Beautiful salon, horrible experience. I booked an appointment based off the pictures they posted on Facebook. I specifically talked to Lisa, requesting a marble design full set for me and my sister. She told me our appointment would be with Erica. When we arrived, Erica was not there, Troy said he would be doing our nails. Troy was very friendly, and attentive, however his skills were not up to par. Even after asking the nails to be thicker, they were still thin. Within 1 day, my sister and I both broke a nail by doing normal things like scratching our heads. The polish wasn’t painted all the way down, the nails were un even, and the gel they use is cheap and peels badly.
We went out of town the next day and came back after our vacation 5 days later to get the nails fixed. The next day, another nail broke. At this point we went back and asked them to just remove the whole set. I wouldn’t have been upset if Lisa wasn’t trying to validate the poor job. Instead of apologizing, like one who works in customer service should do, she basically acted like it was our fault. She said our nails looked like that cause it had been 2 weeks and it was time for a fill all though it had been 6 days since we got the sets done.
Definitely not worth the price. $75 for the worst full set I’ve had

Loving my Swarovski crystals on my nails. Just in time for Christmas. Also their pedicure chair kneading feature works really well. It's hard to find a mail salon with good chair massage.ABOVE WAS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. SORRY TO SAY I MUST CHANGE MY REVIEW. I hate to change it but when it comes to my nails I'm super picky. Keep in mind I paid $50 for a full set acrylic with gel, $5 to shape it coffin style and additional $10 for my rhinestone gems. Plus a pedicure. With tip my bill was $93. I got home from my nail appt and got to typing on my computer. An hour later, maybe more like 45 mins my gems on my nails fell off. And I realized that she didn't shape the acrylic around my cuticle area so my nails look completely flat. The nails are very thin and when pushed can slightly bend. I'm scared it'll snap. All my nails are NOT the same length. There is NO consistency in the coffin shape. Some looks square. I have glue streaks on my nails from the Rhinestone glue. I also have rough edges on my nails that I have to file myself. I sell clothing and I snagged an item already.Jade nails a complete refund should be in order. You I were really nice but I'm on camera all the time and now I have to get my nails redone.

Just started going here because my old shop got new owners and I have to say I'm so impressed. I've gone to Tommy twice now and he does an amazingjob. He doesn't rush through your appointment and is very thorough. My nails look amazing for weeks and I'm rough on them. They're busy so make your life easy and make an appointment. You won't be disappointed!

Recently went to jail nails for my nails and pedicure but found out the salon has changed hands. It used to be a very pleasant destination to go to regarding Spa and Salon Services. The new owners have cheapened it and is now full of junk. Watching them...just line people up and run them through. It's unfortunate the previous owner sold out...their type of Salon will be sorely missed in that area! They won't tell me where the previous owner went so I will have to just search for them on my own... hopefully they're still in our area!

Wow love Sandy!!! She is the amazing owner of this salon and has always made my experiences over the years absolutely wonderful! She knows customer service and how to treat her customers! I have been going to this salon for the whole time I lived in Vegas and every time I come back into town for business or pleasure I make sure to come and get my nails done by Sandy.She pays attention to detail and makes sure to ask exactly what you want and checks throughout that you are happy! Go to this nail salon and you will be very happy! The gel pink and white nails that I get last very long like over a month and stay bright and shiny which shows the great products they use!

Recently went to jail nails for my nails and pedicure but found out the salon has changed hands. It used to be a very pleasant destination to go to regarding Spa and Salon Services.
