I called your salon on Tuesday and spoke with Jennifer Pry about getting a full set, she was very knowledgable and accommodating and got me in at 4:00 the same day!! She was very professional and we chatted throughout the entire process. She did a terrific job and I love my nails. It was very clean and I did not have any of the issues others state on here. I would definitely refer others to your establishment, one because I know I'm getting the correct products applied to my nails and not just anything available that's not state approved and two I didn't have someone grabbing an electric drill filing my nail beds down to nothing, and hurray my hands didn't hurt the next day like when I go to some other salons. This is now my favorite go to spot for a mani/pedi. Don't take this the wrong way, but I do appreciate when the nail techs all know what I'm saying. The shop is super clean, everyone there is really nice and it is a very calm atmosphere. Plus they have an awesome nail printing machine. Email them and image and they will print it on your nails. 2/$12. Or you can choose stock images for $5 each. It's the awesomest!I saw Colleen and she was awesome, she took her time to do it right, I didn't get not one nick or cut on my cuticles, and no one smacked my hand because I moved it, which I am very very appreciative of. They specialize in the art of nail design, so if you want something special, I bet they can do it. You can even get customize press on nails made, if you are like me and don't want acrylics, but would like to have long beautiful nails for a special occasion, that is the way to go. You can take them with you to put on later or they will apply them for you for an additional $5. I think next Mother's Day, I'm going to get a set made with my kids. Or maybe you have a tattoo that you love, why not put it on your nails, they can do that!I rarely go to nail salons because I really do no not like the experience of the nail techs not knowing what I am asking for and of course the pain. But now, my nails will always be on point. What am I going to do with my giant box of nail polish?The only thing is, you should be prepared to spend some time there, this is not a hit it quit it type of salon. Personally I like her coming to this location due to the fact that it dosen't look like she took a belt sander to her fingers after she takes off the nails to restart the process... I have lived in Omaha for almost 10 yrs and have been looking for an American owned nail place that is abt the  client and wont argue with you.  Artistry nails uses Safe and Legal products and you can tell because they do not use mask at all.  If you want fast, sloppy, and nails that wont last this place is not for you.  You get what you pay for; legal, safe, good quality, they take there time, (but not to long 45 min for shellac), good conversation, you dont feel like they are talking about you infront of you.  There is a place for everyone but you wont know unless you try. I will pay the $2 more for shellac going to Artistry nail then to go to a place where my fingers burn because of there product and wont get blamed and told its my skins fault. Read Less

If you're looking for a great manicure or pedi, this is your place! The staff is friendly and well trained. It's very clean and reasonably priced. When I get a shellac manicure it lasts for more than two weeks and never chips or peels. Read Less

I called asking if they could do a full set and a pedi. I was informed only time for a pedi and I said ok. 3 women working...for over 80 mins there were no other customers and the other 2 sat in the back and cleaned and one smoked. I'm not sure how they couldn't do a full set??? Nail art subpar, if you can't do it with a dotting too...they can't do it. Hesitant to try anything other than flowers. No UV curing light...said would take 24 hours to cure. Also made fun of other callers asking questions about the Tatz machine discussing who would take mani because they didn't want to deal with questions. I would choose somewhere else unless you want just plain polish and to sit in silence while the TV loses service every 2 mins. Read Less

I went here this morning for a manicure/pedicure and had a really good experience.  Wendy was very friendly and professional. I think this is a more casual experience then some people are used to, but I see that as a plus. I came away very happy with my nails. I can't wait to go back and try out some nail art. The price was also quite reasonable. $25 for shellac when a lot of places charge $35. Only $2 to have shellac removed when I've seen prices as high as $10.If there is one thing I might recommend to make the experience a little better, it would be soaking the clients hands in water to soften the cuticles up a bit before doing them, but that's just a small matter.Overall, I definitely recommend this place and I plan to make it my regular nail place. I only wish I'd found it sooner, since it's so close to where I live. Read Less

I purchased a Groupon for a facial and pedicure.  When I called in to schedule, they were very friendly and professional. Because of MY time constraints, they allowed me to split the Groupon up - i had the facial on Friday and the pedi on Saturday.  Also had a shellac manicure on Saturday.First the facial - after purchasing the Groupon and then reading the review on here, I was a bit apprehensive.  However, Jill (esthetician) was very welcoming, I was very comfortable, the facial was wonderful, my skin felt and feels great. I rescheduled upon leaving so obviously I am a satisfied customer.  Yes the facial area is in the back; however, it was completely curtained off and comfortable.  It was private and serene.  I had a headband and a pillow bolster under my legs. Jill asked me about my comfort making sure I was relaxed and comfy.  The facial products were great, she explained what she was doing - the arm and hand massage and hot stone massage on my face - all were VERY relaxing.Today I had a mani and pedi with Jennifer.  As with Jill, very friendly and welcoming.  She offered me tips for home care of my feet and hands and was very willing to help me pick out the 'just right' color and design.  She was efficient, professional, and both my toes and fingernails look awesome!  She showed me a lot of different designs and ideas, I ALSO rescheduled with her for 2 weeks.Also I had an opportunity to speak with Wendy, the owner, both days.  She is a nice lady and small business owner and also very professional.  The salon is very clean and they go ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure you are satisfied.  I recommend them to everyone! Services NOT as advertised, unprofessional and just plain GHETTO!First of all, the facial area is in the back stockroom, in a corner roped off with curtains.  The towel wrap they give you is a Goodwill reject it's so ratty as is the blanket to cover yourself as you lie on the glorified card table.  She didn't provide a pillow or bolster under my knees, so my back hurt then entire time.  She also didn't use a headband or a towel around my head so my hair was nice and gunked-up by the end.  Her hands wreaked of smoke - NOT relaxing and completely unprofessional.  There was also an alarm-clock buzzer going off 1/2 the time.  My "Signature Facial" that was supposed to be 75 minutes and include hot stones, a shoulder, arm and hand massage was 55 minutes total and didn't include any of the that.  I will NEVER EVER EVER go back there!ADDENDUM:  After seeing what Wendy had posted regarding my review, I just had to comment further.  She did NOT offer to make it right; she only asked that I remove my review as she was a new business trying to establish a good name.  Well, I feel the way to do that would be to provide good services.  I also find it VERY interesting that a 5 star review just happened to pop-up the day after I gave this one 1 star (and the fact it refers to my review just shows you one of the staff or their friends is the reviewer - and it is VERY ironic that they say it is offensive to use the word "ghetto" when they then praise the staff there as being "American" and that you can understand them, as if not being American is some sort of negative trait.  EVERYONE is working hard in these "tough" economic times, Sarah C.).  Just from the tone of her response, you can see the way they treat people.  In regards to my review, it stands as is - every statement is true regarding my experience there.  And even if there was a mix-up in what service was booked, there was still no shoulder massage, even though listed on their website it plainly says that is included in the "Essential Cleansing Facial."  And the alarm buzzer was coming from the left, not the right (where the steam machine was).  And I'm sorry, but the smokey hands is completely unprofessional and like I said, just ghetto - meaning trashy if Sarah C. prefers that term.  Yelp is here to provide a space where people can review businesses as they see fit, and I stand by my review 100%.  If people want to gamble and give it a try, be my guest.  I hope you have a better experience than I did there.
