Very fast and clean. The lady who was doing my nails was Facetiming and there were 4 other nail techs standing around that didn't move when the phone rang so my tech had to stop a few times to answer the phone. I was happy with the way my nails turned out but they ended up falling off after a week. I had already gone in a couple times to get them fixed but I just got annoyed with the inconvenience so I popped them off myself. They came off way too easily to be done by professionals. Read Less

My sister in law and I went to have acrylics done before I went on vacation. Due to a misunderstanding when making the appointment (the young lady who answered the phone thought I wanted just a fill for myself), we  had to wait. The salon owner was very courteous and fit us in as quickly as possible and even stayed past closing to make sure we got what we came  for. It was well worth the wait  because the result is the best set of acrylics and polish I've ever had. I normally won't pay for this service and usually stick to my amateur at home manicures, but  I will definitely return. Read Less

I have been to many different salons and this one is the best they are all very professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and always do my nails how I like them done. First let me say - my pedicures have always been great!  Not rushed, polish job is perfect.  The salon itself is clean.  BUT, after a couple trips I noticed that the clippers and tools used on my toes were just picked up out of a bin - not unwrapped out of an autoclaved package or taken out of an type of sanitizing solution, for EACH client like they should be!  Thinking back - none of the three times I had been there had they been properly sterilized!!!  They spend all this money to have disposable liners in their bowls - but can't properly care for and sanitize the tools they use to clip and dig under your toe nails?!?  This is not safe, this wouldn't pass a health department inspection!  This is where fungus comes from and is passed along.  I will never darken their door step for this reason alone. I don't normally get my nails done from the salon but after summer rotation and projects I felt that I deserved a treat. Made an appointment with Katie for pedi/mani with shellac and here is my experience at nails express.The place is clean and new. The message chair is comfortable and the staffs are friendly. The nail tech who helped me with my pedi was very nice. She couldn't speak  English because she recently came here from Vietnam with her husband for better life and opportunity. I could speak Vietnamese so communication was not a problem here, but for someone who likes to chat stories I can see this could be a problem. The nail tech spent a good hour to clean, file/cut nails, message and paint my toenails. She really did a great job.I had Katie doing my shellac and she was so friendly. She spoke great English and really took the time to care for my nails. She did a great job with the shellac and even gave me three layers of shellac. Most places will just give two. They use Gellish for shellac. If you come here during the weekdays Monday to Thursday, you can get a regular mani/pedi for $34 and with shellac (mani) for $48. Of course tips are separated. You can pick two different shellac colors with no additional cost. Katie is a great nail designer so if you feeling fancy ask her to do something cool or different and she would do it for you. I love that they put a liner in when doing a pedi. I go with my sister in law and when we first started going when it was time to do our nails they wouldn't have us sitting together. We complained because we went so we could visit with each other, they listened and we now sit together. They are nice and friendly. Read Less

Love love this place. It's SUPER clean. Looks classy and elegant. Only place to get a clean and perfect pedicure (disposable liners YAY!) But,give it 4 stars and not 5 because my claw/stiletto nails are ALWAYS crooked and it's unnecessary to charge me to get them fixed for their mistake. Other than that...
