Went in on the July 4th 2018 to get my nails done for my daughters wedding paid $25.00 and 2 hours later 2 of my nails broke went back in the next day to have them fix my nails and the charged me $8.0...
Went in on the July 4th 2018 to get my nails done for my daughters wedding paid $25.00 and 2 hours later 2 of my nails broke went back in the next day to have them fix my nails and the charged me $8.00 to fix their mistake. I will never go to them again and will never recommend them

Excellent service every time!
Today red sparkling Mani, Pedi and waxed eyebrows, done in just a little over an hour!! You Cannot beat the price anywhere in town!

There are two nail places in the state of Nebraska that I LOVE to go to. Tila is my go-to place in Lincoln (2 hour drive). I keep telling them they should expand to Norfolk. They would quickly become the #1 nail salon in town because of the incredible nails they create combined with the exceptional customer service provided ANY TIME I’m able to visit.

The lady tried to fix the color but overall I wasn't too happy with itSide note: they didn't have a liner in the pedicure tub, maybe being from a different city this is something I expected but overall I would have liked them to have. Also the pedicure water was NOT hot.

Tilas is okay. Their prices are decent but i run into the same problem everytime i go to tilas. They poorly paint my nail so its obvious. after a few days it looks lije i need to get rgem redone. They also don't shape my nail the correct way. Sometimes they get sloppy.

Also they never keep you waiting long (I never call ahead and I don't think I've ever had to wait over 10 minutes).

Friendly staff, but when I got my acrylics put on, the lady didn't paint all the way down to my cuticle so it looks like they already need filled after one day. I had also read the same complaint on a different review for this nail salon but figured I'd try it out anyways. Nice experience, but most likely won't go back.

I have no idea why there are so many poor reviews of this shop. I have always been happy with the service, staff, cost and be way my nails look after visiting. I have taken visitors from out of town here as well and they have always wanted to go back. Even one family member hat gets her nails done normally in a large metropolitan city. The shop isn't in the most stellar of locations and it is not fancy, however; it is well kept and functional. I usually only get a pedicure here but have also done gel manicures on occasion. If I say I am in a hurry they have done both simultaneously. When my infant daughter was with my sister mom and I Judy played with her for 30 minutes (she asked to hold her) and took her around the shop. I have had a few nail techs here who's English was not stellar but overall the staff communicates well. Overall this is my favorite place in Lincoln for nails.

Went in on the July 4th 2018 to get my nails done for my daughters wedding paid $25.00 and 2 hours later 2 of my nails broke went back in the next day to have them fix my nails and the charged me $8.00 to fix their mistake. I will never go to them again and will never recommend them

There are two nail places in the state of Nebraska that I LOVE to go to. Tila is my go-to place in Lincoln (2 hour drive). I keep telling them they should expand to Norfolk. I have no idea why there are so many poor reviews of this shop. I have always been happy with the service, staff, cost and be way my nails look after visiting. I have taken visitors from out of town here as well and they have always wanted to go back. Even one family member hat gets her nails done normally in a large metropolitan city.
