It's a good option for those who want to grow out their natural nails or who can't do gel polish but want the same long lasting results. For me I find it stronger then gel polish which is great . I love this place been coming here for a few months and Tanya is my favorite she's an expert at sns nails and the jello pedicure. My feet used to be horrible but now after the jello pedi my feet are so soft and my nails are longer and stronger. I strongly recommend this diamond in the ruff. Worst nail experience of my life. I normally get my nails done by my house in Summerlin. However, I was by my boyfriends house in Henderson and thought I would give this place a try. First, the guy who did my nails was rude and seemed annoyed. Keep in mind that this place charges $5.00 to remove existing gel and $5.00 for callus remover. I get maybe the callus remover charge because I am from CA.. but, another 5.00 on top of my already 35.00 manicure!! Next, the guy added polish thinner to the bottle of hot pink OPI polish I chose for my pedicure. The color ended up being so thin I could see my nail underneath and Orange! The thinner totally ruined the quality of polish and I made him change it. In addition I was left with lots of dead skin still around my toes after the pedicure. Next time for my gel manicure.. he didn't have me rinse my hands after my half ass manicure and was only going to do one base and one two coat. Then I asked to give me two coats of each like every where else and he was annoyed.. my nails are short so the clear coats are on all the tops of my nails he never wiped it off. The color is already bubbling. I can't even express how awful my experience was. I get gel manicures and pedicures every two weeks religiously. I will never con here again and never reccomend it to anyone. I have no idea how anyone would think this place is good. Not sure if it is the guy I got. Tanya is the best!  They introduced me to the SNS system which is an organic version of gel polish.  I wish someone had told me about it a long time ago. THROWING USED IMPLEMENTS INTO A BASKET THAT OTHER TECHS ARE GRABBING IMPLEMENTS FROM ISN'T SANITIZING THEM. RE-USING PUMICE STONESAND NAIL FILES OVER AND OVER IS NEVER EVER OKAY BECAUSE THEY CAN'T BE SANITIZED AS THEY ARE POROUS MATERIALS. ALSO THOSE THINGS THAT LOOK LIKE CHEESE GRATERS THAT THEY TRY TO USE ON YOUR HEELS ARE ILLEGAL TO USE IN A LICENSED COSMETOLOGICAL ESTABLISHMENT IN THE STATE OF NEVADA. My mom wanted to get a pedicure and had gone here in the past with my aunt and she loved it so I agreed to come here but was HORRIFIED almost instantly when I got to my pedicure bowl. The blue stuff they put in my foot soak smelled like barbicide (I mean I guess that's one way to remove dead skin, and who doesn't love chemical burns?). The girl who did my nails was really confused when I asked about her using new files and a new pumice stone (because ya know, that's the law, but f**k it right?). She asked someone if they were allowed to do that (WHAT??) and then charged me an extra $10 for something that should either be included in the price already or needs to be included in the price. So I got a gel pedicure but I didn't know they would still be charging me for regular polish so we're at $60 + $10 then they assumed that since my mom was getting the "deluxe" pedicure that I was too and charged me an extra $20 Even though when she went to get out the "callus remover" AKA the grater to use I told her not to so she got mad put it down and then told me I was done. No massage, no scrub, just a quick soak, quick nail trim, and a quick polish job. My nails looked fine but I will not be going back there because I'm a licensed cosmetologist and they are absolutely disgusting and breaking so many cosmetology laws. Read Less

i will be giving no stars but since i have to at least mark one there u have it. i should have gotten up from the chair and left but didnt. my water was cold, lady made me wait 20 min because she was on the phone outside screaming her lungs out having a full blown argument with who ever was on the phone. comes back in and did not apologize for the wait. all her anger she let out on my nails and the filing hurt so bad. and by the time i got home i noticed the polish bubbling. i should have went back and demand my money back but instead i will never come back ever again. horrible place! yes its cheap but is it worth it? i think not! Would never return...was in the salon for 3+ hours last weekend. A few days later the color on my toes already wore off and the color on my nails was peeling and became totally discolored. Tony, was the gentleman who did my nails and I will always return to him. Usually when I get my nails done at different salons, it's painful, I bleed and my nails are so tender, but tony did an amazing job without pain! Ladies, we all know how hard it is to find a quality nail salon. Well, don't waste your time looking any further because this place is without a doubt the place to go. I just moved to this area about 3 months ago and was on the hunt for my new haunt. I have tried two other places, neither of which came even close to the quality or customer service. It's very apparent that these people want you to leave happy and ready to return for your next appointment. I get a gel manicure and regular pedicure every 2-3 weeks. My first time here, new to the neighborhood. I made an appointment and I waited for only 5 minutes, they looked pretty busy so I'm glad I made the appointment. The lady was very nice and fast but the work was mediocre at best. I never had a chance to pick my color so she had to stop while I took a peek. I love this place! Every time I arrive there is always a technician available. I can come here last minute and you will always be attended. I always go with my 2 kids and let me tell you that my two year old is very active, but the ladies there are very nice with him and even give him chocolate to try to calmHim down lol. Had a appointment for a gel manicure @ 3:00pm, thirty seven  minutes later still sitting in reception. They took me as I was getting up to walk out. I should've seen that as a warning sign. The lady who did my nails was completely distracted - answering the phone, taking payments, etc. It was like getting your nails done by a grumpy receptionist.After I told her I was looking to get a gel manicure over my naturally long nails she proceeds to file them down to nubs!!! I will never go here again. I went there in December and a girl by the name of Tiffany filled my nails doing a horrible job, not completely filled and then again I went there for a pedicure for the fact they are close to my house and again I got stuck with her. This time she cut my nail so short that it actually caused an infection. I will never go here again.
