i have tried to like them i really wanted to! i have come for a year for nails and toes. each time the price creeps up a bit, and if you ask too many times about the prices they seem annoyed they also...
i have tried to like them i really wanted to! i have come for a year for nails and toes. each time the price creeps up a bit, and if you ask too many times about the prices they seem annoyed they also speak in another language that seems to be a rude under tone depending on what they messed up.. they dont listen to your requests very easily and will not fix or correct without more pay.. i also noticed some things that may or may not be a big deal to some but i have had to ask for my pedi tub to be cleaned and the tools to be changed.. i also noticed if your not careful about the polish they will automatically give you gel polish and then up charge you its also a up charge t remove gel polish. id say out of the year going every month, i have been cut or burned by the equipment used.. i was scraped with a cheese grater like object and realized after it was too late i was bleeding the guy next to me got the same foot treatment with my wand... i feel its unsanitary, i also have a cut on my toy so badly i have a hard time walking on it at the moment.. my toe polish has already come off and its only day 3. my two nails are lifting and they cant fix it for free. i also have short nubs for the thumb nails and none of the sizes match. this was my last visit i am bummed because i did like the idea that the nail spa was open and didn't stink and was close by to where i shop and live

If I could I would give ZERO stars!I have gone to Lee, the owner numerous times,and each time I go I have to wait at least half an hour,even tho I made an appointment!Again, I made an appointment and arrived t minutes early, I was great by a gal that said you have an appointment with Lee, I said yes and she had me sit at a pedicure chair with cold water, didn't ask how's the water, didn't say Lee will be right with you, nothing was said!I could hear Lee in the back room talking, 15 minutes later I asked if i should reschedule."Oh no she's having a late lunch." Twenty minutes go by after my scheduled appointment and my feet are still soaking in cold water, so I get up to leave and said my appointment was 20 minutes ago.The lady then said Lee says your feet are dry and you need to soak."This is poor customer service, Lee couldn't even acknowledge me, just sat back in the room talking like my time wasn't important!There are many nail places I can chose and I choose never to go here again!

charged $10 extra on top of a $15 manicure just to wipe off gel polish with acetone. i could have walked over to cosmetics and purchased a $1 bottle of acetone and wiped it off myself. also put the USED acetone back in their stock bottle. super disgusting and RUDE RUDE RUDE.

I was having a hard time finding nail salons in Fallon that not only accommodated 3 people but that were also open on Sunday's. My boyfriend and I needed to get my Mom out of the house for about an hour for a surprise birthday party being thrown for her at our house and when I called Regal Nails they were happy to make a pedicure reservation for 3 people on Sunday (my boyfriend, mom and I).When we showed up (a little early) we were welcomed right to our chairs. There was only two nail techs for the 3 of us so my boyfriend got his done last but I was totally fine with it since we had an hour to kill and men's pedicures don't take as long. For me personally I normally go for the French pedicure but about a month ago I dropped a 45 pound weight on my big toe and it's completely black and blue. I explained to my nail tech what had happened and that I needed a color that would cover up the bruise. She was totally fine with it and took extra care with that nail which was nice. I'm pretty sure the two woman that did our nails were sisters and they did an amazing job. My mom and boyfriend really enjoyed their experiences as well! Some people may be bothered this nail salon is in Walmart but it was honestly one of the best pedicures I've had in a while and they do put up a privacy bamboo screen so others passing by can't look in while you're relaxing. Conveniently located in Walmart, I have been going for about 2 years. They are always courteous, and kind. I have never left there dis-satisfied. They do great work, I have never had a problem with yellow nails as one contributor did nor has my mother who also has her nails done. They always take time to make the visit personal and relaxing. I would recommend them if you are new to the area and looking.

i have tried to like them i really wanted to! i have come for a year for nails and toes. each time the price creeps up a bit, and if you ask too many times about the prices they seem annoyed they also speak in another language that seems to be a rude under tone depending on what they messed up.. they dont listen to your requests very easily and will not fix or correct without more pay.. i also noticed some things that may or may not be a big deal to some but i have had to ask for my pedi tub to be cleaned and the tools to be changed.. i also noticed if your not careful about the polish they will automatically give you gel polish and then up charge you its also a up charge t remove gel polish. id say out of the year going every month, i have been cut or burned by the equipment used.. i was scraped with a cheese grater like object and realized after it was too late i was bleeding the guy next to me got the same foot treatment with my wand... i feel its unsanitary, i also have a cut on my toy so badly i have a hard time walking on it at the moment.. my toe polish has already come off and its only day 3. my two nails are lifting and they cant fix it for free. i also have short nubs for the thumb nails and none of the sizes match. this was my last visit i am bummed because i did like the idea that the nail spa was open and didn't stink and was close by to where i shop and live

I was having a hard time finding nail salons in Fallon that not only accommodated 3 people but that were also open on Sunday's. My boyfriend and I needed to get my Mom out of the house for about an hour for a surprise birthday party being thrown for her at our house and when I called Regal Nails they were happy to make a pedicure reservation for 3 people on Sunday (my boyfriend, mom and I).When we showed up (a little early) we were welcomed right to our chairs. There was only two nail techs for the 3 of us so my boyfriend got his done last but I was totally fine with it since we had an hour to kill and men's pedicures don't take as long. For me personally I normally go for the French pedicure but about a month ago I dropped a 45 pound weight on my big toe and it's completely black and blue. I explained to my nail tech what had happened and that I needed a color that would cover up the bruise. She was totally fine with it and took extra care with that nail which was nice. I'm pretty sure the two woman that did our nails were sisters and they did an amazing job. My mom and boyfriend really enjoyed their experiences as well! Conveniently located in Walmart, I have been going for about 2 years. They are always courteous, and kind. I have never left there dis-satisfied. They do great work, I have never had a problem with yellow nails as one contributor did nor has my mother who also has her nails done. They always take time to make the visit personal and relaxing. I would recommend them if you are new to the area and looking.
