I am getting married in a month so I decided to get my first ever manicure, to prepare. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and was seen right away. A very nice lady greeted me and got me in a chair immediately. Julie was my technician and she was awesome! I brought in 2 ideas and she did a nail in each design for me to choose from. She worked very quickly and my nails look absolutely amazing. This was definitely the right place to get a manicure. I'll be back for another one or two before my wedding day and who knows, maybe I'll be braver and throw in a pedicure as well! Definitely recommend! Read Less

I initially didn't want to return to this place because they don't take American Express and I like to put everything on my Amex for the points. My daughter and I enjoy going here. Good quality service and nice staff. While they accept walk-ins, I like to call ahead for an appointment to reduce wait. Found out today that they are under new ownership and renovating. Will have new paint, lights, chairs, desks, etc. New name will be Posh. Look for the new and improved coming soon.Read Less

Went in to get a fill. I already had Almond shaped nails and they charged me to get a touch up on my shape and she made them round! I hate looking at them! So that was a bummer! Lady was nice decent price but I wouldn't say they were the best.Read Less

Started coming to this place after work seemed to be a great place. I continued coming back. Finally went to a lady there about my fourth time coming for a fresh new set thinking it would be a good idea. I'm now out 85 dollars and left very unsatisfied.Everything I said I wanted she kept asking repeatedly if I wanted to do her way. I asked her if she was comfortable with it and the results show she wasn't. I just want to find a good nail place the only one so far seems to be on the opposite side of town. Great place for only certain employees unfortunately. I suggest not coming to her she was rough & hurt my numerous times then still charged me a handful. Won't be coming back again. Read Less

I was able to get an appointment right away on a Wednesday morning, after another nail salon had been booked up. I was very happy with the price and quality of my regular manicure and gel pedicure. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because there was very little massage done with my $40 gel pedicure and that's my favorite part of my  very rare trip to the salon. Went to a new tech (for me) and had Helen do these Chrome acrylic nails.  She was very pleasant, thorough and great to work with - eager to please.  I am very happy considering it was our first session together. Would highly recommend and love my new set!  How fun for a Hallowe'en event! Read Less

Its a hit or miss, they are either slammed busy or no one is in the salon.  The staff is friendly enough, they dont talk a lot. Water is offered, the salon is painted yellow with bright lights so wear sunglasses if you want to relax during your foot scrub & massage.Its clean, they could use a few customer based tips for improvement, but the work is good & the prices are fair. My amazing day of pampering started at JM Hair Gallery, and the owner, Tonya, recommended I make a trip to Best Nails since I was looking for a new nail place in the area.I was looking for somewhere to get a simple gel manicure and pedicure. Sophia hooked me up!I got black on my nails and a dark purple color on my feet and she was super friendly the whole time.
