After getting a shellac that all peeled off 5 hours after I got it done, the lady refused to give me my money back. The nail job was rushed and she even told me that. Service is absolutely AWFUL. As well as the work, I got mine done there not too long ago, a week or so, and I haven't done anything to make them break, but I've had three crack, and snap off. Before when i got them done here, it took two almost three months for my nails to get back to a normal hardness. Service was absolutely awful, as well as the work. I got my nails done at this salon a week ago for a dance I went to, it took them an hour and a half, I was not asked what shape i wanted, when i asked her to correct it, she told me it would be 10$ more. A regular full set was set at the price of 25$ i was charged 30$. On my right hand i have three nails coming up and cracking, the shaping is different on both hands, my left hand set of nails is more pointed than the right. The acrylic looks like it melted on my pointer finger. They do a very sloppy, disgusting, job. They do not care about the customers, or the quality of their work, they care about the money. Sad to say this is definitely not my first bad experience with them, I got my nails done three months back, after they came off, my nails were very weak, it took about 3 months for them to get back to normal and for the skin to grow back. It amazes me how this company still has customers when they don't care to even correct their work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Really think they need to fix their stuff, and get it together, I will never go back there. Read Less
