I have been coming here for about a year! My stylist is Alyssa, she is amazing! She listens to my ideas (there are a lot of them) and helps me sort though them to find the best style and color for me! It is more than just a hair cut. She takes her time, I never feel rushed out of her chair. This girl is a perfectionist she won't let me leave unless she knows my hair is perfect! All the girls here are very nice and friendly to all the customers. Very professional and they seem to work as a team in that salon which I like! They also have fun drawings and givaways every so often! I won a facial at Christmas and saved it for my birthday present to myself! Sarah did my facial for me! It was so relaxing. She walked me through each application and explained things when I had questions. All around this salon is great and fun to come to for some relaxing pampering! Read Less

Do you know what it feels like when you get everything handled and you are not a white beach of sand and a group of people are laughing at ya? Well I do. I had a strip of hair going down the back of my thigh and having it pointed out where a lot of hair is on my legs…I had this waxed 1 day ago. Huge disappointment this was as I headed off the beach to find a razor for the strips of hair on my legs on my vacation in FL on the white sands. A VERY UNHAPPY girl!!! The thing is I was trusting so I did not check when she was rushing me out for her next appointment. If you go check yourself before leaving the table. Do you know how Sarah is the BEST!!!! I had the worst experience the night before with a Brazilian and was seeing her for a full leg waxing. I was scared and nervous walking to the back. She made me feel at ease and it was a very pleasant experience-she even fixed the mess that the person at Rave Salon left. Sarah is very knowledgeable and does share the information she holds. Best salon I have ever been to. For the last 4 or 5 years I have been searching for a hair stylist and I finally found one!! Alyssa has been the best. I had a bad dye job and wanted to go back to my natural red color. She was able to re-create it with out damaging my hair. I have already sent 2 friends and plan to send many more!!!! I had no choice in the matter but you do.My sister-in-law scheduled 13 hair appointments here for her wedding party. I was scheduled with Ashley. I thought she did a great job fixing my hair up until I made the four mile drive back to my hotel. Before I even reached the front doors of the hotel a significant chunk of the hairstyle fell down onto my shoulders. I was already on a tight schedule & going back to OHC was not part of the itinerary. Seth had zero luck bobby pinning up the pieces so he drove me back. I returned within an hour of leaving & Ashley was already gone for the day. What the hell! The receptionist quickly found Josh available & he was happy to fix my hairstyle gone bad. He curled, pinned, & hair sprayed the part that fell & added about 100 more bobby pins to the rest of my head. It wasn't going anywhere & it didn't until close to midnight which by then I didn't care since the wedding reception was nearly over.Paying $65 + tip for a "special occasion" hairstyle with Ashley, a "master designer", is not recommended. I can here via their website. First,  there is no where to look without products in your face . I met the assistant to my stylist and then never say him again. The color was OK but my hair cut was terrible, basically no real cut was done. I didn't see this until l  got home and really looked in the mirror. The cost,  well put it this way it was twice what I paid at Reve. And do not say Ok to the extra conditioning treatment, they charge for that too.  I thought 140 dollars was excessive for single color and poor cut. I wish I would have investigated more.From now on, will go back to Reve and find the hairstylist my previous stylist recommended. Read Less

Decided to try a newer stylist--how bad can they be right?  Wrong!?  If you don't know what it is that I'm asking  for, speak up and say so.  Asking to get rid of some of my thick hair by thinning it out wasn't a suggestion.  Also I asked for finer, woven highlights, not giant stripes that I got.  Very unhappy and will definitely not return.  Not again!!  Try a more experienced stylist and maybe you'll have better luck than me.
