Work wasn't bad but my water for pedicure was extremely hot, she tried to fix it but got busy and forgot. My purse was on the floor behind my Chair with my shoes on the other side. Both were soaked at the end of my pedicure. I had a check that was ruined. I never had this happen at any other place I've been. I used to love this place, but the last 2 times it's been so busy they rushed through my manicure/pedicure and did a terribly sloppy job, leaving polish on the skin surrounding my nails and not covering the entire nail in some spots. There was no massage with my manicure, no lotion or soaking, just hurry to cut/pull the cuticle (YOWCH!) and quickly apply polish. The music on the other hand, is very nice and relaxing. Read Less

The pedicures are great. They just don't pay much attention to details on your nails. I got matte covering on my nail polish and she just quickly put it on so parts of my nail are shiny still, not all matte. And also they're streaky. I had a later appointment and felt kind of rushed out of there at the end and my nails were still not dry at all when she told me it was ok to leave, so when I adjusted something on my shirt, my nails smeared. Not a great place if you're super picky about detail lol. They also sometimes charge you for cleaning up your cuticles, and sometimes they don't. I have had my nails done for years and tried a few salons. Zen is absolutely the best! These ladies know what they're doing and give excellent pedicures and manicures. The massages are unique and feel awesome. Who gives you arms and upper traps massage with any nail procedure? Only Zen does. The prices are lower than anywhere else and you receive more than expected. My nails are perfect. Tip the ladies well...they deserve it. I won't go anywhere else. Read Less

I have been there twice now & Best pedicures ever. I love that they massage your feet as much as they do your legs. I love having my feet massaged more than my legs.
