This experience started poorly from the phone call we made to make the reservation. We needed 2 pedis and 2 manis for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) he told us that they don't do pedis/manis for children and it would be polish only. That's fine.. We made the appointment anyway. When we arrived there was more terse and confused conversation about what services we wanted. On the menu board it has an entire section for kids services so why we were told that they wouldn't do pedi/mani for kids I have no idea. It took about 30 minutes for any services to begin from when we arrived. The man we spoke to on the phone seemed like the manager and he was pretty unfriendly through every interaction. When I finally got seated in the massage chair someone turned on the luke warm water and then walked away, walked away for so long that the tub almost over flowed so I finally just called out randomly that it was getting full, someone raced over and turned the water off I had to call after her to let her know that the water was not even close to warm. My niece sat in her cute little butterfly chair, feet soaking in water for about 40 minutes before any service was started. No apologies, no letting us know when it would be, despite the multiple pleading eye contact exchanges I made with them. The nail technician that did my pedicure was efficient and did a decent job but she just seemed miserable, along with all the other employees. I'm guessing if the man can be so rude to customers he's probably awful to them making for a very depressing atmosphere. Nail color selection was limited and similar to the previous review, the woman asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted after the 15 minute soak waiting for service so what's the point of going for a higher level one if the "cucumber" water or whatever was already passed. My mom got a manicure from the man which was highly unpleasant as he was stone cold rude to her doing the bare minimum. I'm not sure if manicures are different here (I'm from out of town) but she didn't receive any sort of lotion or massage treatment on her arms during the manicure. Overall the experience was pretty terrible. I would never come back here and glad I don't even have to consider it as I'm  from out of town. 1 star for the cute butterfly chairs. That's about it. If I could give zero stars I would. I actually added this business to Yelp to give this review. I arrived for my appointment to the RUDEST gentleman named Ken(?). Young guy with a bad attitude. He turned and screamed to the back to call the gal doing my pedicure. After I sat in the chair I realIzed the massager was not moving so I asked if the chair was broken to which he barked across the room "people like you sit in they chair and push too many buttons. So now it's broken.". Ok..... So then why was I placed in this chair when there are 5 other chairs that fully function???Then, halfway through my pedicure they handed me a menu - why would I select anything above an express when you have already passed the soaks and callus remover? Stay away people. This is over priced, rude, half -reared service! There is another place right down the street that offers nail services - I suggest you go there instead! Read Less
