Nouveau nails is my favorite nail salon in the area! Jenny and Wally are always quick with a greeting and a thank you for your business. The salon is spotless and they now have pedicure bowls with plastic liners for sanitary protection. Tiffany does an incredible job with my thin nails. On the rare occasion I break a nail, she immediately repairs it. The colors she picks cause people to stop and ask where I’ve had them done! They really care and take their work personal. I went in for the first time to get the dip done yesterday. The guy that did them on me the first time had gone much thicker than I wanted. I didn't have time to get it fixed but they told me to come back. I went back today to get it fixed and they fixed ALL of them perfectly and kept apologizing. They made it right and went above and beyond what I expected. They will be my go to for nail services. Very cute family owned place, they even give you a nail care kit to bring back. Absolutely love this place! Decided to give them a try about 6 months ago after being referred through a friend’s positive experience and boy am I glad I did! Ive been coming here monthly ever since. They did an excellent job and the service was great! I did have one nail that bubbled, which they fixed it quickly. Reasonably priced as well - just be aware that they provide you with your own "nail kit" (nail file, brush, buffer) that they cost $1 - once you have it, it is yours and you will have to bring it with you on future visits. Used be my favorite nails salon every 2 weeks... Until I watched Jenny the owner being so rude the last couple time I have been in that I will never go back. Watched her tell a get into an argument with a client over her nails, Blaming the client for them and refusing to fix them. A employee came running from the back to take the client and fix them for her and  the very next appointment sat next to a gal she was so rude to that she broke down in tears. Wally is a nice guy but his wife is hurting their business. Never sure what someone has going on but when you are the face of your business you can not treat clients like she does and expect them to come back. Easy to find location with decent sized shared parking lot. The store was very clean, organized and smelled good. They took me right away as a walk-in. They were very friendly and attentive. I requested a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. I told my manicurist that I wanted my nails a little shorter with a square shape and rounded corners. She cut them very short and didn't really give them a shape. The length was longer than the edge of my fingertip before she cut them. I gave their store rating a 4 star because everyone was so nice. The pedicure was amazing. He massaged my legs for about 30 minutes, cut my cuticles and gave me a great paint job. However, the manicurist did not reach expectations for the following: cut, file, paint, clean-up, and cuticle cut. I'd come back for a pedicure, not a manicure. Read Less

I've been going to this location for 2+ yrs and had nothing but amazing experiences, I've introduced my daughter, Gran, and recently my fiancé to this place! They're have all the newest nail trends and so many shellac colors to choose from. As for the owners they are wonderful people always making sure their customers get what they want and even remember details from previous conversations! I can't say enough positive things about them. I've been going here for several years now. Great people, great service, they greet me by name and I love the pampering! I have medical issues and they actually help, especially with the massaging they do during the mani-pedis. Have tried others in the past, but none were as great as they are! Tina has been doing my mani-pedis and I have nail art done. I just tell her to do what she wants. She'll ask what I have coming up or where I'm going and the rest is magic! I've NEVER been disappointed and I ALWAYS get huge compliments on my nails and the art. Love the Shellac on my natural nails!! Lasts a long time for me! The lavender pedi and mani is $44 however my bill came to $65 because I added French shellac to the manicure and they add on a dollar for the kit you take home and want you to bring back when you return. I was surprised by the added charges but I was there for 35 minutes for both services. Everything turned out great and staff are friendly. While there, I noticed they have a nice looking kids room. Never in my life have I had a sore toenails after a pedicure. I have redness and swelling on both big toes following a pedicure here yesterday. I still don't even know what the heck the lady did with the skin on my big toes but they are so sore. I receive pedicures about every 4 weeks so my toes were not bad by any means. Walked in, no appointment! Great service. Got in right away.  Very kind and attentive to detail! Got a shellac manicure, lots of colors to choose from! Price is pretty consistent with other places! I have heard great reviews of Nouveau Nails, so I wanted to give the place a try. The nail technician cut me, causing me to badly bleed. The bleeding stopped for a few minutes, but it continued to bleed for the remainder of the manicure. It was also extremely painful. When I asked for some sort of discount, I was told that it was an accident, so there was nothing they would do.  I was with two friends, one of whom is very pregnant, so I didn't want to cause a scene and stress her out. Jenny turns what should be a 5 star place into barely a 2.  She is absolutely the rudest person I've come across in what is to be a customer service area.  She was talking down to almost all customers she came across while I was there.  Her husband, however, is very nice and does an excellent job.  Also the younger gals and one of the other guys do 5 star work. Debated on giving a 2 or 3... Seemed very rushed. Not a relaxing environment. Seemed like its gone down hill from the last time I was here. Massage was not very good, the guy giving pedicure had long nails that he kept digging into my toe while filing. On a positive note, the main guy (owner) who sat by check in was friendly. Not great. They have a lot of turn over and currently only a few decent technicians. My last three visits have been disappointing. Bad massages during pedicures... Not relaxing at all. Polish was put on so thick even two hours later was not dry. This place is not the cleanest and the wife/owner is rude. I keep trying to support a local business, but I can't go back again.
