Second time getting my nails done since I moved out here. Glad I went here. Located in the heart of Henderson and close to where I live.The lady I had definitely fixed what I had done at the place I went to about 3 weeks ago. Inside is extremely comfy. They have so many nail polish that nobody can top. I came in for a pedi and sns dip. They too also have the most selection from gel, to regular, and sns dip powders. You will not be disappointed. I came in with no appointment and was taken to the pedi chair after 5 mins. As soon as I sat down, a nice gentlemen offered me options of their different types of pedis. I decided to splurge a little and ended up getting the deluxe pedi (includes massage w/stone and hot towels). This has been one of the most relaxing pedis I have received in awhile.Not to long after I was sitting in the pedi chair, another lady comes by to get me started on my sns dip. Loved how she actually assisted me after I showed her a pixs of what I wanted done.She took the time to match the pixs to the exact same color. I just moved here from Texas and was in need of a good nail shop! I am very particular about my nails and the service that I receive. I tried a couple of other nail shops in the area and wasn't too impressed at some of the places I have been to. I love getting dip powder nails with French tip...as well as French tip pedicures with a good callus scrub. okay let's talk about making appointments .. when calling you can expect to get a person that speaks English pretty well so communication is rather easy to get the info you need as well as when you check in when you get there there's a secretary at front so they make you feel attended to instead of just standing around wondering who will acknowledge you. So let's talk about decor... it looks pretty and clean with plenty of pedi chairs all around. oh yeah they also use sanitary plastic coverings for the pedi bowls. I would highly recommend getting a guy to do the pedi since they are stronger and can get your feet super clean and a stronger massage on your legs! The 2 guys I got already have been very polite and does a good job! My go to for dip powder nails is Phoebe. She does a good job and I enjoy talking to her. The owners seem to be cool too. Price point... it's rather on the average price range or maybe a tad bit higher, but cheaper than any nail places off the strip! Dip powder is around $50 and the pedi is around $30. $5 extra if you do french. Right now they have a special to receive 20% extra on what you purchase on gift cards! take advantage of that while you can! Final verdict.... I like the place and would recommend to anyone to try! This is my go to Nail salon in Vegas and Henderson. From my personal experience, I have not found a better place for nails. I only ever come in for a pedicure about every 2/3 weeks depending on how fast my nails grow. A regular pedicure is $30 which is a little more than the average nail salon, but I think it is worth it for the customer service provided and the ambiance. This place is definitely very busy and popular!! If you want to come here, I would recommend making an appointment at least a day in advance, but they usually do a great job at accommodating walk ins. Color selection is unbeatable for regular polish and gel! They have brand new massage chairs that are very comfortable and use sanitary materials as well. I have probably had services done by every nail technician and they all do a great job, but sometimes the process can be inconsistent from technician to technician. The only thing I sometimes mind about this location is that they're very pestering with the up-sell. They will ask you 10 times if you also want a manicure with your pedicure, if you want gel, or if you want your eyebrows done. Also, it's always very hectic in there and it's very evident that the employees are stressed out. It makes it difficult for me to relax when they are all running around frantically. It also seems they like to raise their prices, so beware if you are trying to save money. Love it! This place is usually busy. I've been going here for a long time. I would recommend making an appointment. I make an appointment with Layca.  My typical services are SNS (dipping powder) and pedicure. The business is well managed. I've never had an issue. They have a point system which if you pay with cash results in higher points.  These points will lead to vouchers.  Multiple times I've had $15 off my next service. I'm always asked if I want water, coffee, or tea. I usually get the Vietnamese coffee. Layca is incredibly thorough. She knows my nails better than me! :-) Her foot massages are something like the best. Her schedule tends to fill up quickly; therefore, I schedule my appointments. When you schedule your pedicure appointments, you can requests for longer massages so they can coordinate the time appropriately. The owners take pride in their business. They recently purchased brand new pedicure chairs and added on 4 more. It's nice to see they are putting money back into their business. I think walk-ins are fine but please note it does get busy here. So, if you really are just popping in don't be surprised if they are busy. They will do their best to take you in if they can. I've seen walk-ins get served and I have seen walk-ins leave because they didn't want to come back later. I highly recommend them! Read Less

The pedicure was more expensive than my usual place, and within a couple of days, the polish was cracking in the middle of my toes, and it looked like she had just layered a big glob of polish right in the middle. It looked ridiculous. She also did a bad job getting the rid of the rough spots on my heels. I walked out with my feet looking worse than when I walked in. The best nail salon I've been to since I moved here 9 months ago. Finding a good place isn't easy. It was recommended by the girl who does my waxing. I'm glad I stopped in, I will definitely go back. It's not close to my home, nothing is so it really doesn't matter. I'm always driving 30 minutes or more for a good service. I'll have to get over the significantly higher nail prices than Long Island, but a very happy customer. Read Less

I've been here a total of three times. My first visit was okay, my second visit was the best. I was with my girlfriend and we both got SNS manicures and regular pedicures- I feel like they went above and beyond service that time. Maybe because they know we were about to spend over $150? They were talking to us, laughing with us. Being alllo kinds of social. I left earlier this evening and I am beyond irritated. I didn't make an appointment but they saw me anyway, the woman that did my manicure only said Hi, Do you want anything to drink, they are dry and you're finished. It was SILENT the whole manicure. She didn't cut my cuticles, she did the most basic requirement for a manicure possible. When I was done, my fingers werent cleaned, she didn't offer to put lotion and there wasnt even a massage offered like I saw everyone else getting. Polish was left under my nails and my nails felt like they were stuck to my skin underneath. After she told ome they were dry she got up and disappeared. As I went to lay I asked if they could fix it and the woman that is the manager, I think, completely ignored me and asked if I wanted to add a tip to my payment. I added $5 just because I always tip. Then after she handed me my debit card she told me to sit down and someone will fix it. Some other woman came out and fixed my nails. I just felt uncomfortable. My mom invited to LV nails for a pedicure. It had been a couple months since my last one so I decided to join her. LV Nails is located in the large shopping complex on the SE corner of Eastern and St Rose Pkwy. We arrived on time for our appointment and were told to have a seat in the chair.  LV nails is decorated very elegantly inside with a large chandelier at the entrance. We took a seat and the water was nice and hot, we soaked our feet while waiting for our nail technicians. My mom got the regular spa pedicure and I opted for the Royal Spa pedicure which was $52. Both technicians arrived and started the treatment. Mine hardly spoke a word the entire time, my moms was very outgoing and friendly. I enjoyed the massage chair while she was working but it was a little strange with her not talking the entire time. Even though I got the "Royal" we were finished just about the same time. I wish I had known I was pretty much just paying an extra $12 for the paraffin wax. The regular spa pedicure is $40. Everything was very clean here is important, but it was a little higher priced than other nail salons. I would return, but definitely would get a different technician and only the regular pedicure. I don't mind them taking their time as they do great work, but and hour and a half for just a gel mani is a bit excessive. From now on, no more after work appoitments. From the moment you walk through the door, to the moment you leave, you get the best service! The place is clean, and so are their tools!The receptionist, Vanessa, is so nice and attentive, from the minute you walk through the door. Amy always does a great job on my nails. Every where else that I have gotten my gels done, they always lift after the first week. I've been able to last at least 4 weeks!! And they still aren't lifting!!!
