I hate to post such a low star rating since as of Saturday evening I would have given them a 5 star rating. The owner, Jackie, was so kind and gave me the best lotion after I told her my story of being in the route 91 incident. Seriously look at my cuticles.... I woke up this morning after getting my nails done yesterday, went to wash my hands and immediate pain in my fingers... she said my fingers were dry but this isn't from that this is from her butchering my fingers... these are supposed to be my wedding nails... this has never happened before! It was all good when I was getting them done, I liked the shape and the color and the chat I had with the technician. There were some cons, the place was quite dirty which I looked past because I wasn't there to eat, the massage chairs were old and creaked when the massager was on. Jackie did my sister nails which I will take a picture of and it looks like a 5 year old did her nails. She didn't even want to show them to me, then the technician I was working with picked up on the feeling she didn't like her nails and asked her and she agreed they didn't look to great. My sister honestly shouldn't have paid full price... $50 dollars for something she absolutely hates. Sorry but this place is a no go... Read Less

I came in for a fill the beginning of September. I saw a sign while grabbing some Starbucks and decided to give them a try after reading the reviews. I walked right in and they took me right in. The owner started my nails, while Michelle was finishing up with one of her clients. They were really friendly. I received a fill and she charged me $30 if I wanted regular polish or $40 for gel. I went with gel. I was happy with my set. A few days later ALLLL my nails started to lift. This is probably the fastest it's ever happens. One nail peeled off, then the others lifted so bad after a week that they all started to come off. I went in as soon as I was able to, I talked to the owner, she said she couldn't get me in because she had an appointment in 30 mins. So at this point I was missing 3 nails as every other nail was lifting half way.. I told her I couldn't go to work so I'd have to go elsewhere. She said she would fix the 3 nails and that's all she could do. It was 1pm.. so I figured her appointment would be in by 130.. she finished my 3 nails at 1:50 and no sight of anyone. The son was empty when I got there and the entire time I was there.. my nails were lumpy and not in the best shape. I asked her if my nail was supposed to be lumpy and lopsided. She said she didn't have time to do anything else. I was not satisfied with my nails. I don't like to complain. I usually just go elsewhere, but I've never been so disappointed with something. This was my first experience here as I generally go elsewhere however, I definitely needed a pedicure and not big on waiting. Anyhow the young lady that did my pedicure was oms AMAZING. I was seriously falling asleep in my chair it was unbelievable. So when I found out she also does facials and waxing oh yeah coming back for a facial. So I guess I should tell you her name Sara also she said she has only been here 3 months wow. Adding I came back again today for a facial and wax by Sara on July 28,2017 and again AMAZING absolutely AMAZING. At first I thought well her room is enclosed all but 3/4 of the way from the ceiling and that may make for noise from the rest of the salon however it was perfect this girl definitely will go far in her expertise she definitely had the perfect touch and her voice is so smoothing.Read Less

Went there once before and they were super fast almost like they were rushing to get me out of the chair. Since they're close to home and other people's reviews seemed really good I thought I'd try it again. I went in there with my six-year-old daughter to get my pedicure and her toe nails polished and when I walked through the door the lady greeted me almost disappointingly that I was even there. Their website hours said they close at 7 I was there at 5:25 and when I asked if she could do a pedicure and a polish change for her she told me know they are closing and she's working on her last client now. When I indicated the website said she was open to 7 p.m. she said why I don't know what to tell you I'm closing now. I wouldn't go there again if this for the last nail salon and Henderson. Those of you who review these people as nice must really really really have a different View on niceness than I do. She made my six-year-old cry and was very upset. Which I always think is ridiculous when you make a kid feel that way. She could have took a different approach even if she didn't want to do another client. With 1 hour and almost 40 minutes left I think she could have snuck in at least my kids polish change. The customer service is astonishing! I love how friendly, sweet and fun these women are. They're so open to to giving you suggestions on new looks and they're so willing to try new things on my nails. I've never had one woman act like my decisions inconvenienced them. The artistry each woman has is remarkable, especially Emily and Sha. I always go back and forth between these girls because each of them does such an amazing and unique job. It can be pricey but the quality of your nails is incredible. I've opened drawers, doors and done various other things with my nails that I could've sworn would break my them---but nope. Granted, after doing it enough times it does get a bit loose. Still, the fact that they don't break is awesome. As an aside, don't use your nails like they're tools, I do it due to the nature of my job. To clarify, walk-ins are always welcome but if the girls are booked then unfortunately there just isn't any time to do your nails. My first visit I was a walk-in and thankfully they happened to have a cancellation. As another aside, if you're gonna insult someone on Yelp at least use the right word. Hints. LOL Read Less

Okay so I might be butchering  her name but, Leisha helped me and I got a gel manicure for $35. Everyone was very nice! the salon is a bit on the smaller side, but the environment was very friendly and welcoming. She took her time, did a nice scrub, chatted with me, and even gave me tips on how to care for my nails better! Highly recommend for great service at a better price. Read Less

We just moved to Henderson a  week ago and my husband and I were in dire needs of pampering. Our toes and nails were so damaged after all the packing and unpacking. I have gone to the same Nail Technician in the San Francisco Bay Area for almost 10 years and loved her. Looking for a new place I could call home could have been a challenge. It wasn't! Jackie and Lachell did more than an amazing job. We spend 2 hours being scrubbed and polished and left the place feeling renewed! Jackie made my husband's feet feel like a baby's feet, and let me tell you, that was no small job. The woman has so much professional knowledge, and wears her heart on her sleeve! Lachell did my gel pedi/mani and I know our meeting was meant to be. She is an incredible woman with a strong head on her shoulders, and a wonderful conversationalist. Not my favorite place. I walked in because there's a sign saying walk-in welcome, but come to find out I had to make an appointment because she was booked up for the afternoon, and she couldn't fit me in. I came back for my appointment that I made. My nails were mediocre, and not even 2 weeks later are they falling apart. The owner, Jackie, is very kind and personable! She helped me recover the strength in my nails after having them drilled by other salons unnecessarily. Her employees are very kind (I recommend Emily)! The price is unbeatable! And the quality of the gel manicure is better than anywhere else I've tried in Henderson. Let me start by saying that I am usually very picky with my nails! I love crazy designs and like to know that I am going to get exactly what I envision! The ladies at Beauty Nails are so great at taking the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want! Their designs are on point and even exceed my visions sometimes!Recently my girlfriends and I wanted to schedule pedis for my birthday but wanted a late appointment so we could go have dinner and drinks, etc! These ladies didn't even hesitate, she said "what time and we will make it happen!" That was awesome... Not to mention how much personality all these ladies have at this salon! This place is amazing! Marisa did my daughter gel mani, and pedi. She made my daughter (14yrs old) feel like she was at her friends house doing each other nails. Her customer service and quality of work is above average. Jackie did my gel mani, pedi, She was amazing as well. she educated me on why my nails break and why I get ingrown toenails, and better yet how to fix it.  In all the years I've been getting my nails done I've never been told why or how to prevent it. As soon as you walk in you immediately feel comfortable, and feel like your hanging out with your girlfriends. You don't feel like cattle just being pushed through, you can tell that these ladies love what they do and take pride in work. Let's be honest there is no such thing as customer service at these shops they have up now days BUT this place is complete opposite!!! They take their time and speak English and actually have fun with their customers!! That is what is missing now days and I am so happy that I found a good place where I can go enjoy myself while I get my nails done!!! I'm not normally one to review but this place was amazing!!!! I walked in 30 minutes to closing wanting a full set and eye brow waxing, I spent a total of $55 with tip.. I walked in and was instantly greeted by smiles and joy, than it took only about 10 minutes for me to get a seat, I'm a biter so I had virtually no nails, Jackie, was extremely friendly and helpful she did an amazing job and still made them functional enough for work.! I've tried many other nail salons but never felt welcomed, Jackie made me feel like we were friends for a long time, she is so amazing!!' I found the service to be slow and unprofessional. The tech did not wash out the foot basin after finishing one customer and before filling it with water for the next customer. The owner and receptionist were talking about one of the other customers feet and how bad they were. I could only imagine how they talk about customers when there is no one is in the salon. I have been going to Beauty Nail Salon for a couple of months now. It first started when I walked in for a fix and reshape of a full set I've got two days ago from another salon. The nail tech spend a lot of time fixing my nails and making it look naturally beautiful. I always receive compliments even when I was due for a refill. I even took my family to get their nails and toes done, and they loved it. Even my dad enjoys an amazing pedicure experience. They also do waxing and my eyebrows was done perfectly. waxed, trimmed, and reshaped. they're the best in the area after shopping around from one salon to another. I have been going to Beauty Nail Salon for a while now and have always gone away laughing and with beautiful nails. My preferred service is the spa pedicure. The owners/nail techs provide, good, professional service while making your visit extremely personable. My feet are in sandals all summer and always look great due to the work that is done on them. After a nice soaking, cuticles are trimmed, nails are cut (no hang nails), feet and heels having the dead skin and callouses worked on. A nice massage on your lower legs and the color of my choice on my nails finish things up nicely. I have my fingernails done on occasion and they look beautiful as well.
