to the point where my skin underneath is showing and it's really painful. The only real disappointment I had was that I paid a pretty penny for both nail appointments I attended, I tipped at least 15% and I drove 30 minutes just so I can do to this specific location. So when I informed the owner of the situation and that I would have to cancel my next appointment, due to 4 of my natural nails being damaged along with the set I just got...now about two weeks ago, her response was, "Thanks for letting me know."  I wish there would have been more empathy and better customer service on her end , considering I did pay a lot of money, I took time out of my day to come in... two days actually. Drive 30 minutes and still tip when they were fixed. I am in customer service, and being the customer in this situation, I did not make feel good , I felt overlooked, like I was just a number and as great as everyone is I will not be coming back. I will never go here again. My appt was at 6pm and I left there at 11:30 with basic nails. I had Gabby do my nails and she was on FaceTime 90% of the time. I found that rude and she made feel like I wasn't important.  She wouldn't do what I asked her to do either. She didn't want to do the design I wanted. She asked me what color I wanted and I told her Pink and Orange and Gabby tells me no and she told me she was going to do yellow. I asked for pearls instead of rhinestones she said no she didn't like it together. The nail tech next to her was really nice and suggested Gabby to mix them and Gabby said no. Gabby didn't do anything I ask for and was very disappointed. I always get very detailed nails done with nail art and junk nails and she refused to do my nails that way. I walked out of there with basic nails and paid wayyyyy too much for nails that I hated. I literally cried on my way home cause I paid $100 for nails that I hated. I was going to my cousin's wedding and I wanted to wow them with my nails. I typically go to another nail tech but she was on vacation and saw they did amazing work on there IG. I wish I had anybody else but Gabby. The only thing she did that I asked and did well was the shape. People who come in my store ask where I got my nails done and I tell them and then I tell them my experience and tell them not to go here. They are just as shocked when I tell them she was on FaceTime and refuse to do the color and design I asked because I'm a customer and I should've got what I requested. I really wanted the nails they display on IG cause they are pretty and that's what I like to get on my nails but I won't go there to get treated like I don't matter and then she had the nerve to ask if I wanted to make another appt  why would I? You didn't give me or show me a reason to come back. Like I said I wish I had anybody else because everyone else seem very cool and nice and they all paid attention to there clients expect for her. Go to anyone else but her. She over charges. Ana karpova is rude and self centered. I used to go to her for years but then her attitude got the best of her. The other girls are perfect! I just can't stand to go in there and deal with her. She does interesting work. We all break nails. Sadly mine are a bit more frequent. So one time she told me to "Stop messing with your fu****g pointer finger." That's what made me go over the edge. If you want to get treated well for the amount of money your spending to go here. Don't go. If you don't care about being treated like trash and get good nail quality. Then yay for you. Read Less

You would think after an entire year of going to them consistently they would remember my name but NO.....as soon as I arrive they ask me all kinds of personal questions like "how am I doing?" I absolutely don't trust anyone else with my nails.  Ana is great at what she does and is very talented!  I have very dry hands and rough cuticles, Ana has taken the time to help me take care of the problem instead of just focusing on my nails.  My nails always look fabulous even after week night classes at bootcamp.  I definitely recommend seeing Ana is you want beautiful nails. Best in Vegas! I've gone all over town to get my nails done & was never truly satisfied when I walked out of the salon. Ana truly does the best job! I would never trust anyone else to do my nails again, hands down! She is patient & creative which is ideal for an indecisive person like myself.
