The place was great. I called for a walk in and took my name. Took me 15 minutes to get there. I arrived and they brought me right to the Pedicure chair. I mentioned what I desired and the young lady went to work. I got the $40 pedicure. She did an awesome job. Very good massage and scrub. The place doesn't carry a heavy smell of the chemicals. Called and they were available right away to get me in for a pedicure. Came in sat with K. While she was doing my nails she took a call in the middle of my service. I said fine. She did well cutting my nails and cuticles. My massage was half fast and she just kept rubbing my big toe while she KEPT TALKING THROUGH MY WHOLE SERVICE. I felt this was very rushed and the tools she used could have seemed cleaner to me. Sadly I still haven't found the right spot. Maybe this place works for you, but I won't be back. Poor service don't even know the woman's name that worked on me She couldn't speak ANY English but definitely new her NUMBERS when it was time to tip! Will not be coming back here. My feet are rough and finger nails as well.... the ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because the young lady that worked on my son Spoke to us a little  bad experience don't waste time or money here. We just moved here from California. So it was nice to find a Nail Spa with great service. My first visit was a walk-in, no appointment the week before Christmas and they took me right away no problem.My second visit I called made an appointment, got there on time and again they were ready to get started on my nails. Also she remembered me from before and Thanked me for coming back. Been going here for awhile always good service and friendly staff. My nails always look good and they have variety of colors. I would recommend them to anyone. I will continue coming here for that. I can't recommend the waxing for eyebrows. Normally I get it threaded but they convinced me to have it waxed. It was rushed and she messed up my right eyebrow and then said "I don't know if you noticed but someone messed up your eyebrow and I tried to fix it" I've never had uneven or any eyebrow issues the wax job messed it up. I feel they're overpriced. I paid $38 ($33 plus $5 tip) for a regular gel manicure . I didn't have anything on my natural nails. I asked for my ring fingers to have glitter on top of the colored polish....nothing too difficult for the nail technician. Also, when I checked my bank statement;l I discovered that I was charged $48 instead of $38. I highly recommend looking over your bank statements to make sure you weren't overcharged "accidentally " I am returning to the salon to pick up my $10 cash that was accidentally over-charged to my account. If you are not local these people will charge you for EVERYTHING and are rude. When we showed them a picture of toe nails that we wanted they flat out said no, I'll do sparkles instead. Um ok. Plan to spend $100.00 if you want a pedicure with toes painted. That's not even shellac or gel polish! I live in the area and drive past La Femme everyday. I needed a mani/pedi and decided to stop in without an appointment. Although the salon was busy, they were able to quickly assist me. The staff is all very friendly (especially Jacquelyn). They have a huge selection of polishes and during my last visit the lady who did my nails was able to find gel polish for my hands with a matching regular color for my toes. They always do a great job and the best part is the hours - they are open until 7:30PM! I love that I am able to go after work.I have been in a few times now and will continue to go back! Read Less

Very clean and very nice. Not plush, or rich, just nice. To be honest I expected the contrary when I read sign out front teasing everyone to come in with a cheap price. Growing up all the best value places were always slammed and could charge what they wanted. Anyway, I woulda given 4 stars if they hadn't run out of this color I have been addicted to. Very clean too. I'll give it a try again and update my rating if they find my color.... what was it? I'll never tell, I don't wanna start a trend. Read Less
