They don't nickel and dime you for every service, and they ALL do great work. Lee is amazing! I get my nails dipped and they are always on point and last until it's time to get them redone. Please don't waste your money! My big toe has a big chunk cut out of it, so my brand new polish looks chipped. I was burned by a combo of hot stones that melted an exfoliator to my legs. I had to go home and clean the bottom of my feet as the tech kept putting my feet back on a mud filled towel. I paid for a lavender soak that got added after I had sat for 10 min. I came in here a while back for dip powder nails and they were beautiful! I was very satisfied since I'm very picky on who does my nails. However i came back in a week ago to do a new shape but still a dip powder and a pedicure. My pedicure was AMAZING! Unfortunately, a different person did my nails and he was terrible! This place was great when they first opened. They used to take their time and did a great job. Not the case anymore. My daughter and I were there 6 days ago for a fill and shellac. They were not friendly and rushed us through. Our nails were not smooth and in less than 3 days our nails were chipping, peeling and looking dull. Definitely not worth the money I paid. I've been to many nail salons in Omaha, and this is my favorite. It's always clean, staff is polite and services are top notch. I started going to this nail salon 4 weeks ago. Tonight was my third trip. The staff is so nice and friendly. They took the time to explain to me the different nail choices. Before going here I researched many salons and read several reviews. In the end I chose this salon and I’m glad I did. I have been very happy with the results. Very disappointed in the quality of the gel manicure at this nail salon. I got a gel manicure done last week and within two days 4 of my nails had chipped. Although they say they have a 7 day warranty it’s a joke. I went back in to have my nails fixed and within 2 hours two of my nails chipped again and the nails were bumpy and not flat and smooth. i love this place! i got dip powder nails done here and they are stunning. the guy took so much time on them and filed them several times to make sure they were perfect. 45$ for dip powder nails with tip which is pretty average for the nail market in omaha. they are wonderful and i will definitely be returning! phat is very kind and sparked conversation with me several times. they also carry the best dip powder brand, kiara sky. i totally recommend this place. I found this Salon one day when I didn't want to fight the crowds at the large spa down the street. This looked to be under new ownership so I thought I would give it a try! I was quickly greeted and offered a soft drink. The selection of polishes and Dip powder was huge. The manager Tami was very hospitable and interested in making my visit excellent, when I told her this was my first visit. My pedicure massage was relaxing and my polish looked great! Previously, I was a regular at one of Contempo's nearby competitors. When the competitor lost their original nail techs and hired new nail techs that didn't know what they were doing, I decided to give Contempo a try. I'm very happy with my decision and have been going to Contempo ever since then.The owner is very sweet and friendly. All of the nail techs do a great job, never had any issues! If you're wanting a quick mani/pedi, let them know and they can have one person do your mani and another do your pedi to cut your time in half.  If you're not in a hurry and want to relax, they will definitely accommodate that also.This nail salon is very clean and does not have that over-powering smell of acetone. My favorite thing is they have A MILLION color choices for gel/shellac. They do a great job here with your nails, I get compliments on my manicure all the time. My shellac manicure lasts 3 weeks and I work in an area where I have to wash my hands constantly.The prices are a few dollars more than the salon I used to go to, but I'm willing to pay the extra money for the better service and selection here. Really good place, my wife and I will be back for pedicures. ( I would have like to have more of a foot massage, I take what I can get) Also, our heals are still a little rough after their filing (our heals are not bad). I had my first manicure (no clear coat lol) wasn't bad, I won't do it again because I can do it myself and save $15. Will try another place to nail spa shop just to see if there is a better place. This review is for Ben in particular. I decided to go with the $55 Herbal Pedi for some serious pamper time.  Ben gave great massages with the right amount of pressure and even stretched out my feet in different directions, which felt great and was a new experience. There were a few different massage lotions and oils he used, but I was particularly impressed with one that had crushed Lemon grass in it. The $55 Pedi was worth it.He did a fabulous polish job too! Not very happy with my experience.Walked in the door and told the gentleman that I just needed a polish change - I was honestly just killing time before my doctors apt!Asked the gentleman how much the polish change would be for my hands and toes and he said 8. So to clarify I said 8$ for both or 8$ for each! And he held up both hands and said both. So I said both and pointed at my toes too - he nodded. COOL  I'm thinking that's a great price for 10 minutes of work, right?I picked my polish and he told me to sit at 6 so I walked down to six and he got upset with me bc he was sitting at 2 and I wasn't at 2 I was at 6! So he get annoyed and moved all his stuff  umh ok dude ... you definitely said 6 but ok!!Took off my polish left some of my orange polish in the corners but no big he seems to have a plan!!Puts on the clean on my hands and polish of my choice then goes back with a brush to clean up the edges. Didn't really check his work for him bc I think it's rude when people check my work.I decided last minute to get my eyebrows done and so the lady took me to the back and she got started right away. I took a second to look at my nails and YIKES!! The acetone dried up my cuticles as expected and he just painted on over them and left the polish stuck in the corners.  bummed.The eyebrow lady told me everything that was wrong with my eyebrows and how they're thin on one side and out of control... umhhh yea thats why I'm here getting them done  THANKS!!Then I told them NEVER MIND on my toes bc I'm afraid they're going to turn out like my hands... so the lady gets annoyed (there weren't very busy so I totally understand that she was expecting that money but I'm not chancing it).I go to pay and she says 18$ and I asked her why. Explained that the gentleman said 8$ for BOTH and I didn't get my toes done after all. She TOLD me that he said 8$ for "BOTH HANDS"  seriously? In what would would I only want one hand polished...?So I paid 8$ for TWO HANDS of polish stuck on dried out acetone skin and 10$ to get yelled at that my eyebrows needed to be contained.  that solidifies I will NOT be coming back regardless of the time I'm looking to kill. Loved this place! Went in for pedicures with my sister-in-law Saturday evening for the first time. Very clean and modern nail spa! The staff were so nice to us and welcoming.
