If I could rate lower than a one I would. As a person who has been going to this nail spa for years, I am highly disappointed. I went in to get a pedicure and proceeded with a cuticle removal. As the nail tech started the process, I repeated to her several times that my foot was burning, expecting her to stop. Instead, the she continued the removal which felt as if the chemicals were literally burning my skin off, and became worse after she scrubbed it off. The next day I went in to show the owner, seeing what possibly caused this horror, and all she did was gave me lotion and apologize that the nail tech did not place the cuticle removal in the correct areas of my feet and sent me on my way. I am very disappointed being that I now have scars on both of the bottom of my feet and I’m also currently in the process of healing and frighten to get another pedicure.

I love Pretty Nails. I have gone to them since they opened and though I have tried others they don't measure up. I especially enjoy the massages which are of a good length and soooo relaxing. My sisters who live in Nashville and Atlanta always try to get pedicures when they come to visit. The people who work there are very courteous and they keep conversations with each other and their clients to a minimum which I appreciate. It makes for a more relaxing experience.

This is the only Nail Salon I go to and I have been a customer since they opened this shop. They know my name and they treat me like family. Angel is the owner and my favorites are Rose for my pedicure and Ken or Angela for my manicure. Angela is very creative with nail designs!

The only place I will get a pedicure that isn't a hair salon. Family owned. I've been coming to them since for at least 7-8 years. Everyone is very friendly. They are always looking for new ways to improve and have added vegan-friendly products. They use new liners in the foot-sinks for every client. Very clean!

What brought me to this salon was the reviews. They seemed like they did it all. I went in for a manicure for acrylic nails but the women who does it was out of town, so I decided to get a pedicure. I was very happy the way they came out! I went 2weeks later to finally get my nails hoping the women came back from her vacation... I walk in asking for the acrylic nails, she was too busy. For the popularity that it has they should train/hire more acrylic doers. Oh, & they don't wax! Overall good experience but services are limited.

But to actually walk in, like it says on their window, virtually impossible! I'm busy and can't always make an appt. So very inconvenient. She really should have another nail tech in there. If your turning people away YOUR losing money, my money that went elsewhere.

Super rude! Sign says walk-ins welcome but I was told they didn't have time to do a new set of nails at all today. Wasn't offered a follow-up appointment or asked to wait or anything. My biggest complaint here is the attitude I was given. I don't expect them to be available 24/7 but ask if I'd like to make an appointment next time. Treat me as if you WANT my business. Also was harassed on Yelp by employees because of this feedback with catty remarks like I'm old and need makeup. Apparently adults are not running this business. Will not be back.

I have been a client at the other location for years, and this is the salon where everyone knows my name! The new location offers the same good customer service and great pedicure with massage. During my pedicure, he spent a lot of time massage my legs with salts and then ht stones. It felt great after a long day! This is the same location as Mohegan, with the same great service, but not the crowds.

If I could rate lower than a one I would. As a person who has been going to this nail spa for years, I am highly disappointed. I went in to get a pedicure and proceeded with a cuticle removal.
