This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great work and other times not so much. At least 4 times out of maybe 10 times of going I’ve had problems. It’s only $25 for shallac but is probably worth it to go somewhere else. Sometimes friendly staff. Appointments are worthless. I won’t be coming back. Read on for details of why I won’t be going back.
The first one was partially my fault. I didn’t realize I picked a “mood” changing polish. It was an ugly grey unless I was in cold water. I was told about it after painted. I was expecting a pretty blue but got grey.
The second one I made an appointment for a friend and I. We soaked our whole hands in a bowl acetone for almost 30 minutes even though we had an appointment. My nails got done about 20 minutes sooner than my friends when we both got shallac. Our appointment was basically disregarded.
The third time was a few weeks ago. I got a pedi and shallac for my fingers. Pedi was fine. Water was cold. A new guy who said it was his 2nd day working there did my nails. I thought it was good until the next day all my nails were chipped. I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary and nothing rough with my hands. Owners went out of town so I couldn’t complain.
The fourth time was today. My last time going. I couldn’t find the color I wanted that I’ve had before. The workers weren’t helpful and were rushing me. After getting my nails filed they were so uneven and the lady “corrected” it and I ended up asking for the file to fix it myself. She made my nails look ugly and didn’t know the shape names. Finally I found the polish I wanted. I wanted this silver I’ve had a few times before as an accent nail and this blue. The lady did what she wanted and disregarded my wishes for the silver. She painted it blue and added just a few sparkles. It looks childish now. My nails are clumpy. Polish all under my nails and caked into the sides. The lady was super nice and sweet but did an awful job. I feel bad for not tipping her but it was so awful and my nails look ugly.

I love this nail shop! I walked in here not knowing what to expect, but the atmosphere and the quality of work done was impeccable. The staff was friendly and genuinely cared about how I was doing; laughing and talking to me during my whole appointment. I got a shellac manicure and normal pedicure for a pretty cheap price. I also expected this to take a long time but instead it finished in under an hour. They have great massage chairs to sit in and relax when doing the pedicure. They took their time to do a really good job; making my feet feel softer and look better than ever before. For my nails they had several options of shellac to choose from, and I chose a mood changing color. I loved the color and it has been a week and the shellac has stayed on! Overall would rate this experience a 5/5 and recommend to everyone I know!

I'm not one to complain ever and I'm fairly easy to please. I hate to give negative feedback and this is my first negative review. I come in and don't have to wait (Which was nice). But, the lady who did my nails was so unfriendly and was speeding through my nails. I was only there for 10 minutes and my shellac manicure was done. It felt so rushed and she was very rough on my nails. I would recommend many other places before here.

I have been going to this salon for 4 years and have NEVER had a problem. Well this last time I went in October for my anniversary this guy that did them (I didn’t know the owners weren’t there) he did my nails and they were sooo bad! All uneven sizes, all uneven shapes and my pinky had a large bump on it! They were terrible just awful. So I go in the next day (my anniversary day) asking him to fix it and he said “take off and fix it” and I replied yes please they are so une...ven. So he goes to shaving just a top layer and repainting. 1. They were still uneven in every way! 2. He didn’t even repaint them right! I could see through each nail! The next few days I just feel like cutting my fingers off by how terrible they looked! Then my pedicure started chipping! With only 2 weeks! They had NEVER chipped that fast! Once I saw that I called to see if I could just get a refund because I paid to much for the terrible quality. They said no so I asked to speak to the owner (I know them personally because I work in that same plaza). They said to call back because they are on vacation. Or to come in and so they can see. So I go in (my third time going in ) and the girl there says it “it doesn’t look to bad, you can’t tell” (I’m not worried about everyone else. I am personally dissatisfied!) Disappointed I chose Z Nail because it was close to my hotel and had good reviews on Yelp. The hand/forearm massage was excellent, but...#1. The tools were not sanitized nor disposable. #2. The polish wasn't smooth on my fingernails... See the picture. #3. The polish didn't harden. It was still slightly sticky after 3 hours. I was very careful, but it just couldn't stay intact.I would not return. I'm sorry that my evaluation couldn't be more positive.

Clean and everyone was friendly. The associate doing my shellac was very gentle and speedy. I had originally asked for pale pink, but wanted her opinion. She ended up picking more of a hot pink with a bit of sparkle (love glitter, so that was sweet), and extra sparkles on the ring finger nails. Overall I thought everything went well, but some of the other girls had issues with theirs (for example, no one asked what shape my sister wanted and they started doing round before she could tell them square).

I have gone to this salon once before and I was very pleased with my shellac manicure. The staff was very friendly and they did a good job so I decided to return for another shellac manicure. I failed to ask the name of the woman who did my manicure today but she was just wonderful. I work a job using my hands quite a bit so my nails were not in great shape but she was incredibly thorough and my nails look and feel great. I will definitely return.

I'm normally not the type to complain about a place. But today I was really disappointed with Z nails. This isn't my first time at this place, but I left feeling like I want to get my nails redone. The top coat was put on like half the nail. I asked them to fix one of my nails due to the fact it have some lump of pink in it. She just sanded off the top coat and said all good. Anyways I dont think I will be back.

I absolutely recommend this nail salon with the highest regards. I came here to have my nails fixed from a bad set from Kanwa nail salon and the guy T did a marvelous job. He took his time, knew exactly what I wanted and my nails were flawless. The best I've had since relocating here in September.
If you're looking for a good solid pink and white set, this is the place to go. 😊

I would say this place is the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done at. I was looking for a new place to get my nails done. When I called this place I said I want someone good because I am very picky! They had a lady do my nails that rushed through them so fast. The acrylic is all over my fingers some of my nails are shaped square and some round square. ( I wanted round square) Then to top that off, the nail polish looked like a little kid painted my nails. It was the worst experience ever! Now I have to go to the lady that has done my nails for over 10 years to have her fix them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, they are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

It’s only $25 for shallac but is probably worth it to go somewhere else. Sometimes friendly staff. Appointments are worthless. I won’t be coming back. I love this nail shop! I walked in here not knowing what to expect, but the atmosphere and the quality of work done was impeccable. The staff was friendly and genuinely cared about how I was doing; laughing and talking to me during my whole appointment. I got a shellac manicure and normal pedicure for a pretty cheap price. I absolutely recommend this nail salon with the highest regards. I came here to have my nails fixed from a bad set from Kanwa nail salon and the guy T did a marvelous job. He took his time, knew exactly what I wanted and my nails were flawless. The best I've had since relocating here in September.
If you're looking for a good solid pink and white set, this is the place to go. 😊

The owner was the worst person I have ever met that had a business he was rude and had the nerve to put his hands on my daughter. If I had known that before we left I would have filed charges

The pedicures are top notch, the tools are sterilized for each client and the staff is friendly. Thanks for the consistently superb service!

I would say this place is the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done at. I was looking for a new place to get my nails done. When I called this place I said I want someone good because I am very picky! They had a lady do my nails that rushed through them so fast. The acrylic is all over my fingers some of my nails are shaped square and some round square. ( I wanted round square) Then to top that off, the nail polish looked like a little kid painted my nails. It was the worst experience ever! Now I have to go to the lady that has done my nails for over 10 years to have her fix them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, they are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
