This is my favorite nail salon by far. It's so beautiful. There is a huge selection of colors in every kind of polish you can imagine. They are always on top of the latest trends before anyone else. Great service! I walked in without an appointment and they had customers but were able to seat me right away for a manicure and pedicure. Seems like customers are very familiar with the family working/owning the place. The mother did my pedicure and she did one nail for me and checked with me on the color which I found wonderful because the color I chose was way too dark and she let me switch it out. The younger son did my French manicure and it looks really good! (I've had bad French manicures before so I was a bit worried) The family is very friendly. I made an appointment through yelp to get a shellac manicure.  I showed up and they fit me in right away.  All seemed great. The young lady they put me with was very gentle, which I appreciated since I had hurt a finger over the weekend.  She did a great job of getting all of the polish off my nails and making a smooth work surface.  My manicure ended up pretty good, the hand and arm massage left a lot to be desired, it wasn't bad per say just short.  All in all not a terrible experience, it is in an inconvenient location for me, but that's my issue not theirs!!Seemed like a lot of regulars in there so they must love it.  It was weird to see people come in and start service with one tech but then get moved to someone else to finish it.  I did like that the uv lights are installed in the desk, so you just put your hand in the little hole for curing, more convenient than moving a uv light around and having to work over it.  Decor is okay, nothing really special that I could see. If i could give them no stars I would, I'm so disappointed. I usually always love my nails when I get them done here but today was the worst experience of my life. I showed a specific picture for the coffin shape and the length and what they did was nothing like what I showed them. I told the guy doing my nails that this isn't what I asked for and that I wanted them longer. He told me he couldn't do anything about it and started making a scene in the whole place to where everyone could hear. I told him that I would just pay for my toes and that's it since I wasn't going to pay for nails that weren't finished and I didn't like and he was just freaking out and told me to pay and get out. I won't go anywhere else!   Love this family and the job they do.  It is a friendly, knowledgable environment and they make it easy to either chat with other customers or just be in your own little world.   I don't feel like an outsider when I go in!  I have received manis, pedis, full sets and fills elsewhere and just was not happy.   They do a fabulous job!  I live much much closer to a popular Nail salon, but have been treated rudely and received a horrible end product!  When I say I want a "squoval" tip, they nailed it!  Even did such a great job on my full set that I could wear it "natural" with a super transparent polish!!!  Thank you all!!!! The place is very plain. They did an awesome job on my nails. The shellac lasted 3 weeks. But, I didn't like that they do not clean the nail clippers etc. and just used what they used on the last person. They should open a new package each time!  For that, I had to give them 2 stars. That's very unsanitary. I won't go back because of that. Read Less

Cleanest and least painful nail salon ever. I've been to cheap nail places all over Omaha, and this place is the best priced nail salon for the quality and experience. I usually get cut or burned when I get acrylics, but not here. The staff always talks to you in a friendly way. They also are excellent at nail designs. Read Less

I have been coming here for years and have never gotten a bad manicure or pedicure. They are friendly, clean, efficient and affordable. I even asked them to do all my bridesmaids' nails for my wedding! Ryan is a great business man and a great friend :) so lucky to have found this place. Read Less

I came to Top Nails for a mani pedi. The people were super friendly and the place was clean and orderly. I was happy while I was there and my nails looked great for about 5 hours.  Less than 24 hours later and they were chipped. I didn't even do any dishes, gardening or cleaning. It's nice to be able to walk into a business and be greeted by the people there knowing my first name. They always do an absolute wonderful job. They were nice people, which is the only reason why I gave them 2 stars. But they messed up my cuticles, cut my acrylic nails way way way too short, and they used two different colors of gold. The gold on my accent nail is dark and my French tips have a sparkley lemon yellow. It's really noticeable. Read Less

Best place! I've gone there about 10 times for a shellac manicure and it feels like I've been going there for years. Not only is the customer service above and beyond, so is the quality of the manicures. Its consistently great and I keep returning! It's very hard to find a great nail salon. I looked online to find good reviews and it brought me to Top Nails. Had an appointment today and it was amazing! My favorite thing was that they had so many matte colors! Staff was extremely friendly and nice. Prices were so reasonable. My nails looked great. Ryan didn't rush, he did them perfectly.
