Best experience I have EVER received from a nail salon! I was running 10 minutes late to my app and when I called they said it was no problem. From the second my friend and I walked in to the moment we left we were treated so nicely even though we were late, I felt like a VIP. Every staff member was just so nice I couldn't believe it!! The person who did my nails, Tom, definitely took care of me. I needed a fill, gel color change and a reshape. The set I had on before was horrendous!! (I went to a different salon) and I told him I was very unhappy with it to the point of being embarrassed if anyone asked me to see them. The square shape was too square and wide and the way the gel set was all kinds of lumpy and messed up. He assured me that when he got finished I would be happy. He definitely was not lying!! I am beyond happy and when people ask to see my nails I will not be embarrased now!! He took his time to make sure everything was perfect. He even made sure to get the color on the whole nail which is something I've always had happen before where they miss the sides of the nail. And even the price was reasonable, I was expecting to pay way more than I did! My friend was helped by a lady I can't remember her name and she went in with a picture from pinterest and she did not fail to deliver either!! And I noticed too it was the same with everyone who came walking in after we did and even people calling, they treated everyone with respect and kindness. I'm sitting in the chair now enjoying the best pedicure ever! This place is 5 stars across the board. The minute you walk in you're greeted with a smile. The level of professionalism, cleanliness and costumer service are unmatched in all the nail salons I have been to in Vegas. Thank you bombshell nail & spa for restoring my faith in nail salons.
