This was my 1st time visiting Loveland and It was the most expensive HORRENDOUS experience I've ever had in a nail salon in Omaha, I wish I could give it 0 stars but this won't let me... Let's start by saying I'm 35 and have been getting my nails & feet done in nail salons every other week since I was 15 and I've also gone to Nail Tech School and practiced it for a long time in my life... I've only been in Omaha about 2 yrs so I'm on the look out for a good nail salon to become a steady client of but Loveland, even though highly recommended, will NOT be it. I wanted a pink & white ombre full set, ballerina shaped in a normal length and a pedicure with 2 nail reparations and shellac polish. I actually called before hand and made an appointment to make sure they could do what I wanted because I don't just wing this kind of thing. The day of my appt arrives (5/20/2018) and when I get there, the front desk is being handled by 2 teenager girls who were "nice" but had NO IDEA of what actual customer service constitutes of. When they finally found my appt, they asked me to choose my colors from the shellac samples for my hands and I said I wanted the 2 toned ombre (bc apparently the time I took to make the appt and explain what I wanted before had was a COMPLETE waste of time) one of the girls response was to point out that it cost more, at that point I established I didn't care, I already knew based on the location of the salon that it was not going to be inexpensive. I choose my color for the Shellac on my toes and again I'm advised of cost because apparently me being dressed in jeans, a t-shirt and covered in tattoos automatically means I can't afford the services I preemptively called for and had already said I didn't care about the price! I get taken back by a nail tech named Ricky who tells me it'll be $7 to remove my current nails to do the ombre, I said ok, and he proceeded to RIP my nails off with a plastic nail tip, instead of soaking them off with acetone. At certain points he actually ripped my skin with the nail and all. Then he proceeds to tell me that because of the shape and length I wanted, which I get ALL the time and have never been charged extra for, it was going to be an extra $15, keep in mind my "super long nails" that required an extra charge are only 1/4 of an inch beyond the free edge of the top of my finger. I said ok thinking maybe after all this suffering, this guy will do my nails so absolutely fabulous that I will be ok with this assault... WRONG! He then proceededs to do the MOST RUSHED and HALF ASSED full set of my life... I had to go home and finish filing it myself! I took pictures of my nails before I did the corrective work at home bc this was just preposterous... The nails are uneven, not filed properly around the edges, the acrylic was not laid properly, I have dips in my nails surface, and you can already see the cuticle area of my nails lifting because he didn't file them... Ricky's work was not only excessively rushed but half assed and shoddy... I tried to tell him to fix the things I blatantly saw wrong but he just sent me to wash my nails... and he was done... Then comes the pedicure, unfortunately I do not know the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she did her job well, I know she could sense I was fuming bc she kept asking if I was ok, her pedicure skills were very good and the girl they brought in to do my nail reparations was also very good and nice... So when it comes to my pedicure, the service was well done and completed in a proper manner, but I was so aggravated by the aforementioned that unfortunately I truly couldn't enjoy it. In the end my Loveland's nightmare was $137, which I had to calculate myself for the teen girl on the register bc she apparently didn't know how and I tipped my pedicure lady because she deserved it. I will NEVER go to Loveland again and I hope that after reading my review no one else does... It is an expensive looking facade for shoddy and sub par work... Read Less

Apparently I’m signed in to google under my husbands name. The girls up front were very nice. That’s about all I have to say good about the place. I had an appointment for a fill with designs and a pedicure. My technician rushed through painting my nails and didn’t do the design. My nails were still wet and sticky and when I pointed out to her they were messed up she just put another layer of top coat on. I have never had shellac polish mess up like that because of it being too wet and sticky. Then when I told her I wanted the same colors for my pedicure (they don’t have many colors to pick from) she acted like she had no idea I was getting a pedicure as well. I've been going here for about two years now and i am usually pleased with what I get. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and when the lady did my toes, she did a good job although she painted one toe crooked it was fine. Then I went to get the manicure and I wanted acrylic , which she couldn't do so I waited 10 minutes for someone who could. Then I asked if I could use the mani/pedi coupon and I couldnt since I was getting acrylic, which I thought was weird but nonetheless I still got them done. The gentlemen who did my nails was ridiculous. I was trying to find a color to paint them and he kept rushing asking if i was done looking over and over. I had a FULL SET done and he finished my nails in 15 minutes, I also got a coffin shape which last time I got done took ONE HOUR to do. He made one of my nails crooked and said it was my finger shape and wouldn't admit to the fact that he put it on crooked, he forgot to put acrylic on one of my nails AND SNAPPED his fingers at me to quickly give him my other hand. I have never been so disrespected ever. I have never written a review for anything until now. When my nails were finished they weren't buffed so they were bumpy underneath the nail, came out of pocket $70 for this upsurd mess. They will overcharge and rush on your nails to get other people in. I will be contacting higher ups, this is unfair and was for my graduation. I went home and broke down. Save your money, and time. I have been going here on and off for years and it’s a 50/ 50 shot that my nails will turn out good. I went in today and had acrylics taken off and shellac done on my natural nail. She took the acrylic off really weird, my nails were uneven at the top and she didn’t even ask what shape I wanted. The shellac is somewhat see through and my thumb is starting to crack at the top and I was only home for like and hour and a half. Read Less

My daughter and I got our pedicures about an hour ago and my daughter's white polish is already peeling off. The services are over priced. I paid $45 for a pedicure that should have been $30. We only tried Loveland because the other 2 places that we like were booked. I typically pay $40 elsewhere and get Hot stones, paraffin, and a glass of wine if I want it. This was $45 for a pedi done very quickly and no paraffin. Read Less

Had a good experience at Loveland. I've been searching for a good nail salon where I didn't feel rushed. Based on the reviews I decided to try this place. It's a busy place, looks clean, and staff is nice. I ended up getting a full set, ombre coffin shape. I was nervous about the quality or outcome but it turned out amazing! This place is great! I've been looking for a nail salon I felt comfortable at. Loveland has a lot of nail techs. It's been a while since I've had acrylics so I was also a lot nervous but was greeted upon walking in. I immediately got sat as it was a little slow mid-afternoon. My nail tech was super nice and accommodating. Luckily, she's been in the business for a while and had experience with Ombré nail designs. Have been looking for a place like this for years. Bachuro took his time, was thorough and pleasant. He didn't make small talk ... which is exactly what I was hoping for ... but was very enjoyable and smiled. Clean and well-lit. After going to the same nail spa for 20 years and leaving them after a dispute, I came here.  I am glad I did.  I made an appointment for 2:00, I came in for an acrylic fill and they took me right on time.  I had the manager, Tai (sp?).  She was great.  Very professional, very polite, and very skilled and her customer service was excellent.  I enjoyed the entire experience, and I made an appointment to come back in 2 1/2 weeks for another fill and a pedicure.  Well done! Save your money! Don't go!! I could have easily spent $5 and 15 minutes of my own money and time and my feet would have looked as good if not better. The massage was as aggravating as a weak handshake and they didn't even get the dirt off my feet let alone soften my calluses. After going to a few different places, I had just not been happy. I came across Loveland nails and spa while out grocery shopping across the street and thought I would try them out. I have now been there 3 times and been 150% happy every time, everyone is so friendly!. Justin is my favorite, he listens to exactly what I want and doesn't mind if I change my mind part way through, I don't think I will see anyone except for him! Read Less

This place is by far the best. They take the time to do the job right. Very friendly staff and the manager is awesome. I have been getting color powder done at my old salon and it never lasted. This is the first time I didn't peel off my nails and they still looked flawless after two weeks. I would recommend this nail salon to my friends and family. Scrolling through Yelp and SO thankful I found this salon! Immediately when you walk into the salon you're greeted in a pleasant and welcoming manner. The salon is set us nicely, very clean and orderly. The receptionists are very helpful and kind. The nail technicians are very nice and LISTEN to your concerns and what you want to be done with your nails. I expressed that I was nervous having my acrylics removed due to a HORRIBLE experience in the past where my natural nail was torn off at a different salon. Taylor, the nail technician, understood and let me soak my nails even though it takes a rather long time. She also informed me about he health of my nails after the acrylics were removed and made sure I understood. She was very kind, thorough, attentive to detail, and gentle. We also had a pleasant conversation during my manicure. I would recommend this salon to any of my friends and whoever is looking for a salon. Damon and Taylor were amazing today. Dealt with Damon mostly, he was very friendly and did a great job on my nails. Also was very kind and offered me a free drink while I got my pedicure and mani done. Taylor got a splinter I couldn't get out of my thumb and fixed some nails for me that I accidentally smudged on the way out. Everyone was so kind, I'm surprised it wasn't more packed! We tried a different spa first that said they accepted walk ins. But in spite of several empty chairs they had no openings. So we came to Loveland Nails. They were friendly! They had immediate openings. They had a Keurig with coffees, teas, and cappuccinos of choice! Then the actual pedicure and manicure! They were efficient, clean, and thorough! Felt amazing! I love that the location is 5 minutes from where I live, and parking is easy and always available. It's fairly expensive for what you get. I recommend getting on their email list for coupons. Nice looking facility, but I don't want to pay extra for it. Read Less

I immediately formed a good impression upon walking in, as I  was greeted by a smiling, polite and friendly receptionist. This place has SNS Nail products. Yay! The technician did a great job with my SNS application. She was friendly and intent on doing a perfect job.  Great products (SNS), great service, nice classy decor, friendly and professional employees. I'm very pleased...this is my new go to nail place.
